Virtues, description, and recitation method of ZIYARAH OF AL ABBAS IBN ALI as recorded in Shia traditions.
Fadhila, maelezo, na njia ya usomaji wa ZIARA YA AL ABBAS IBN ALI kama ilivyopokelewa katika mapokezi ya Shia.
سَلَامُ اللهِ وَ سَلَامُ مَلَائِكَتِهِ الْمُقَرَّبِيْنَ
You may then pray Almighty Allah for yourself, your parents, your brethren-in-faith, and for Muslims. You may choose any statement of supplication you like.
Basi unaweza kuomba Mwenyezi Mungu kwa ajili yako mwenyewe, wazazi wako, ndugu zako katika imani, na kwa ajili ya Waislamu. Unaweza kuchagua kauli yoyote ya dua unayopenda.
وَ اَنْبِيَائِهِ الْمُرْسَلِيْنَ
Peace of Allah and peace of His favorite angels, His
Amani ya Mwenyezi Mungu na amani ya Malaika Wake vipenzi
وَ عِبَادِهِ الصَّالِحِيْنَ
commissioned prophets, His righteous servants, all the
manabii waliotumwa, watumishi wake waadilifu, wote
وَ جَمِيْعِ الشَّهَدَاءِ وَ الصِّدِّيْقِيْنَ
martyrs, and all the veracious (ones), and also pure, true
mashahidi, na waaminifu wote, na pia wasafi, wa kweli
وَ الزَّاكِيَاتُ الطَيِّبَاتُ فِيْمَا تَفْتَدِيْ وَ تَرُوْحُ
عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ آَمِيْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
blessings that come and go, be upon you, O son of the
baraka zinazokuja na kuondoka, ziwe juu yako, ee mwana wa Mungu
اَشْهَدُ لَكَ بِالتَّسْلِيْمِ وَ التَّصْدِيْقِ
Commander of the Faithful. I testify to you of submission (to
Amirul-Muuminina. Nakushuhudia kwa utii (kwa
وَ الْوَفَاءِ وَ النَّصِيْحَةِ
the will of God), honest acceptance as true, loyalty, and
mapenzi ya Mungu), kukubalika kwa uaminifu kama kweli, uaminifu, na
لِخَلَفِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ ألِهِ الْمُرْسَلِ
sincerity to the descendant of the commissioned Prophet,
uaminifu kwa kizazi cha Mtume aliyetumwa,
وَ السَّبْطِ الْمُنْتَجَبِ
Allah's blessings be upon him and his Household, the chosen
Baraka za Mwenyezi Mungu ziwe juu yake na Aali zake walioteuliwa
وَ الدَّلِيْلِ الْعَالِمِ
وَ الْوَصِيِّ الْمُبَلَّغِ
grandson (of the Prophet), the well knowledgeable guide (to
mjukuu (wa Mtume), kiongozi mjuzi (kwa
وَ الْمَظْلُوْمِ الْمُهْتَضَّمِ
the true religion), the conveying successor, and the
Dini ya kweli), mrithi anayefikisha, na
فَجَزَاكَ اللهُ عَنْ رَسُوْلِهِ
wrongfully oppressed one. So, Allah may reward you on
aliyedhulumiwa isivyo haki. Basi Mwenyezi Mungu atakulipa
وَ عَنْ اَمِيْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
behalf of His Messenger, the Commander of the Faithful, al-
kwa niaba ya Mtume Wake, Amirul-Muuminina,
وَ عَنِ الحَسَنِ وَ الْحُسَيْنِ
Hasan, and al-Husayn, peace of Allah be upon them, with the
Hasan na Husein, amani ya Mwenyezi Mungu iwe juu yao, pamoja nao
صَلَوَاتُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِمْ
اَفْضَلَ الْجَزَاءِ
best reward for your steadfastness, dedication (to the sake
malipo bora kwa ajili ya uimara wako, kujitolea (kwa ajili ya
بِمَا صَبَرْتَ، وَ اخْتَسَبْتَ وَ اَعَنْتَ
of God), and support (for the right party). Very excellent be
ya Mwenyezi Mungu), na msaada (kwa upande sahihi). Kuwa bora sana
فِنِعَمَ عُقْبَى الدَّارِ
لَعَنَ اللهُ مَنْ قَتَلَكَ
the reward of the eternal life. Allah's curse be on him who

