Virtues, description, and recitation method of METHOD OF THE ZIYARAT OF H. SALMAN (R.A.) as recorded in Shia traditions.
Fadhila, maelezo, na njia ya usomaji wa NJIA YA ZIYARAT YA H. SALMAN (R.A.) kama ilivyopokelewa katika mapokezi ya Shia.
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ
You may then repeat Surah al-Qadr (No. 97) seven times and
Kisha unaweza kurudia Surah al-Qadr (Na. 97) mara saba na
مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ
then offer any voluntary prayer you wish.
kisha usali sala yoyote ya hiari unayotaka.
خَاتَمِ النَّبِيِّيْنَ
Peace be upon the Messenger of Allah Muhammad the son
Amani iwe juu ya Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu Muhammad mwana
ٱَلسَّلَامُ عَلَى آَمِيْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
'Abdullah, the Seal of the Prophets. Peace be upon the
Abdullah, Muhuri wa Mitume. Amani iwe juu ya
سَيِّدِ الْوَصِيِّيْنَ
Commander of the Faithful, the chief of the Prophet's
Amirul-Muuminina, mkuu wa Mtume
السَّلَامُ عَلَى الْاَئِمَّةِ الْمَغْصُوْمِيْنَ الرَّاشِدِينَ
successors. Peace be upon the Imams, the infallible and
warithi. Amani iwe juu ya Maimamu, maasum na
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَى الْمَلَائِكَةِ الْمُقَرَّبِيْنَ
rightly guided. Peace be upon the archangels. Peace be upon
kuongozwa ipasavyo. Amani iwe juu ya Malaika wakuu. Amani iwe juu yake
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا صَاحِبَ رَسُوْلِ اللهِ الْامِينِ [الأمِيْنَ]
you, O faithful companion of Allah's Messenger. Peace be
ewe sahaba mwaminifu wa Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu. Amani iwe
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَلِيَّ اَمِيْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
upon you, O loyalist to the Commander of the Faithful. Peace
juu yako ewe msaliti kwa Amirul-Muuminina. Amani
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مُؤْدَعَ اَسْرَارِ السَّادَةِ الْمَيَامِيْنِ
be upon you, O trusted with the secrets of the blessed chiefs.
iwe juu yako, ewe uliyetegemewa kwa siri za wakuu waliobarikiwa.
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بَقِيَّةَ اللهِ مِنَ الْبَرَرَةِ الْمَاضِيْنَ
Peace be upon you, O he whom Allah has left from the past
Amani iwe juu yako ewe ambaye Mwenyezi Mungu amemuacha tangu zamani
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَآ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ
dutiful ones. Peace be upon you, O Abu-'Abdullah. Allah's
wachamngu. Amani iwe juu yako ewe Abu-'Abdullah. wa Mwenyezi Mungu
وَ رَخمَةُ اللهِ وَ بَرَكَاتُهُ
mercy and blessings be upon you. I bear witness that you
rehema na baraka ziwe juu yako. Nashuhudia kwamba wewe
اَشْهَدُ اَنَّكَ اَطَعْتَ اللهَ كَمَآ اَمَرَكَ
obeyed Allah as exactly as He ordered you to do, followed
mkamtii Mwenyezi Mungu kama alivyo kuamrisheni, mkafuata
وَ اتَّبَعْتَ الرَّسُوْلَ كَمَا نَدَبَكَ
the Messenger as exactly as He directed you to do, acted
Mtume akafanya kama alivyo kuamrisheni
وَ تَوَلَّيْتَ خَلِيْفَتَهُ كَمَا الْزَمَكَ
loyally to his vicegerent as exactly as He bound you to do,
kwa uaminifu kwa makamu wake kama vile vile Yeye alivyokulazimisha kufanya,
