بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Kwa jina la Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwenye Rehema na Mwenye Kurehemu.

            بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
            ﴿١﴾
          
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Kwa jina la Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwingi wa Rehema, Mwenye Kurehemu.

            ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ
            ﴿٢﴾
          
The Most Merciful,
Ar-Rahman (M Mwenye Rehema),

            عَلَّمَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ
            ﴿٣﴾
          
Taught the Qur'an,
Aliye fundisha Qur'an,

            خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ
            ﴿٤﴾
          
Created man,
Aliyeumba mwanadamu,

            عَلَّمَهُ ٱلْبَيَانَ
            ﴿٥﴾
          
Taught him eloquence,
Akimfundisha kufasiri maneno,

            ٱلشَّمْسُ وَٱلْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٍۢ
            ﴿٦﴾
          
The sun and the moon [move] by precise calculation,
Jua na mwezi kwa hesabu thabiti,

            وَٱلنَّجْمُ وَٱلشَّجَرُ يَسْجُدَانِ
            ﴿٧﴾
          
And the stars and trees prostrate,
Na nyota na miti hukubali dhahiri,

            وَٱلسَّمَآءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ ٱلْمِيزَانَ
            ﴿٨﴾
          
And the heaven He raised and imposed the balance,
Na mbingu Aliyoinua na kuweka mizani,

            أَلَّا تَطْغَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْمِيزَانِ
            ﴿٩﴾
          
That you not transgress within the balance,
Ili msizidi katika mizani.

            وَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلْوَزْنَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ وَلَا تُخْسِرُوا۟ ٱلْمِيزَانَ
            ﴿١٠﴾
          
And establish weight in justice and do not make deficient the balance.
Na weka mizani kwa usawa, wala msipunguze mizani.

            وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلْأَنَامِ
            ﴿١١﴾
          
And the earth He laid [out] for the creatures,
Na dunia Aliyiipanga kwa ajili ya viumbe,

            فِيهَا فَـٰكِهَةٌۭ وَٱلنَّخْلُ ذَاتُ ٱلْأَكْمَامِ
            ﴿١٢﴾
          
Therein is fruit and palm trees having sheaths [of dates],
Kuna matunda na mitende yenye mabegi yake,

            وَٱلْحَبُّ ذُو ٱلْعَصْفِ وَٱلرَّيْحَانُ
            ﴿١٣﴾
          
Grains with husks and fragrant plants.
Na nafaka yenye maganda na mimea yenye harufu nzuri.

            فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿١٤﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ مِن صَلْصَـٰلٍۢ كَٱلْفَخَّارِ
            ﴿١٥﴾
          
He created man from clay like [that of] pottery.
Aliumba mwanadamu kwa udongo kama ufinyanzi.

            وَخَلَقَ ٱلْجَآنَّ مِن مَّارِجٍۢ مِّن نَّارٍۢ
            ﴿١٦﴾
          
And He created the jinn from a smokeless flame of fire.
Na Aliumba majini kwa moto usio na moshi.

            فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿١٧﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            رَبُّ ٱلْمَشْرِقَيْنِ وَرَبُّ ٱلْمَغْرِبَيْنِ
            ﴿١٨﴾
          
Lord of the two sunrises and Lord of the two sunsets.
Mola wa mashariki yote mawili na Mola wa magharibi yote mawili.

            فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿١٩﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            مَرَجَ ٱلْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ
            ﴿٢٠﴾
          
He released the two seas, meeting [side by side];
Akiunganisha bahari mbili ambazo zinakutana;

            بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٌۭ لَّا يَبْغِيَانِ
            ﴿٢١﴾
          
Between them is a barrier [so] they do not transgress.
Kati yao kuna kizuizi ambacho hawapiti.

            فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٢٢﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُمَا ٱللُّؤْلُؤُ وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ
            ﴿٢٣﴾
          
From both of them emerge pearl and coral.
Kutoka kwa zote kunatoka lulu na korali.

            فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٢٤﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            وَلَهُ ٱلْجَوَارِ ٱلْمُنشَـَٔاتُ فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ كَٱلْأَعْلَـٰمِ
            ﴿٢٥﴾
          
And to Him belong the ships reared up in the sea like mountains.
Na wake wa meli walioinuliwa katika bahari kama milima wapo kwake.

            فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٢٦﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍۢ
            ﴿٢٧﴾
          
Everyone upon it [the earth] will perish.
Kila aliye juu yake ataangamia.

            وَيَبْقَىٰ وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو ٱلْجَلَـٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ
            ﴿٢٨﴾
          
But the face of your Lord will remain, full of majesty and honor.
Lakini Uso wa Mola wenu utaendelea, Mwenye Utukufu na Heshima.

            فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٢٩﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            يَسْـَٔلُهُۥ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِى شَأْنٍۢ
            ﴿٣٠﴾
          
Everyone in the heavens and the earth asks Him; every day He is in [some] affair.
Kila aliye mbinguni na duniani humuuliza; kila siku Yeye yuko katika jambo.

            فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٣١﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            سَنَفْرُغُ لَكُمْ أَيُّهَ ٱلثَّقَلَانِ
            ﴿٣٢﴾
          
We will attend to you, O prominent beings.
Tutawajibika kwenu, enyi viumbe viwili vyenye uzito.

            فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٣٣﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            يَـٰمَعْشَرَ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلْإِنسِ إِنِ ٱسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَن تَنفُذُوا۟ مِنْ أَقْطَارِ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنفُذُوا۟ ۚ لَا تَنفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَـٰنٍۢ
            ﴿٣٤﴾
          
O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass; you will not pass except by authority.
Enyi jumuiya ya majinn na binadamu, ikiwa mnaweza kupita mipaka ya mbingu na ardhi, basi piteni; hamutapita isipokuwa kwa mamlaka.

            فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٣٥﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            يُرْسَلُ عَلَيْكُمَا شُوَاظٌۭ مِّن نَّارٍۢ وَنُحَاسٌۭ فَلَا تَنتَصِرَانِ
            ﴿٣٦﴾
          
Blazing fire and molten brass will be sent upon you, and you will not defend yourselves.
Moto mkali na shaba iliyoyeyuka itatolewa juu yenu, wala hamutaweza kujilinda.

            فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٣٧﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            فَإِذَا ٱنشَقَّتِ ٱلسَّمَآءُ فَكَانَتْ وَرْدَةًۭ كَٱلدِّهَانِ
            ﴿٣٨﴾
          
Then when the heaven is split open and becomes rose-colored like oil,
Basi mbingu zikigawanyika zikawa rangi ya waridi kama mafuta,

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٣٩﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            فَيَوْمَئِذٍۢ لَّا يُسْـَٔلُ عَن ذَنۢبِهِۦٓ إِنسٌۭ وَلَا جَآنٌّۭ
            ﴿٤٠﴾
          
On that Day no human or jinn will be asked about his sin.
Siku hiyo hakuna mwanadamu wala jinn atakayeelezwa dhambi zake.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٤١﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            يُعْرَفُ ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَـٰهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِٱلنَّوَٰصِى وَٱلْأَقْدَامِ
            ﴿٤٢﴾
          
The criminals will be recognized by their marks, and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet.
Waovu watatambulika kwa alama zao, watashikiliwa kwa nywele za kichwa na miguu.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٤٣﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            هَـٰذِهِۦ جَهَنَّمُ ٱلَّتِى يُكَذِّبُ بِهَا ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ
            ﴿٤٤﴾
          
This is Hell, which the criminals deny.
Hii ndiyo Jahannamu ambayo waovu wanakataa.

            يَطُوفُونَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ حَمِيمٍ ءَانٍۢ
            ﴿٤٥﴾
          
They will circulate between it and boiling water.
Watapita kati yake na maji ya moto yanayochemka.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٤٦﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ جَنَّتَانِ
            ﴿٤٧﴾
          
But for he who fears the standing before his Lord, there are two gardens.
Na kwa yule anayemcha Mola wake, kuna bustani mbili.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٤٨﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            ذَوَاتَآ أَفْنَانٍۢ
            ﴿٤٩﴾
          
Having branches spreading out,
Zenye matawi yanayopanuka,

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٥٠﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ تَجْرِيَانِ
            ﴿٥١﴾
          
In them are two flowing springs.
Kwenye hizo kuna chemchemi mbili zinazoendelea.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٥٢﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            فِيهِمَا مِن كُلِّ فَـٰكِهَةٍۢ زَوْجَانِ
            ﴿٥٣﴾
          
In both of them are fruits of every kind, in pairs.
Kwenye hizo zote kuna matunda ya kila aina, kwa jozi.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٥٤﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ فُرُشٍۭ بَطَآئِنُهَا مِنْ إِسْتَبْرَقٍۢ ۚ وَجَنَى ٱلْجَنَّتَيْنِ دَانٍۢ
            ﴿٥٥﴾
          
Reclining on furnishings whose linings are of silk, and the fruits of the two gardens are near at hand.
Wakikaa juu ya mitanda yenye mabega ya hariri, na matunda ya bustani hizo mbili yapo karibu.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٥٦﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            فِيهِنَّ قَـٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرْفِ لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌۭ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّۭ
            ﴿٥٧﴾
          
In them are chaste companions, whom no man or jinn has touched before them.
Kwenye hizo zipo wake wa wema, ambao hakuna mwanadamu au majini aliyowagusa kabla yao.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٥٨﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            كَأَنَّهُنَّ ٱلْيَاقُوتُ وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ
            ﴿٥٩﴾
          
As if they were rubies and coral.
Kana kwamba ni jozi za lulu na miamba ya rangi.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٦٠﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            هَلْ جَزَآءُ ٱلْإِحْسَـٰنِ إِلَّا ٱلْإِحْسَـٰنُ
            ﴿٦١﴾
          
Is there any reward for good other than good?
Je, malipo ya mema ni mema tu?

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٦٢﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            وَمِن دُونِهِمَا جَنَّتَانِ
            ﴿٦٣﴾
          
And besides them, there are two other gardens.
Na zaidi ya hizo, kuna bustani mbili.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٦٤﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            مُدْهَآمَّتَانِ
            ﴿٦٥﴾
          
Dark green (in color).
Zenye rangi ya kijani kibichi.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٦٦﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ نَضَّاخَتَانِ
            ﴿٦٧﴾
          
In them are two gushing springs.
Katikati yake kuna chemchemi mbili zinazotiririka.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٦٨﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            فِيهِمَا فَـٰكِهَةٌۭ وَنَخْلٌۭ وَرُمَّانٌۭ
            ﴿٦٩﴾
          
In them are fruits, date-palms, and pomegranates.
Katikati yake kuna matunda, mitende, na narumani.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٧٠﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            فِيهِنَّ خَيْرَٰتٌ حِسَانٌۭ
            ﴿٧١﴾
          
In them are goodly and beautiful ones.
Katikati yake kuna warembo wema na wazuri.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٧٢﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            حُورٌۭ مَّقْصُورَٰتٌۭ فِى ٱلْخِيَامِ
            ﴿٧٣﴾
          
Fair ones with wide, lovely eyes, secluded in pavilions.
Warembo wenye macho makubwa, waliotengwa katika hema.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٧٤﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌۭ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّۭ
            ﴿٧٥﴾
          
No human has touched them before them, nor any jinn.
Hakuna binadamu aliwafikia kabla yao, wala majinn.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٧٦﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ رَفْرَفٍ خُضْرٍۢ وَعَبْقَرِىٍّ حِسَانٍۢ
            ﴿٧٧﴾
          
Reclining on green cushions and beautiful carpets.
Wakiwa wameketi kwenye viti vya kijani na mazulia mazuri.

            فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
            ﴿٧٨﴾
          
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
Basi ni ni baraka gani za Mola wenu mnazikataa?

            تَبَـٰرَكَ ٱسْمُ رَبِّكَ ذِى ٱلْجَلَـٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ
            ﴿٧٩﴾
          
Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor.
Ewe barikiwa jina la Mola wako, Mmiliki wa Utukufu na Heshima.