وَ لَعَنَ اللهُ مَنْ جَهِلَ حَقَّكَ

وَ اسْتَخَفَّ بِحْرْمَتِكَ
and belittled your sanctity. Allah's curse be on him who

وَلَعَنَ اللّهُ مَنْ حَالَ بَيْنَكَ وَ بَيْنَ مَآءِ الْفُرَاتِ

اَشْهَدُ اَنَّكَ قُتِلْتَ مَظْلُوْمًا
testify that you were killed wrongfully and that Allah will

وَ اَنَّ اللهَ مُنْجِزٌ لَكُمْ مَا وَعَدَكُمْ
verily fulfill His promise that He made with you. O son of the

جِثْثُكَ يَا ابْنَ اَمِيْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَافِدًا اِلَيْكُمْ
Commander of the Faithful, I have come to you to present
Amirul-Muuminina nimekuja kwako kuwasilisha
وَ قَلْبِي مُسَلَّمُ لَكُمْ وَ تَابِعٌ
myself before you. My heart is submissive to you and is
mimi mwenyewe mbele yako. Moyo wangu umenyenyekea kwako na unanyenyekea
وَ آَنَا لَكُمْ تَابِعُ
following you. And I am your follower. I am ready to support
kukufuata. Na mimi ni mfuasi wako. Niko tayari kuunga mkono
وَ نُصْرَتِيْ لَكُمْ مُعَدَّةْ
وَ هُوَ خَيْرُ الْحَاكِمِيْنَ
you until Allah decides. He is surely the best of all those who

لَا مَعَ عَدُوِّكُمْ
decide. I am verily with you, not with your enemy. l am one of

إِنَّي بِكُمْ وَ بِايَابِكُمْ [وَ بِابَآئِكُمْ] مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
those who believe in you and believe in your Return. l also
wale waliokuamini na kuamini kurejea kwako. l pia
وَ بِمَنْ خَالَفَكُمْ وَ قَتَلَكُمْ مِنَ الْكَافِرِيْنَ
one of those who deny your opposites and killers. Allah may
mmoja wa wale wanaokanusha wapinzani na wauaji wako. Mwenyezi Mungu anaweza
قَتَلَ اللهُ أُمَّةً قَتَلَثكُمْ بِالْأَيْدِيْ وَ الْاَلْسُنِ.
kill the group who killed you with hands and tongues (by giving orders of killing you.)
liueni kundi lililokuuwa kwa mikono na ndimi (kwa kutoa amri za kukuua).
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ آَيُّهَا الْعَبْدُ الصَّالِحُ
Peace be upon you, O righteous servant (of Allah) and
Amani iwe juu yako ewe mja mwema (wa Mwenyezi Mungu) na
الْمُطِيْعُ للهُ وَ لِرَسُوْلِهِ وَ لاَمِيْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
obedient to Allah, to His Messenger, to the Commander of
mtiifu kwa Mwenyezi Mungu, kwa Mtume Wake, kwa Amiri wa
وَ الْحَسَنِ وَ الْحُسَيْنِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَ سَلَّمَ
the Faithful, to al-Hasan, and to al-Husayn, peace and
Muumini, kwa al-Hasan, na kwa al-Husayn, amani na
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ وَ رَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَ بَرَكَاتُهُ
greetings of Allah be upon them. Peace, Allah's mercy,
salamu za Mwenyezi Mungu ziwe juu yao. Amani, rehema za Mwenyezi Mungu,
وَ مَغْفِرَتُهُ وَ رِضْوَانُهُ وَ عَلَى رُوْحِكَ وَ بَدَنِكَ
blessings, forgiveness, and gratifications be upon you, your
baraka, msamaha, na uradhi ziwe juu yako, yako
اَشهَدُ وَ اُشْهِدُ اللّٰهَ آَنَّكَ مَضَيْتَ عَلَى مَا مَضى بِهِ الْبَدْرِيُوْنَ
soul, and your body. I testify, and call Allah to witness, that you abided by the same course that was taken by the
roho, na mwili wako. Nashuhudia, na namshuhudisha Mwenyezi Mungu, ya kwamba nyinyi mlishika njia ile ile aliyoifuata
وَ الْمُجَاهِدُوْنَ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللهِ
warriors of (the battle of) Badr and the strivers for Allah's
wapiganaji wa (vita vya) Badr na wapiganaji wa Mwenyezi Mungu
الْمُنَاصِحُوْنَ لَهُ فِيْ جِهَادِ اَعْدَآئِهِ
sake who sincerely served Him in the battlefields against His
kwa ajili ya wale ambao walimtumikia kwa dhati katika medani za vita dhidi yake
الْمُبَالِغُوْنَ فِيْ نُضْرَةِ اَوْلِيَآئِهِ
الذَّآبُّوْنَ عَنْ اَحِبَّآئِهِ
enemies, did their bests for supporting His disciples, and
maadui, walifanya wawezavyo kwa ajili ya kuwategemeza wanafunzi Wake, na
فَجَزَاكَ اللهُ اَفْضَلَ الْجَزَآءِ
defended His intimate ones. So, Allah may reward you the

