Virtues, description, and recitation method of DUAS AFTER THE ZIYARAH OF H. ALI (A.S) AND AFTER THE as recorded in Shia traditions.
Fadhila, maelezo, na njia ya usomaji wa DUAS BAADA YA ZIYARAH YA H. ALI (A.S) NA BAADA YA kama ilivyopokelewa katika mapokezi ya Shia.
اَللّهُمَّ لَا بُدَّ مِنْ اَمْرِكَ
It is also recommended to visit the head of Imam al-Husayn ('a) from the tomb of Imam 'Ali ('a). In the two books of al-
Inapendekezwa pia kumtembelea mkuu wa Imam al-Husayn ('a) kutoka kwenye kaburi la Imam Ali ('a). Katika vitabu viwili vya al-
وَ لا بُدَّ مِنْ قَدَرِكَ
Wasail and al-Mustadrak, an entire chapter has been dedicated to mentioning the forms of such Ziyarah.
Wasail na al-Mustadrak, sura nzima imejitolea kutaja aina za Ziyarah kama hizo.
وَ لَا بُدَّ مِنْ
O Allah, Your determination is surely unavoidable, Your
Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu, hakika azma yako haiepukiki, Yako
قَضَائِكَ
destiny is unavoidable, Your act is unavoidable, and there is
hatima haiwezi kuepukika, Tendo Lako haliepukiki, na lipo
وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ اِلَّا بِكَ
no power and no might except with You. So, O Allah,
hakuna nguvu wala uwezo ila kwa Wewe. Basi, Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu,
اَللّهُمَّ فَمَا [كَمَا] قَضَيْتَ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ قَضَاءِ
whatever act You decide on us and whatever decree You
kitendo chochote Utakachotuamulia na hukumu yako
اَوْ قَدَّزتَ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ قَدَرٍ
فَاَعْطِنَا مَعَهُ صَبْرًا يَقْهَرُهُ وَ يَدْمَغُهُ
make on us, (please do) grant us along with it patience that
utufanyie, (tafadhali tufanye) tupe subira pamoja nayo
وَ اجْعَلْهُ لَنَا صَاعِدًا فِيْ رِضْوَانِكَ
repels and fends it off and make it ascend for our good
huifukuza na kuilinda na kuifanya ipande kwa manufaa yetu
يُنْمِي [يُنمى] فِي حَسَنَاتِنَا وَ تَفْضِيْلِنَا
وَ سُؤْدَدِنَا وَ شَرَفِنَا
وَ مَجْدِنَا وَ نَعْمَائِنَا
toward Your Pleasure so that it shall grow up our rewards,
kwa Radhi Yako ili yatukuze thawabu zetu.
وَ كَرَامَتِنَا فِيْ الدُّنْيَا وَ الْأَخِرَةِ
favors, tributes, honor, glory, boon, and dignity in this world
fadhila, heshima, utukufu, fadhila na hadhi katika ulimwengu huu
وَ لَا تَنْقُض مِنْ حَسَنَاتِنَا
as well as the world to come. And (please) do not lessen our
pamoja na ulimwengu ujao. Na (tafadhali) usipunguze yetu
اَللَّهُمَّ وَ مَا اعْطِيْتَنَا مِنْ عَطَآءِ
rewards. O Allah, whatever donation You give us, whatever
tuzo. Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu, sadaka yoyote unayotupa, chochote
اَوْ فَضَّلْتَنَا بِهِ مِنْ فَضِيْلَةٍ
virtue You confer on us, whatever endowment You bestow on
wema unaotukirimia, wakfu wowote unaotupa
اَوْ اَكْرَمْتَنَا بِهِ مِنْ كَرَامَةِ
فَاَعْطِنَا مَعَهُ شُكْرًا يَقْهَرُهُ وَ يَدْمَغُهُ
us, (please) grant us with it thanksgiving that repels and
(Tafadhali) utujaalie kwa hayo shukurani ambayo inazuia na
وَ اجْعَلَهُ لَنَا صَاعِدًا فِيْ رِضْوَانِكَ
fends it off. And make it ascend for our good toward Your