وَ دَعَوْتَ إِلَى الْاِهْتِمَامِ بِذُرِّيَّتِهِ كَمَا وَقَفَكَ [وَفَقَكَ]،
called for having care of his offspring as exactly as He used
alitoa wito kwa ajili ya kuwatunza watoto wake sawasawa na alivyotumia
وَ عَلِمْتَ الْحَقَّ يَقِيْنًا وَ اعْتَمَدْتَهُ كَمَا اَمَرَكَ
you for, and had full acquaintance with the truth and thus you rested upon it as exactly as He ordered you to do. I also bear
wewe kwa ajili yako, na ulikuwa na ujuzi kamili wa haki na hivyo ukaegemea juu yake kama vile vile alivyokuamuru kufanya. Mimi pia kubeba
[وَ] آَشهَدُ آَنَّكَ بَابُ وَصِيِّ الْمُضْطَفْى
witness that you are the door to the successor of the Chosen
shuhudia kwamba wewe ni mlango wa mrithi wa Mteule
وَ طَرِيْقُ حُجَةِ اللّهِ الْمُرْتَضى
Prophet, the path to the well-pleased argument of Allah, and the trustee of Allah in the knowledge of the Elite Ones with
Mtume, njia ya hoja ya Mwenyezi Mungu iliyo radhi, na mdhamini wa Mwenyezi Mungu katika elimu ya
وَ اَمِيْنُ اللهِ فِيْمَا اسْتُوْدِعْتَ مِنْ عُلَوْمِ الْاَصفِيَاءِ
which He entrusted you. I bear witness that you belong to the
ambayo alikukabidhi. Nashuhudia kwamba wewe ni wa
اَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ مِنْ اَهْلِ بَيْتِ النَّبِيِّ النُّجَبَاءِ
outstanding members of the Prophet's family and you are
watu mashuhuri wa familia ya Mtume na ninyi mko
الْمُخْتَارِيْنَ لِنُصْرَةِ الْوَصِيِّ
one of those chosen for supporting the Successor. I bear
mmoja wa waliochaguliwa kwa ajili ya kumuunga mkono Mrithi. Mimi kubeba
اَشهَدُ أَنَّكَ صَاحِبُ الْعَاشِرَةِ
witness that you attained the tenth rank (of faith), you were
mkashuhudia kuwa mmefikia daraja ya kumi (ya imani).
وَ الْبَرَاهِيْنِ وَ الدَّلَائِلِ الْقَاهِرَةِ
given the subduing proofs and demonstrations, you
kutokana na uthibitisho wa kutiisha na maandamano, wewe
وَ اَقَمْتَ الصَّلَاةَ
performed the prayer, defrayed the poor-rate, enjoined the
akashika Sala, akavunja Zaka, na akawaamrisha
وَاَمَرْتَ بِالْمَعْرُوْفِ
وَ نَهَيْتَ عَنِ المُنْكَرِ
وَ اَدَّيْتَ الْامَانَةَ
right, forbade the wrong, fulfilled the trust, acted sincerely for
haki, kukataza maovu, kutimiza amana, alitenda ikhlasi kwa
وَ نَصَحْتَ للهِ وَ لِرَسُوْلِهِ
Allah and His Messenger, and endured harm for His sake
Mwenyezi Mungu na Mtume wake, na akavumilia madhara kwa ajili yake
وَ صَبَرْتَ عَلَى الْاَذْى فِيْ جَنْبِهِ
until death came upon you. May Allah curse those who
mpaka mauti yakawajieni. Mwenyezi Mungu awalaani wale ambao
حَثّى اَنَاكَ اليَقِيْنُ
denied your precedence and belittled your status. May Allah
alikanusha utangulizi wako na akadunisha hadhi yako. Mwenyezi Mungu
لَعَنَ اللَهُ مَنْ جَحَدَكَ حَقَّكَ
curse those who injured you when they harmed your chiefs.
laani waliokujeruhi walipowadhuru wakuu wako.
لَعَنَ اللهُ مَنْ أذَاكَ فِي مَوَالِيْكَ
May Allah curse those who caused you distress when they
Mwenyezi Mungu awalaani wale waliokutia dhiki walipo
لَعَنَ اللهُ مَنْ اَعْنَتَكَ فِي اَهْلِ بَيْتِكَ [نَبِيِّكَ]
harmed the Household of your Prophet. May Allah curse
ukawadhuru watu wa nyumba ya Mtume wako. Mwenyezi Mungu alaani
لَعَنَ اللَهُ مَنْ لَامَكَ فِيْ سَادَاتِكَ
those who blamed you for your having followed your chiefs.
wale waliokulaumu kwa kuwafuata wakuu wako.