وَ اَوْفَرَ الجَزَاءِ
best, the maximum, the most abundant, and the most

وَ اَوْفِى جَزَآءِ اَحَدٍ مِمَّنْ وَفى بِبَيْعَتِهِ
conclusive reward that He may give to any one who fulfills

وَ اسْتَجَابَ لَهُ دَعْوَتَهُ
his homage, answers the call (of the religion), and obeys his
heshima yake, huitikia wito (wa dini), na humtii
وَ اَطَاعَ وُلَاةَ اَمْرِهِ
اَشْهَدُ اَنَّكَ قَدْ بَالَغْتَ فِي النَّصِيْحَةِ
(divinely elected) leaders. I testify that you acted extremely
viongozi (waliochaguliwa na Mungu). Ninashuhudia kwamba ulitenda kupita kiasi
وَاَعْطَيْتَ غَايَةَ الْمَجْهُوْدِ
sincerely and exerted all your efforts (in this regard). Allah
kwa dhati na kwa juhudi zako zote (katika suala hili). Mwenyezi Mungu
فَبَعَثَكَ اللّٰهُ فِي الشَّهَدَآءِ
وَ جَعَلَ رُوْحَكَ مَعَ اَزْوَاحِ السُّعَدَاءِ
may attach you to the martyrs, add your soul to the souls of
inaweza kukuambatanisha na mashahidi, ongeza roho yako kwenye roho za
وَ اَعْطَاكَ مِنْ جِنَانِهِ اَفْسَحَهَا مَثْزِلًا
the happy ones, give you the largest abode in His Paradise
wenye furaha, wakupeni makazi makubwa zaidi katika Pepo yake
وَ رَفَعَ ذِكْرَكَ فِيْ عِلَّيِّيْنَ [فِي الْعَالَمِيْنَ]
and the most handsome room, exalt your mention in 'IlliyyIn
na chumba kizuri zaidi, tukuze utajo wako katika 'IlliyyIn
وَ حَشَرَكَ مَعَ النَّبِيِّيْنَ وَ الصِّدِّيْقِيْنَ
(the most elevated position), and join you to the Prophets,
na kukuunganisha na Manabii.
وَ الشَّهَدَاءِ وَ الصَّالِحِيْنَ
the veracious ones, the martyrs, and the righteous ones. Very
waaminifu, na mashahidi, na watu wema. Sana
وَ حَسُنَ أُوْلِئِكَ رَفِيْقًا
اَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ لَمْ تَهِنْ وَ لَمْ تَتْكُلْ
excellent is the companionship of such ones. I testify that
bora ni urafiki wa watu kama hao. Nashuhudia hilo
وَ أَنَّكَ مَضَيْتَ عَلَى بَصِيْرَةٍ مِنْ آمْرِكَ
you did not lag behind and did not turn away the face, and
hukubaki nyuma wala hukugeuza uso, na
مُقْتَدِيًا بِالصَّالِحِيْنَ
that you left this life with full awareness of the truth,
kwamba uliacha maisha haya ukiwa na ufahamu kamili wa ukweli,
وَ مُتَّبِعًا لِلنَّبِيِّيْنَ
following the examples of the righteous ones and sticking to
kufuata mifano ya watu wema na kushikamana nayo
فَجَمَعَ اللهُ بَيْنَنَا وَ بَيْنَكَ
the Prophets. So, Allah may gather us with you, with His
Manabii. Basi Mwenyezi Mungu atukusanye pamoja nanyi pamoja na Wake
وَ بَيْنَ رَسُوْلِهِ وَ أَوْلِيَآئِهِ
Messenger, and with His disciples in the abodes of those
