Virtues, description, and recitation method of ZIYARAH OF THE IMAMS IN AL BAQI : AL HASAN AL as recorded in Shia traditions.
Fadhila, maelezo, na njia ya usomaji wa ZIYARAH YA MAIMAMU KATIKA AL BAQI : AL HASAN AL kama ilivyopokelewa katika mapokezi ya Shia.
يَا مَوَالِيَّ يَآ اَبْنَآءَ رَسُوْلِ اللهِ
You may now pray Almighty Allah for anything you want. In Tahdhib al-Ahkam, Shaykh al-Tusi says: You may then offer the Ziyarah Prayer (salat al-ziyarah) in eight units; each two units are for one of the (four) lmams.
Sasa unaweza kumuomba Mwenyezi Mungu kwa chochote unachotaka. Katika Tahdhib al-Ahkam, Shaykh al-Tusi anasema: Basi unaweza kuswali Swala ya Ziyarah (salat al-ziyarah) rakaa nane; kila Rakaa mbili ni kwa ajili ya mamamu mmoja (nne).
عَبْدُكُمْ وَ ابْنُ امَتِكُمُ
O my masters, sons of the Messenger of Allah, l your servant
Enyi mabwana zangu, wana wa Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu, mja wenu
الذَّلِيْلُ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيْكُمْ
and the son of your maid who stand submissively before you,
na mwana wa mjakazi wako anayesimama mbele yako kwa kunyenyekea.
وَ الْمُضْعَفُ فِي عُلُوْ قَدْرِكُمْ
who is worth nothing in comparison with your elevated
ambaye hana thamani yoyote ukilinganisha na aliyeinuliwa kwako
وَ الْمُعْتَرِفُ بِحَقَّكُمْ
esteem, and who admits your right (that is incumbent upon
heshima, na anayekubali haki yako (hiyo ni wajibu
جَاءَكُمْ مُسْتَجِيْرًا بِكُمْ
us) have come to you, seeking your shelter, heading for your
sisi) wamekuja kwako, wakitafuta makazi yako, wakielekea kwako
قَاصِدًا اِلَى حَرَمِكُمْ
Sanctuary, seeking nearness to Your statuses, and
Patakatifu, kutafuta ukaribu na hadhi zako, na
مُتَقَرِّبًا إِلَى مَقَامِكُمْ
مُتَوَسَّلًا إِلَى اللهِ تَعَالَى بِكُمْ
اَأَدْخُلُ يَا مَوَالِيّ؟
beseeching Allah in your names. May I enter, O my masters?
kumwomba Mwenyezi Mungu kwa majina yenu. Naweza kuingia, enyi mabwana zangu?
اَاَذْخُلُ يَا اَوْلِيَاءَ اللهِ؟
May l enter, O intimate servants of Allah? May l enter, 0
Je, naweza kuingia, enyi waja wa karibu wa Mwenyezi Mungu? Naweza kuingia, 0
اَأَذْخُلُ يَا مَلَائِكَةَ اللهِ
الْمُخْدِقِيْنَ بِهَذَا الْحَرَمِ
Allah's angels who surround this sanctuary and reside in this
Malaika wa Mwenyezi Mungu wanaoizunguka nyumba hii takatifu na wanakaa humo
الْمُقِيْمِيْنَ بِهَذَا الْمَشْهَدِ؟
shrine?
patakatifu?
اَللهُ اَكْبَرُ كَبِيْرًا
Allah is greatly the Greatest. All praise be to Allah
Mwenyezi Mungu ndiye Mkubwa kabisa. Sifa njema zote ni za Mwenyezi Mungu
وَ الْحَمْدُ للهِ كَثِيْرًا
وَ سُبْحَانَ اللهِ بُكْرَةً وَ اَصِيْلًا
abundantly. Glory be to Allah in morns and eves. All praise be
kwa wingi. Ametakasika Mwenyezi Mungu asubuhi na kukesha. Sifa zote ziwe
وَ الْحَمْدُ للهِ الْفَرْدِ الضَّمَدِ
to Allah, the Single, the Absolute, the Glorious, the One and
kwa Mwenyezi Mungu, Mmoja, Mkamilifu, Mtukufu, Mmoja na
الْمُتَفَضِّلِ الْمَنَّانِ
Only, the All-obliging, the All-benefactor, the Donor, the All-
Pekee, Mwenye wajibu, Mfadhili, Mfadhili, Mwenye
الْمُتَطَوّلِ الْحَنَّانِ
compassionate, Who conferred (upon us) with His bequests,
Mwingi wa rehema, aliyetupa wasia zake.