huizuia. Na uifanye ipande kwa wema wetu kuelekea Kwako
وَ فِيْ حَسَنَاتِنَا وَ سُوْدَدِنَا
وَ شَرَفِنَا وَ نَعْمَائِكَ [نَعْمَائِنَا]
Pleasure, and ascend in our rewards, tribute, honor, Your
Raha, na kupaa katika thawabu zetu, kodi, heshima, Wako
وَكرَامَتِكَ [كَرَامَتِنَا] فِي الدُّنْيَا وَ الْأَخِرَةِ
boon, and Your honoring (us) in this world as well as the
fadhila, na utukufu wako (sisi) katika dunia na duniani
[اللّهُمَ] وَ لَا تَجْعَلْهُ لَنَا اَشَرًا وَ لَا بَطَرًا
world to come. And (please) do not make it to be for us a
ulimwengu ujao. Na (tafadhali) usiifanye iwe kwa ajili yetu
وَ لَا فِثْنَةً وَ لَا مَقْتَا
source of evil, ungratefulness, seditious matter, hatred,
chanzo cha uovu, kukosa shukurani, fitna, chuki,
وَ لَا عَذَابًا وَ لَا خِزْيًا فِي الدُّنْيَا وَ الأخِرَةِ
torture, or disgrace in this world as well as the world to
mateso, au fedheha katika ulimwengu huu pamoja na ulimwengu
اَللّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَثْرَةِ اللَّسَانِ
come. O Allah, we do seek Your protection against slips of
njoo. Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu, tunaomba ulinzi wako dhidi ya kuteleza
وَ خِفَّةِ الْمِيْزَانِ
tongues, evil situations, and lightness of the Scale. O Allah,
lugha, hali mbaya, na wepesi wa Mizani. Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu,
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ ال مُحَمَّدٍ
(please do) send blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, make us meet our the rewards of
(Tafadhali fanya) rehema juu ya Muhammad na Aali Muhammad, utujaalie tufikie malipo yetu
وَ لَقَّنَا حَسَنَاتِنَا فِي الْمَمَاتِ
good deeds at the hours of our death, do not show us the
matendo mema saa za kufa kwetu, usituonyeshe
وَ لَا تُرِنَا اَعْمَالَنَا حَسَرَاتٍ
fruits of our deeds as nothing but regrets, do not disgrace us
matunda ya matendo yetu si chochote isipokuwa majuto, usitufedheheshe
وَ لَا تُخْزِنَا عِنْدَ قَضَآئِكَ
when You judge us, do not expose us because of our
Unapotuhukumu, usitufichue kwa sababu yetu
وَ لَا تَفْضَحْنَا بِسَيِّئَاتِنَا يَوْمَ نَلْقَاكَ
evildoings on the Day when we shall meet You, make our
maovu Siku tutakayokutana nawe, yafanyie yetu
وَ اجْعَلْ قُلُوْبَنَا تَذْكُرُكَ وَ لَا تَنْسَاكَ
hearts remember You always and never forget You, make our
mioyo ikukumbuke daima na kamwe isikusahau, ifanye yetu
وَ تَخْشَاكَ كَانَّهَا تَرَاكَ حَتّى نَلْقَاكَ
hears fear You as if they can see You until we meet You, send
wanasikia kukuogopa kana kwamba wanaweza kukuona mpaka tukutane na wewe, tutume
وَ صَلَّ عَلى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ الِ مُحَمَّدٍ
blessings upon Muhammad and the Household of
baraka zimfikie Muhammad na Aali zake
وَ بَدَّل سَيِّئَاتِنَا حَسَنَاتٍ
Muhammad, change our evildoings into good deeds, make
Muhammad, badilisha maovu yetu kuwa mema, fanya
وَ اجْعَل حَسَنَاتِنَا دَرَجَاتٍ
our good deeds to be grades, change our grades into
matendo yetu mema yawe madaraja, yabadilishe alama zetu kuwa
وَ اجْعَلْ دَرَجَاتِنَا غُرُفَاتٍ
وَ اجْعَل غُرُفَاتِنَا عَالِيَاتٍ.