Mtume, na wanafunzi wake katika majumba ya hao
فِيْ مَنَازِلِ الْمُحْبِتِيْنَ
who practiced humbly (with their Lord). He is certainly the
ambao walifanya unyenyekevu (na Mola wao Mlezi). Hakika yeye ndiye
فَاِنَّهُ اَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ-
most merciful of all the merciful ones.
mwingi wa rehema kuliko wote wenye kurehemu.
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ آَيُّهَا الْعَبْدُ الصَّالِحُ
Peace be upon you, O righteous servant (of Allah).
Amani iwe juu yako ewe mja mwema (wa Mwenyezi Mungu).
اَللّهُمَّ صَلَّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اَلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
O Allah, (please) send blessings upon Muhammad and the
Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu, (tafadhali) mrehemu Muhammad na
وَلَا تَدَغْ لِيْ فِيْ هَذَا الْمَكَانِ الْمُكَرَّمِ وَ الْمَشَهَدِ الْمُعَظَمِ ذَنْبًا اِلَّا غَفَزْتَهُ
Household of Muhammad and do not leave for me, in this
Enyi watu wa nyumba ya Muhammad na msiniache katika hili
وَ لَا هَمَّا اِلَّا فَرَّجْتَهُ
honored place and glorified shrine, any sin that l did but that
mahali pa heshima na patakatifu pa kutukuzwa, dhambi yoyote niliyofanya isipokuwa hiyo
وَ لَا مَرَضًا اِلَّا شَفَيْتَهُ
You forgive it, any care but that You relieve it, any illness but
Unaisamehe, huduma yoyote isipokuwa kwamba Unaiondolea, ugonjwa wowote lakini
وَ لَا عَيْبًا اِلَا سَتَرْتَهُ
that You cure it, any defect buth that You cover up, any
kwamba unaiponya, dosari yoyote unayoifunika, yoyote
وَ لَا رِزْقًا اِلَّا بَسَطْتَهُ
source of sustenance but that You expand it, any item of
chanzo cha riziki lakini kwamba Unaipanua, kitu chochote cha
وَ لَا خَوْفًا اِلَّا امَنْتَهُ
وَ لَا شَمْلًا اِلَّا جَمَعْتَهُ
terror but that You pacify it, any disunity but that You reunify
khofu lakini unaituliza, mfarakano wowote isipo kuwa Wewe unaunganisha tena
وَ لَا غَائِبًا اِلَّا حَفِظْتَهُ وَ اَذْنَيْتَهُ
it, any absent one but that You guard it and approach (him to
asiyekuwepo ila wewe umlinde na umkaribie (
وَ لَا حَاجَةً مِنْ حَوَائِجِ الدُّنْيَا وَ الْأَخِرَةِ
me), and any single need, among the many needs for this life as well as the life to come whose settlement achieves your gratification and my good, but that You grant it. O He Who is
mimi), na hitaji lolote moja, miongoni mwa mahitaji mengi ya maisha haya na vilevile maisha yajayo ambayo utatuzi wake unafanikisha utoshelevu wako na wema wangu, lakini kwamba Wewe unijalie. Ewe Aliye