الَّذِيْ مَنَّ بِطَوْلِهِ
Who has made easy for me to visit my masters out of His
Ambaye amenirahisishia kuwatembelea mabwana zangu waliotoka kwake
وَ سَهَل زِيَارَةَ سَادَاتِيْ بِإِحْسَانِهِ
beneficence, Who has not included me with those who are
wema, Ambaye hajanijumuisha pamoja na waliomo
وَ لَمْ يَجْعَلْنِنْ عَنْ زِيَارَتِهِمْ مَمْنُوْعًا
prevented from visiting them, rather, He has bestowed upon
amezuiliwa kuwazuru, bali ametunuku
بَلْ تَطَوَّلَ وَ مَنَحَ.
me and donated me (this favor).

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ ائْمَةَ الْهُدْى
Peace be upon you, O Leaders of true guidance. Peace be
Amani iwe juu yenu enyi Viongozi wa uongofu wa kweli. Amani iwe
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ اَهْلَ التَّقْوْى
upon you, O people of piety. Peace be upon you, O
juu yenu enyi watu wachamungu. Amani iwe juu yako, O
السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ آَيُهَا الْحَجَجِ عَلَى اهْلِ الدُّنْيَا
Arguments against the inhabitants of this world. Peace be
Hoja dhidi ya wakazi wa dunia hii. Amani iwe
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ آَيُهَا الْقُوَامُ فِي الْبَرِيَّةِ بِالْقِسْطِ
upon you, O maintainers of justice on people. Peace be upon
juu yenu enyi wasimamizi wa uadilifu juu ya watu. Amani iwe juu yake
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ اَهْلَ الصَّفْوَةِ
you, O choicest people. Peace be upon you, O members of
ninyi, enyi watu wateule. Amani iwe juu yenu enyi wanachama wa
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ اَلَ رَسُوْلِ اللهِ
the Household of Allah's Messenger. Peace be upon you, 0
Nyumba ya Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu. Amani iwe juu yenu, 0
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ اَهْلَ النَّجْوْى
اَشْهَدُ اَنَّكُمْ قَدْ بَلَغَتُمْ وَ نَصَحْتُمْ
people of confidential talks (of the angels). I bear witness
watu wa mazungumzo ya siri (ya Malaika). Nashuhudia
وَ صَبَرْتُمْ فِيْ ذَاتِ اللهِ
that you did convey, offer advice, endure for the sake of Allah,
mlivyofikisha, na mkashauri, na subirini kwa ajili ya Mwenyezi Mungu.
وَ كُذَّبْتُمْ وَ أَسِيّءَ اِلَيْكُمْ فَغَفَرْتُمْ
and forgive when you were belied and maltreated. I also bear
na usamehe ulipokadhibishwa na kudhulumiwa. Mimi pia kubeba
وَ اَشْهَدُ اَنَّكُمُ الْاَئِمَّةُ الرَّاشِدُوْنَ الْمُهْتَدُوْنَ
witness that you are the orthodox, well-guided Leaders, that
shuhudia kwamba nyinyi ni Viongozi wa kweli, walioongozwa vyema, hivyo
وَ اَنَّ طَاعَتَكُمْ مَفْرُوْضَةٌ
the obedience to you is obligatory, that your words are true,
Utiifu kwenu ni wajibu, na kwamba maneno yenu ni kweli.
وَ اَنَّ قَوْلَكُمُ الصِّدْقُ
وَ أَنَّكُمْ دَعَوْتُمْ فَلَمْ تُجَابُوْا
that you had called (to Allah) but you were not answered, that
kwamba ulikuwa umeita (kwa Mwenyezi Mungu) lakini hukujibiwa hivyo
وَ اَمَرْتُمْ فَلَمْ تُطَاعُوْا
you had enjoined (the right) but you were not obeyed, and
mlikuwa mmeamrisha (haki) lakini hamkutiiwa, na
وَ أَنَّكُمْ دَعَائِمُ الدِّيْنِ وَ اَرْكَانُ الْأَرْضِ،
that you are the supports of the religion and the poses of the
kuwa nyinyi ndio nguzo ya dini na misimamo ya
لَمْ تَزَالَوْا بِعَيْنِ اللهِ
يَنْسَخْكُمْ مِنْ اَضْلَابٍ كُلَّ مُطَهَرٍ
earth. You were always under the sight of Allah Who moved
ardhi. Ulikuwa daima chini ya macho ya Mwenyezi Mungu Aliyekwenda
وَ يَتْقُلْكُمْ مِنْ اَرْحَامِ الْمُطَهَرَاتِ
you from the loins of purified men to the wombs of purified
wewe kutoka viuno vya watu waliotakaswa hadi matumbo ya waliotakaswa
لَمْ تُدَنِّسْكُمُ الْجَاهِلِيَّةُ الْجَهْلَاءُ
women. The benighted ignorance could not stain you and the
wanawake. Ujinga wa usiku haukuweza kukutia doa wewe na
وَ لَمْ تَشْرَك فِيْكُمْ فِتَنُ الْاَهْوَاءِ
whimsical sedition could not attract you. Pleased be you as
uchochezi wa kichekesho haukuweza kukuvutia. Radhi kuwa wewe kama
طِبْتُمْ وَ طَابَ مَنْبَثُكُمْ
your origin has been pleased. The King of the religion has
asili yako imekuwa radhi. Mfalme wa dini ana
مَنَّ بِكُمْ عَلَيْنَا دَيَّانُ الدِّيْنِ
conferred upon us with the grace of our acknowledgment of
tuliyopewa kwa neema ya kukiri kwetu
فَجَعَلَكُمْ فِيْ بُيُوْتٍ
you; He therefore caused you to be in houses which He (i.e.
wewe; Basi akakufanyeni katika majumba ambayo Yeye (yaani.
آَذِنَ اللهُ اَنْ تُرْفَعَ
Allah) has permitted to be exalted and that His Name may be
Mwenyezi Mungu) Ameruhusu kutukuka na ili Jina Lake liwe
وَ يُذْكَرَ فِيْهَا اسْمُهُ
mentioned therein, and He has decided our invocations of
zilizotajwa humo, na ameamua maombi yetu
وَ جَعَلَ صَلْوتَنَا عَلَيْكُمْ
blessings upon you to be mercy on us and to be granting
baraka juu yako uturehemu na utupe
رَخمَةً لَنَا وَ كَفَّارَةً لِذُنُوْبِنَا
remission of our sins. Allah has chosen you for us and has
ondoleo la dhambi zetu. Mwenyezi Mungu amekuchagua kwa ajili yetu na amekuchagua
اِذِ اخْتَارَكُمُ اللهُ لَنَا
purified our creation through the grace of our loyalty to your
ulitakasa uumbaji wetu kwa neema ya uaminifu wetu kwako
وَطَيَّبَ خَلْقَنَا بِمَا مَنَّ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ وِلَا يَتِكُمْ
(Divinely commissioned) Leadership with which He has
Uongozi (uliotumwa na Mwenyezi Mungu) ambao anao
وَ كُنَّا عِنْدَهُ مُسَمَّيْنَ بِعِلْمِكُمْ
conferred upon us. We have thus become nominated with
iliyotolewa juu yetu. Kwa hivyo tumeteuliwa na
مُعْتَرِفِيْنَ بِتَصدِيْقِنَا اِيَّاكُمْ
Him due to our acknowledgement of you and our giving
Yeye kwa sababu ya kukukubali na kutoa kwetu
وَ هَذَا مَقَامُ مَنْ اَسْرَفَ وَ آَخْطَاَ
credence to you. So, this is the situation of him who has committed mistakes and sins, shown submission (to you),
imani kwako. Basi hii ndiyo hali ya aliye fanya makosa na madhambi, akanyenyekea.