chambers (in Paradise), and make our chambers high. O
vyumba (peponi), na utukuze vyumba vyetu. O
اَللّهُمَّ وَ اَوْسِعْ لِفَقِيْرِنَا
Allah, (please do) expand the source of sustenance for our
Mwenyezi Mungu, (tafadhali) panue chanzo cha riziki kwa ajili yetu
مِنْ سَعَةٍ مَا قَضَيْتَ عَلَى نَفْسِكَ
poor people from the expansion that You have taken upon
watu maskini kutokana na upanuzi ambao umechukua
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلَّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَالِ مُحَمَّدٍ
Yourself to make. O Allah, (please do) send blessings upon
Wewe mwenyewe kutengeneza. Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu, (tafadhali) tuma baraka juu yake
وَ مُنَّ عَلَيْنَا بِالْهُدْى مَا اَبْقَيْتَنَا
Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad and endue us
Muhammad na Aali Muhammad na utujaalie
وَ الْكَرَامَةِ مَا اَخِيَيْتَنَا
with true guidance as long as You grant us life, with honor as
kwa mwongozo wa kweli maadamu Umetujalia uzima, kwa heshima kama
وَ الكَرَامَةِ [وَ الْمَغْفِرَةِ] اِذَا تَوَفّيْتَنَا
long as You keep us alive, with forgiveness when You decide
maadamu Unatuweka hai, kwa msamaha unapoamua
وَ الْحِفْظِ فِيْمَا بَقِيَ مِنْ عُمُرِنَا
to cease our lifetime, with protection in the rest of our
kusitisha maisha yetu, na ulinzi katika mapumziko yetu
وَ البَرَكَةِ فِيْمَا رَزَقْتَنَا
lifetime, with blessings in the sustenance that You give us,
maishani, na baraka katika riziki unayotupa,
وَ الْعَوْنِ عَلَى مَا حَمَّلْتَنَا
with help to carry out what You have burdened us with, and
kwa msaada wa kutekeleza uliyotutwika, na
وَ الثَّبَاتِ عَلَى مَا طَوَّقْتَنَا
with steadfastness against what You have imposed on us.
kwa uthabiti dhidi ya uliyotuwekea.
وَ لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا بِظُلْمِنَا
And do not punish us for our wrongdoings, do not treat us on
Wala usituadhibu kwa makosa yetu, wala usitufanyie kazi
وَ لَا تُقَائِسْنَا بِجَهْلِنَا
وَ لا تَسْتَذْرِجْنَا بِخَطَايَانَا
basis of our lack of knowledge, do not draw us near to
msingi wa ukosefu wetu wa maarifa, usitusogeze karibu nayo
وَ اجْعَلْ اَخسَنَ مَا نَقُوْلَ ثَابِتًا فِيْ قُلَوْبِنَا
destruction gradually on account of our sins, make the best
uharibifu hatua kwa hatua kwa sababu ya dhambi zetu, kufanya bora zaidi
وَ اجْعَلَنَا عُظَمَاءَ عِنْدَكَ
of our words to be firm in our hearts, make us to be great
ya maneno yetu kuwa imara katika mioyo yetu, kutufanya kuwa wakuu
وَ آَذِلَةً فِيْ اَنْفُسِنَا
persons in Your view but humble ones in our own views,
watu kwa mtazamo wako lakini wanyenyekevu katika maoni yetu wenyewe,
وَ انْفَعْنَا بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنَا
make that which You have taught us to benefit us, and
Utufanyie manufaa uliyotufundisha, na
وَ زِدْنَا عِلْمًا نَافِعًا
increase us with useful knowledge. And I seek Your
utuongezee elimu yenye manufaa. Nami nakutafuta Wewe
وَ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ قَلْبِ لَا يَخْشَعُ
protection against a heart that does not submit (to You), an
kinga dhidi ya moyo usionyenyekea (Kwako).
وَ مِنْ عَيْنٍ لَا تَدْمَعُ
eye that does not shed tears (for fear of You), and a prayer
jicho lisilotoa machozi (kwa kukuogopa) na sala
وَ مِنْ صَلَوةٍ لَا تُقْبَلُ
that is not admitted (by You). (Please do) rescue us from the
hilo halikubaliwi (na Wewe). (Tafadhali fanya) utuokoe kutoka kwa
أَحِزْنَا مِنْ سُوَءِ الْفِتَنِ
يَا وَلِيَّ الدُّنْيَا وَ الاخِرَةِ.
evil seditious matters, O Manager of this world and the world to come. O Allah! O Allah! O Allah! O He who gives answer to the cries of the persecuted.
mambo mabaya ya fitna, ewe Msimamizi wa ulimwengu huu na ulimwengu ujao. Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu! Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu! Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu! Ewe Mwenye kujibu vilio vya wanaoteswa.
يَا اللهُ يَا اَللهُ يَا اَلله

يَا مُجِيْبَ دَعْوَةٍ