لَكَ فِيْهَا رِضَى وَ لِيَ فِيْهَا صَلَاحُ اِلَّا قَضَيْتَهَا يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ.
the most merciful of all the merciful ones!
mwingi wa rehema kuliko wote wenye kurehemu!
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَآ آَبَا الْفَضْلِ الْعَبَّاسَ ابْنَ آَمِيْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
Peace be upon you, O Abu'l-Fadl al-'Abbas the son of the
Amani iwe juu yako, ewe Abu'l-Fadl al-'Abbas mwana wa Mwenyezi
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ سَيِّدِ الْوَصِيِّيْنَ
Commander of the Faithful. Peace be upon you, O son of the
Amirul-Muuminina. Amani iwe juu yako ewe mwana wa Mwenyezi Mungu
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ اَوَّلِ الْقَوْمِ اِسْلَامًا
chief of the successors (of the Prophets). Peace be upon
mkuu wa warithi (wa Mitume). Amani iwe juu yake
وَ أَقْدَمِهِمْ اِيْمَانًا
you, O son of the foremost to Islam, the first to believe, the
Ewe mwana wa waliotangulia katika Uislamu, wa kwanza kuamini
وَ اَقْوَمِهِمْ بِدِيْنِ اللهِ
best to have served the religion of Allah, and the most careful
walio bora zaidi kutumikia dini ya Mwenyezi Mungu, na walio makini zaidi
وَ أَخْوَطِهِمْ عَلَى الإِسْلَامِ
for Islam. I bear witness that you served Allah, His
kwa Uislamu. Nashuhudia kwamba nyinyi mlimuabudu Mwenyezi Mungu Wake
اَشْهَدُ لَقَدْ نَصَحْتَ للهِ وَ لِرَسُوْلِهِ وَلِاخِيْكَ
Messenger, and your brother sincerely. You were the most
Mtume, na ndugu yako kwa ikhlasi. Ulikuwa wengi zaidi
فَنِعَمَ الاَخُ الْمُوَاسِيْ
excellent self-sacrificing brother. So, Allah's curse be on the
ndugu bora mwenye kujitolea. Basi laana ya Mwenyezi Mungu iwe juu yake
فَلَعَنَ اللهُ أُمَةً قَتَلَثكَ
group who killed you. Allah's curse be on the group who
kundi lililokuuwa. Laana ya Mwenyezi Mungu iwe juu ya kundi ambalo
وَ لَعَنَ اللهُ أُمَّةً ظَلَمَثْكَ
wronged you. Allah's curse be on the group who violated your
alikudhulumu. Laana ya Mwenyezi Mungu iwe juu ya kundi lililo dhulumu
وَ لَعَنَ اللهُ اُمَّةً اِسْتَحَلَّثْ مِثكَ الْمَحَارِمَ
وَ انْتَهَكَتْ حُرْمَةَ الْإِسْلَامِ
sanctities and infringed the sanctity of Islam. You were the
utakatifu na kuvunja utakatifu wa Uislamu. Ulikuwa wewe
فِنِعَمَ الضَابِرُ المُجَاهِدُ
most excellent steadfast fighter, protector, supporter, and
bora zaidi mpiganaji imara, mlinzi, msaidizi, na
وَ الْاَخُ الدَّافِعُ عَنْ اَخِيهِ
brother who defended his brother, responded to the

الْمُجِيْبُ إِلَى طَاعَةِ رَبَّهِ
obedience to his Lord, and worked desirably for gaining the

الرَّاغِبُ فِيْمَا زَهِدَ فِيْهِ غَيْرُهُ مِنَ الثَّوَابِ الجَزِيْلِ
abundant reward, which others refused, and the nice tribute.

وَ الثَّنَآءِ الْجَمِيْلِ
So, Allah may attach you to the rank of your fathers in the

وَ اَلْحَقَكَ [فَالْحَقَكَ] اللهُ بِدَرَجَةِ أبَآئِكَ فِي جَنَّاتِ النَّعِيِمِ
gardens of bliss. O Allah, I have done the pilgrimage to Your

اَللَّهُمَ إِنَّي تَعَرَّضْتُ لِزِيَارَةِ آَوْلِيَآئِكَ رَغْبَةً فِيْ ثَوَابِكَ
disciples out of my desire for (winning) your reward and my
wanafunzi kwa kutaka kwangu (kupata) malipo yenu na yangu
وَ رَجَاَءً لِمَغْفِرَتِكَ وَ جَزِيْل اِحْسَانِكَ
wish for Your forgiveness and Your abundant benevolence.
nakutakia msamaha wako na rehema zako nyingi.
فَاساَلُكَ آَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ ألِهِ الطَّاهِرِيْنَ
So, l implore You to send Your blessings upon Muhammad
Kwa hivyo, nakuomba umpelekee baraka zako Muhammad
وَ اَنْ تَجْعَلَ رِزْقِي بِهِمْ دَآرًا
and his immaculate Household and to make my sustenance
na Aali zake safi na kuniruzuku
وَ عَيْشِيْ بِهِمْ قَارًا
وَ زِيَارَتِيْ بِهِمْ مَقْبُوْلَةً
flow copiously in their names, my living delightful in their
kutiririka kwa wingi katika majina yao, maisha yangu yawe ya kupendeza kwao
وَ حَيَاتِيْ بِهمْ طَيِّبَةُ
names, my pilgrimage rewardable in their names, and my life
majina, Hija yangu yenye malipo kwa majina yao, na maisha yangu
وَ اَدْرِجْنِي اِدْرَاجَ الْمُكْرَمِيْنَ
pleasant in their names, to make me take to the conduct of
kupendeza kwa majina yao, kunifanya nichukue mwenendo wa
وَ اجْعَلْنِي مِمَّنْ يَنقَلِبُ مِنْ زِيَارَةِ مَشَاهِدِ اَحِبَآئِكَ
the honored ones, to make me one of those who, as
waheshimiwa, ili kunifanya mmoja wa wale ambao, kama
مُفْلِحًا مُنْجِحًا
returning from the pilgrimage to the tombs of Your beloved
kurejea kutoka kwenye hija kwenye makaburi ya kipenzi chako
قَدِ اسْتَوْجَبَ غُفْرَانَ الذَّنُوْبِ
ones, win success and prosperity and deserve forgiveness of
moja, kushinda mafanikio na ustawi na kustahili msamaha
وَ كَشْفَ الْكُرُوْبِ
sins, covering up of defects, and relief of disasters. You are
dhambi, kufunika kasoro, na misaada ya maafa. Wewe ni
اِنَّكَ اَهْلُ التَقْوْى وَ آَهْلُ الْمَغْفِرَةِ.
surely worthy of being feared and worthy of forgiving.
hakika anastahiki kuogopwa na kustahiki kusamehewa.
اَسْتَوْدِعُكَ الله وَ اسْتَرْعِيْكَ
I entrust you with Allah, beseech Him to keep you under His
Ninakukabidhi kwa Mwenyezi Mungu, na muombe akuweke chini yake
وَ اَقْرَأُ عَلَيْكَ السَّلَامَ
guard, and invoke peace upon you. We have believed in Allah,
lindeni, na muombe amani. Tumemuamini Mwenyezi Mungu.
أَمَنَّا بِاللهِ وَ بِرَسُوْلِهِ وَ بِكِتَابِهِ
in His Messenger, in His Book, and in that which he conveyed
katika Mtume Wake, na katika Kitabu chake, na katika aliyoyafikisha
وَ بِمَا جَاءَ بِهِ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَهِ
from Allah. O Allah, record our names with the witnesses. 0

اَللّهُمَّ فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِيْنَ
Allah, do not decide this pilgrimage to the tomb of the son of
Mwenyezi Mungu, usiamue kuhiji hii kwenye kaburi la mwana wa
اَللّهُمّ لَا تَجْعَلْهُ أَخِرَ الْعَهْدِ مِنْ زِيَارَتِي قَبْرَ ابْنِ اخِي رَسُولِكَ
Your Messenger's brother to be the last one of mine. Peace
Ndugu wa Mtume wako kuwa wa mwisho kwangu. Amani
صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ ألِهِ
be upon him (i.e. the Messenger) and upon his Household.
iwe juu yake (yaani Mtume) na juu ya Ahli zake.
وَ اززُقْنِي زِيَارَتَهُ آَبَدًا مَا آَبْقَيْتَنِيْ
Grant me opportunities to visit him so long as You keep me
Nipe nafasi za kumtembelea mradi tu Unaniweka
وَ اخشُرْنِي مَعَهُ وَ مَعَ أَبَآئِهِ فِي الْجِنَانِ
alive, join me to him and to his fathers in the gardens of
hai, niunganishe naye na baba zake katika Bustani za
وَ عَرَّفْ بَيْنِيْ وَ بَيْنَهُ وَ بَيْنَ رَسُوْلِكَ وَ اَوْلِيَآئِكَ
Paradise, and introduce me to him, to Your Messenger, and to Your disciples. O Allah, send Your blessings to
Pepo, na unijulishe kwake, kwa Mtume wako, na kwa wanafunzi wako. Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu, mpe baraka zako
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلَّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اَل مُحَمَّدٍ
Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and take me
Muhammad na Aali Muhammad na nichukueni
وَ تَوَفَّنِيْ عَلَى الْاِيْمَانِ بِكَ
to You while I am abiding by the believing in You, giving
kwako na mimi nikikaa kwa kuamini Wewe, nikitoa
وَ التَّصْدِيْقِ بِرَسُوْلِكَ
credence to Your Messenger, being faithful to 'Ali the son of
Imani kwa Mtume Wako, kuwa mwaminifu kwa Ali mwana wa
وَ الْوِلَايَةِ لِعَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبِ وَ الْاَئِمَّةِ مِنْ وُلْدِهِ
Abu-Talib and the Imams from his progeny, and disavowing
Abu Talib na Maimamu kutoka katika kizazi chake, na kukataa
عَلَيْهِمُ السَّلَامُ وَ الْبَرَآءَةِ مِنْ عَدُوَّهِمْ
فَاِنَّي قَدْ رَضِيْتُ يَا رَبِّيْ بِذَلِكَ
their enemy. My Lord, I have accepted such. Allah may send
adui yao. Mola wangu, nimekubali vile. Mwenyezi Mungu anaweza kutuma
وَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ أَلِ مُحَمَّدٍ.
blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad. You may then pray Almighty Allah for yourself, your parents, your brethreninfaith, and for Muslims. You may choose any statement of supplication you like.
baraka zimfikie Muhammad na Aali zake Muhammad. Basi unaweza kuomba Mwenyezi Mungu kwa ajili yako mwenyewe, wazazi wako, ndugu zako katika imani, na kwa ajili ya Waislamu. Unaweza kuchagua kauli yoyote ya dua unayopenda.