وَ اسْتَكَانَ وَ اَقَرَّ بِمَا جَنَى
and confessed of what he had committed. Hence, being in
na akakiri alichokifanya. Kwa hivyo, kuwa ndani
وَ رَجَا بِمَقَامِهِ الْخَلَاصَ
this situation, I hope for redemption and I hope that the

وَ اَنْ يَسْتَنْقِذَهُ بِكُمْ مُسْتَنْقِذُ الْهَلْكَى مِنَ الرَّدْى
Savior of the perishing ones from perdition may save me in

وَ اتَّخَذُوْا ايَاتِ اللهِ هُزُوًا
the Signs of Allah for a jest, and turned away from them
Ishara za Mwenyezi Mungu ni mzaha, na akajiepusha nazo
وَ اسْتَكْبَرُوْا عَنْهَا
haughtily.
kwa kiburi.
يَا مَنْ هُوَ قَائِمٌ لَا يَسْهُوْ
O He Who is Self-Subsisting and never forgets, Who is Ever-
Ewe Mwenye kujitosheleza na wala hasahau, Ambaye yuko daima.
وَ مُحِيْط بِكُلَّ شَيْءٍ
living and never becomes heedless, and Who encompasses
hai, wala haighafiliki, na ambaye anaizunguka
لَكَ الْمَنُّ بِمَا وَفَقْتَنِيْ
all things! To You is all gratitude for that You have guided me
mambo yote! Shukrani zote ni Kwako kwa kuwa umeniongoza
وَ عَرَّفْتَنِي بِمَا اَقْمْتَنِيْ عَلَيْهِ
(to this) and You have introduced to me that on which I rest,
(kwa haya) na umenijulisha ninayoegemea.
اِذْ صَدَّ عَنْهُ عِبَادُكَ
when Your servants diverted from it, ignored the recognition
waja wako walipojitenga nayo, wakapuuza utambulisho huo
وَ جَهِلُوْا مَعْرِفَتَهُ
of it, belittled its right, and inclined to elsewhere. Hence, You
yake, alidharau haki yake, na kutega mahali pengine. Kwa hivyo, Wewe
وَ اسْتَخَفَّوْا بِحَقَّهِ
فَكَانَتِ الْمِنَّةُ مِنْكَ عَلَيَّ
have conferred upon me with this favor as well as upon other
wamenineemesha kwa neema hii na kwa wengine
مَعَ اَقْوَامِ خَصَصْتَهُمْ بِمَا خَصَصْتَنِي بِهِ
people whom You have granted exclusively the same. So, all
watu ambao umewakirimu tu. Hivyo, wote
فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ إِذْ كُنْتُ عِنْدَكَ
praise be to You, for l have been mentioned and written with
sifa njema ni Zako, kwani nimetajwa na kuandikwa
فِيْ مَقَامِيْ هَذَا مَذْكُوْرًا مَكْتُوْبًا
You due to the situation in which I am now. Hence, (please)
Wewe kutokana na hali niliyo nayo sasa. Kwa hivyo, (tafadhali)
فَلَا تَخْرِمْنِيْ مَا رَجَوْتْ
do not deprive me of what l long for, and do not disappoint
usininyime kile ninachotamani, na usinikatishe tamaa
وَ لَا تُخَيِّبْنِي فِيْمَا دَعَوْتُ
me as regards my supplication; (please do so) in the name of
mimi kuhusu dua yangu; (tafadhali fanya hivyo) kwa jina la
بِحْزْمَةٍ مُحَمَدٍ وَ الِهِ الطَّاهِرِيْنَ
the sanctity of Muhammad and his immaculate Household.
utakatifu wa Muhammad na Aali zake safi.
وَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ أَلِ مُحَمَّدٍ.

Mwenyezi Mungu amrehemu Muhammad na Aali zake Muhammad. Sasa unaweza kumuomba Mwenyezi Mungu kwa chochote unachotaka. Katika Tahdhib al-Ahkam, Shaykh al-Tusi anasema: Basi unaweza kuswali Swala ya Ziyarah (salat al-ziyarah) rakaa nane; kila Rakaa mbili ni kwa ajili ya mamamu mmoja (nne).