لَعَنَ اللهُ عَدُوَّ الِ مُحَمَّدٍ
May Allah curse the enemy of Muhammad's Family from the
Mwenyezi Mungu amlaani adui wa Familia ya Muhammad
مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَ الْاِنْسِ
مِنَ الْاَوَّلِيْنَ وَ الْأَخِرِيْنَ
jinn and men and from the past and the last generations.
majini na watu na tangu zamani na vizazi vya mwisho.
وَ ضَاعَفَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْعَذَابَ الْاَلِيمَ
May Allah multiply for them the painful chastisement. May
Mwenyezi Mungu awazidishie adhabu chungu. Mei
صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْكَ يَآ آَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ
Allah bless you, O Abu-'Abdullah. May Allah bless you, 0
Mwenyezi Mungu akubariki ewe Abu-'Abdullah. Mwenyezi Mungu akubariki, 0
صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْكَ يَا صَاحِبَ رَسُوْلِ اللهِ
companion of Allah's Messenger. May Allah bless him, his
sahaba wa Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu. Mwenyezi Mungu ambariki, wake
صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ ألِهِ
وَ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَوْلَى اَمِيْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Household, and you, O follower of the Commander of the
Kaya, na wewe, ewe mfuasi wa Amirul
وَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَى رُوحِكَ الطَّيِّبَةِ
وَ جَسَدِكَ الطَّاهِرِ
Faithful. May Allah bless your immaculate soul and pure
Mwaminifu. Mwenyezi Mungu ailaze roho yako safi na safi
وَ اَلْحَقَنَا بِمَنِّهِ وَ رَأْفَتِهِ
body, and may He, out of His favoring and kindness, join us,
mwili, naye, kwa ukarimu wake na fadhili zake, ajiunge nasi,
وَ بِمَحَلَّ السَّادَةِ الْمَيَامِيْنِ
when He grasps our souls, with you and with the position of
anapozishika nafsi zetu, na wewe na nafasi ya
وَ جَمَعَنَا مَعَهُمْ بِجِوَارِهِمْ فِيْ جَنَّاتِ النَّعِيْهِ
the blessed chiefs, and may He gather us in their vicinity in
wakuu waliobarikiwa, na Atukusanye katika ujirani wao
صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْكَ يَآ آَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ
the gardens of bliss. May Allah bless you, O Abu-'Abdullah.

وَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلْى اِخْوَانِكَ الشَّيْعَةِ الْبَرَرَةِ
May Allah also bless your brothers the dutiful partisans from
Mwenyezi Mungu pia awabariki ndugu zenu washiriki wachamungu kutoka
مِنَ السَّلْفِ الْمَيَامِيْنِ
the blessed bygone generation. May He insert bliss and
kizazi kilichobarikiwa kilichopita. Aingize neema na
وَ اَدْخَلَ الرُّوْحَ وَ الرِّضْوَانَ عَلَى الْخَلَفِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
pleasure to the believers from the succeeding generations
radhi kwa Waumini kutoka vizazi vijavyo
وَ اَلْحَقَنَا وَ اِيَّاهُمْ بِمَنْ تَوَلَاهُ مِنَ الْعِثْرَةِ الطَّاهِرِيْنَ
and may He add them and us to the immaculate progeny to
na awazidishie wao na sisi katika kizazi kisicho safi
وَ عَلَيْكَ وَ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّلَامُ
whom we have shown loyalty. Upon you and them be peace
ambaye tumeonyesha uaminifu. Amani iwe juu yako na wao
وَ رَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَ بَرَكَاتُهُ.
and Allah's mercy and blessings. You may then repeat Surah alQadr (No. 97) seven times and then offer any voluntary prayer you wish. When you decide to leave, you may stop at the tomb to bid farewell farewell to him. You may now say the following words, which Sayyid Ibn Tawus mentioned at the end of the fourth form of ziyarah of Salman:
na rehema za Mwenyezi Mungu na baraka zake. Kisha unaweza kurudia Surah alQadr (Na. 97) mara saba na kisha usali sala yoyote ya hiari unayotaka. Unapoamua kuondoka, unaweza kusimama kaburini ili kumuaga. Sasa unaweza kusema maneno yafuatayo, ambayo Sayyid Ibn Tawus aliyataja mwishoni mwa kidato cha nne cha ziyarah ya Salman:
