اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَى أَدَمَ صَفْوَةِ اللهِ
Peace be upon Adam the choice of Allah. Peace be upon
Amani iwe juu ya Adam chaguo la Mwenyezi Mungu. Amani iwe juu yake
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَى نُوْحٍ نَبِيِّ اللهِ
Noah the prophet of Allah. Peace be upon Abraham the
Nuh Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu. Amani iwe juu ya Ibrahim
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَى اِبْرَاهِيْمَ خَلِيْلِ اللهِ
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَى مُؤْسى كَلِيْمِ اللهِ
friend of Allah. Peace be upon Moses the spoken by Allah.

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَى عِيْسْ رُوحِ اللهِ
Peace be upon Jesus the spirit of Allah. Peace be upon you,
Amani iwe juu ya Yesu Roho wa Mwenyezi Mungu. Amani iwe juu yako,
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا رَسُوْلَ اللهِ
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا خَيْرَ خَلْقِ اللهِ
O Allah's Messenger. Peace be upon you, O Allah's best
Ewe Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu. Amani iwe juu yako ewe mbora wa Mwenyezi Mungu
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا صَفِيَّ اللهِ
creature. Peace be upon you, O elite of Allah. Peace be upon
kiumbe. Amani iwe juu yenu enyi wasomi wa Mwenyezi Mungu. Amani iwe juu yake
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ
خَاتَمَ النَّبِيِّيْنَ
you, O Muhammad the son of 'Abdullah and the seal of the
wewe, ewe Muhammad bin Abdullah na muhuri wa Mwenyezi Mungu
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَآ اَمِيْرَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
Prophets. Peace be upon you, O Commander of the Faithful
Manabii. Amani iwe juu yako ewe Amirul-Muuminina
عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِيْ طَالِبِ
'Ali the son of Abu-Talib and the successor of Allah's
Ali mwana wa Abu Talib na mrithi wa Mwenyezi Mungu
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَا فَاطِمَةُ
Messenger. Peace be upon you, O Fatimah the doyenne of
Mjumbe. Amani iwe juu yako ewe Fatimah doyenne wa
سَيِّدَةَ نِسَاَءِ الْعَالَمِيْنَ
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمَا يَا سِبْطَي الرَّحْمَةِ
the women of the worlds. Peace be upon both of you, 0
wanawake wa walimwengu. Amani iwe juu yenu nyote wawili, 0
وَ سَيِّدَيْ شَبَابِ اَهْلِ الجَنَّةِ
grandsons of the Mercy and two chiefs of the youth of
wajukuu wa Rehema na wakuu wawili wa vijana wa
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا عَلِيَّ بَنَ الْحُسَيْنِ
Paradise. Peace be upon you, O 'Ali the son of al-Husayn the
Paradiso. Amani iwe juu yako, ewe Ali mwana wa al-Husein
سَيِّدَ الْعَابِدِيْنَ وَ قُرَّةَ عَيْنِ النَّاظِرِيْنَ
chief of the worshippers, and the delight of the eye of all
mkuu wa waabuduo, na furaha ya macho ya wote
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَلِيَّ
seers. Peace be upon you, O Muhammad the son of 'Ali and
waonaji. Amani iwe juu yako ewe Muhammad mwana wa Ali na
بَاقِرَ الْعِلْمِ بَعْدَ النَّبِيِّ
the splitter of knowledge after the Prophet. Peace be upon
mpasuaji wa elimu baada ya Mtume. Amani iwe juu yake
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا جَعْفَرَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ
you, O Ja'far the son of Muhammad, the veracious, dutiful,
Ewe Jaafar bin Muhammad, mkweli, mchamungu.
الصَّادِقَ البَارَّ الاَمِيْنَ
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مُؤْسَى بْنَ جَغْفَرٍ
and honest. Peace be upon you, O Musa the son of Ja'far the
na waaminifu. Amani iwe juu yako, ewe Musa bin Jaafar
"اِلظَّاهِرَ الطُّهرَ
immaculate and ever-pure. Peace be upon you, O 'Ali the son

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا عَلِيَّ بْنَ مُؤْسَى
of Musa the well-pleased and well-contented. Peace be upon

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مُحَمَدَ بْنَ عَلِيِّ اِلتَّٰقِيَّ
you, O Muhammad the son of 'Ali the pious. Peace be upon
wewe, ewe Muhammad mwana wa Ali mchamungu. Amani iwe juu yake
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا عَلِيَّ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ
you, O 'Ali the son of Muhammad the immaculate, sincere,
wewe, Ewe Ali bin Muhammad, uliye safi, mkweli.
اِلنَّقِيَّ النَّاصِحَ الاَمِيْنَ
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا حَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيَّ
and honest. Peace be upon you, O Hasan son of 'Ali. Peace
na waaminifu. Amani iwe juu yako ewe Hasan bin Ali. Amani
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَى الْوَصِيِّ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ
be upon the next successor. O Allah, send blessings upon
kuwa juu ya mrithi ajaye. Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu, tuma baraka juu yake
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلَّ عَلَى نُوْرِكَ وَ سِرَاجِكَ
Your light, Your lantern, the representative of Your
Nuru yako, taa yako, mwakilishi wako
وَ وَصِيٍّ وَصِيِّكَ
representative, the successor of Your successor, and the
mwakilishi, mrithi wa mrithi wako, na
وَ حُجَّتِكَ عَلْى خَلْقِكَ
argument of You against Your creatures. Peace be upon you,
hoja Yako juu ya viumbe Wako. Amani iwe juu yako,
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَا بِنتَ رَسُولِ اللهِ
O daughter of Allah's Messenger. Peace be upon you, O
Ewe binti wa Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu. Amani iwe juu yako, O
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَا بِنْتَ فَاطِمَةً وَ خَدِيْجَةً
daughter of Fatimah and Khadijah. Peace be upon you, 0
binti ya Fatimah na Khadijah. Amani iwe juu yenu, 0
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَا بِنْتَ اَمِيْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
daughter of the Commander of the Faithful. Peace be upon
binti ya Amirul-Muuminina. Amani iwe juu yake
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَا بِنْتَ الْحَسَنِ وَ الْحُسَيْنِ
you, O daughter of al-Hasan and al-Husayn. Peace be upon
ewe binti wa al-Hasan na al-Husayn. Amani iwe juu yake
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَا بِنْتَ وَلِيِّ اللهِ
you, O daughter of Allah's representative. Peace be upon you,
ewe binti wa mwakilishi wa Mwenyezi Mungu. Amani iwe juu yako,
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَا أُخْتَ وَلِيَّ اللهِ
O sister of Allah's representative. Peace be upon you, O
Ewe dada wa mwakilishi wa Mwenyezi Mungu. Amani iwe juu yako, O
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَا عَمَّةَ وَلِيِّ اللهِ
paternal aunt of Allah's representative. Peace be upon you, 0
shangazi wa baba wa mwakilishi wa Mwenyezi Mungu. Amani iwe juu yenu, 0
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَا بِنُتَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيَّ اِلتَّقِيِّ
daughter of Muhammad the son of 'Ali the pious. Allah's
binti wa Muhammad mwana wa Ali mchamungu. wa Mwenyezi Mungu
وَ رَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَ بَرَكَاتُهُ
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ
mercy and blessings, too, be upon you. Peace be upon you.
rehema na baraka, pia, ziwe juu yako. Amani iwe juu yako.
عَرَّفَ اللهُ بَيْنَنَا وَ بَيْنَكُمْ فِي الْجَنَّةِ
May Allah introduce us to you all in Paradise, may He include
Mwenyezi Mungu atufikishe kwenu wote peponi, atuingize
وَ حَشَرَنَا فِيْ زُمْرَتِكُمْ
us with your group, and may He allow us to approach the
sisi pamoja na kundi lenu, na atujaalie tuwakaribie
وَ اَوْرَدَنَا حَوْضَ نَبِيِّكُمْ
وَ سَقَانَا بِكَأْسِ جَدَّكُمْ
pond of Your Prophet and serve us with water from the cup
bwawa la Mtume Wako na utuhudumie kwa maji kutoka kwenye kikombe
مِنْ يَدِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِيْ طَالِبِ
of your grandfather and from the hand of 'Ali the son of Abu-
ya babu yako na kutoka mkononi mwa Ali mtoto wa Abu-
صَلَوَاتُ اللهِ عَلَيْكُمْ
Talib. Allah's blessings be upon you all. I beseech Allah to
Talib. Baraka za Mwenyezi Mungu ziwe juu yenu nyote. Namuomba Mwenyezi Mungu
اَسْاَلُ اللهَ آَنْ يُرِيَنَا فِيْكُمُ السُّرُوْرَ وَ الْفَرَجَ
show us delight and relief through you, to join us with you in
utuonyeshe furaha na faraja kupitia wewe, kuungana nasi pamoja nawe
وَ اَنْ يَجْمَعَنَا وَ اِيَاكُمْ فِيْ زُمْرَةِ جَدَّكُمْ
the group of your grandfather Muhammad, Allah's blessings
kundi la babu yako Muhammad, baraka za Mwenyezi Mungu
مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ ألِهِ
be upon him and his Household, and never to deprive us of
iwe juu yake na Ahli zake, na kamwe usitunyime
وَ اَنْ لَا يَسْلُبَنَا مَعْرِفَتَكُمْ
اِنَّهُ وَلِيَّ قَدِيْرٌ
our recognition of you. Verily, He is Guardian and All-
utambuzi wetu kwako. Hakika Yeye ni Mlinzi na Mwenye
أَتَقَرَّبُ اِلَى اللهِ بِحْبَّكُمْ
powerful. I seek nearness to Allah through (my) love for you,
yenye nguvu. Najikurubisha kwa Mwenyezi Mungu kwa mapenzi (yangu) kwenu.
وَ الْبَرَآءَةِ مِنْ اَعْدَآئِكُمْ
repudiation of your enemies, and submission to Allah,
kuwakataa maadui zenu, na kujisalimisha kwa Mwenyezi Mungu.
وَ التَّسْلِيْمِ اِلَى اللهِ
رَاضِيًا بِهِ غَيْرَ مُنْكِرٍ وَ لَا مُسْتَكْبِرٍ
accepting Him without denial or arrogance, being fully
kumkubali bila ya kukanusha au kiburi, kuwa kikamilifu
وَ عَلَى يَقِيْنٍ مَا أَثى بِهِ مُحَمَّدْ
certain of what Muhammad has brought and showing full
hakika ya yale aliyoleta Muhammad na kuonyesha kamili
نَظْلُبُ بِذلِكَ وَجْهَكَ
satisfaction with it. We, through this, only seek Your Face, 0
kuridhika nayo. Sisi, kupitia hili, tunatafuta Uso Wako tu, 0
يَا سَيِّدِيْ اَللَهُمَّ وَ رِضَاكَ
وَ الدَّارَ الأخِرَةَ
my Master Allah and Your satisfaction as well as the Next
Bwana wangu Mwenyezi Mungu na kuridhika kwako na vile vile Ajaye
يَا حَكِيْمَةُ اشفَعِيْ لِي فِي الْجَنَّةِ
Abode. O Haldmah, (please) intercede for me to win
Makaazi. Ewe Haldmah, (tafadhali) niombee nishinde
فَاِنَّ لَكِ عِنْدَ اللَهِ شَأْنَا مِنَ الشَّأْنِ
Paradise, for you enjoy an outstanding status with Allah. 0
Pepo, kwa kuwa una cheo bora mbele ya Mwenyezi Mungu. 0
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّي اسآَلُكَ اَنْ تَخْتِمَ لِي بِالسَّعَادَةِ
Allah, l do beseech You to seal my life with happiness; so,
Mwenyezi Mungu, nakuomba uyafunge maisha yangu kwa furaha; hivyo,
فَلَا تَسْلُبَ مِنَّيْ مَا اَنَا فِيْهِ
(please) do not deprive me of that which I enjoy. There is
(tafadhali) usininyime ninachofurahia. Kuna
وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِيَّ الْعَظِيمِ
neither might nor power except with Allah the All-high and All-
hakuna nguvu wala uwezo ila kwa Mwenyezi Mungu Mtukufu.
اَللَّهُمَّ اسْتَجِبْ لَنَا
great. O Allah, (please) respond to us, accept this from us in
kubwa. Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu, (tafadhali) tuitikie, tukubalie haya kutoka kwetu
وَ تَقَبَّلْهُ بِكَرَمِكَ وَ عِزَّتِكَ
وَ بِرَحْمَتِكَ وَ عَافِيَتِكَ
the name of Your generosity, almightiness, mercy, and
jina la ukarimu Wako, uweza, rehema, na
وَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ الِهِ اَجْمَعِيْنَ
bestowal of wellbeing. May Allah bless Muhammad and his
ufadhili wa ustawi. Mwenyezi Mungu ambariki Muhammad na wake
وَ سَلَّمَ تَسْلِيْمًا يَآ اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ.
entire Household and pour down peace on them, O most mercitul of all those who show mercy.
nyumba nzima na uwamwagie amani, Ewe mwenye rehema kuliko wote wanaoonyesha rehema.
