Virtues, description, and recitation method of AAMAL DAKKAT AL QAZA AND BAYT AL TASHT as recorded in Shia traditions.
Fadhila, maelezo, na njia ya usomaji wa AAMAL DAKKAT AL QAZA NA BAYT AL TASHT kama ilivyopokelewa katika mapokezi ya Shia.
اِنَّ اللهَ يَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَ الْإِحْسَانِ
It is narrated that Imam al-Sadiq ('a) offered a two-unit prayer in this place; the place of the washtub (bayt al-tast).
Imepokewa kwamba Imam al-Sadiq ('a) aliswali rakaa mbili mahali hapa; mahali pa kuogea (bayt al-tast).
يَا مَالِكِن وَ مُمَلَّكِيْ
"Surely, Allah enjoins the doing of justice and the doing of good to others and the giving to the kindred, and He forbids indecency and evil and rebellion; He admonishes you that you may be mindful.'
“Hakika Mwenyezi Mungu anaamrisha kufanya uadilifu na kuwafanyia wema wengine na kuwapa jamaa, na anakataza machafu na maovu na maasi, anakuusieni ili mpate kukumbuka.
وَ مُتَعَمِّدِي [مُعْتَمَدِيْ] بِالنَّعَمِ الجِسَامِ
O He Who possesses me, He Who endows me with
Ewe Mwenye kunimiliki, Mwenye kuniruzuku
مِنْ غَيْرِ اسْتِخْقَاقٍ
possessions, and He Who encompasses me withenormous
mali, na ambaye amenizunguka kwa wingi
وَجْهِيْ خَاضِعُ لِمَا تَعْلُوْهُ الْاَقْدَامُ
bounties albeit that I do not deserve them. My face is humble
fadhila ingawa sistahili. Uso wangu ni mnyenyekevu
لِجَلَالِ وَجْهِكَ الْكَرِيْمِ
to what is overtopped by feet due to the majesty of Your
kwa kile kilichopitwa na miguu kwa sababu ya utukufu wako
لا تَجْعَلْ هَذِهِ الشَّدَّةَ وَ لَا هَذِهِ الْمِخْنَةَ
Noble Face. (Please) do not make this hardship and this
Uso Mtukufu. (Tafadhali) usifanye ugumu huu na huu
مُتَصِلَةً بِاسْتِيْصَالِ الشَّأْفَةِ
ordeal to be continual until they lead to the extirpation of the
magumu kuwa ya kudumu hadi yanapopelekea kuisha kwa
وَ امْنَحْنِيْ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ
root. And (please) grant me from Your favor more than that
mzizi. Na (tafadhali) nijaalie kutokana na fadhila zako zaidi ya hayo
مَا لَمْ تَمْنَخ بِهِ اَحَدًا مِنْ غَيْرِ مَسْاَلَةٍ
which You have granted to any body who has not asked You
ambayo Umeikabidhi kwa chombo chochote ambacho hakikuomba
أَنْتَ الْقَدِيْمُ الْاَوَّلَ
to grant him. You are verily the Eternal and the First Lord Who
kumpatia. Hakika wewe ndiye Mola Mlezi wa Milele na wa Kwanza
الَذِيْ لَمْ تَزَلْ وَ لَا تَزَالَ
صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ الِ مُحَمَّدٍ
has neither beginning nor end. (please) send blessings upon
haina mwanzo wala mwisho. (tafadhali) tuma baraka juu yake
وَ اغْزْ لِيْ وَ ازحَمْنِيْ
Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, forgive me,
Muhammad na Aali Muhammad, nisameheni!
وَ بَارِك لِيْ فِيْ اَجَلِيْ
have mercy on me, admit my deeds, bless my lifetime, and
unirehemu, yakiri matendo yangu, ubariki maisha yangu, na
وَ اجْعَلْنِي مِنْ عُتَقَآئِكَ وَ طُلَقَآئِكَ مِنَ النَّارِ
include me with those whom You release and pardon from
nijumuishe pamoja na unaowaachilia na uwasamehe
بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ.
Hellfire, in the name of Your mercy, O most merciful of all
Moto wa Jahannamu, kwa jina la rehema Yako, Ewe mwenye kurehemu kuliko wote
اَللّهُمَّ إِنَّيْ ذَخَرْتُ تَوْحِيْدِيْ اِيَّاكَ
those who show mercy.
wale wanaoonyesha rehema.
وَ مَعْرِفِتِيْ بِكَ
O Allah, I save (the reward of) my submission to Your
Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu, mimi naokoa (malipo ya) kujisalimisha Kwako
وَ اِخْلَاصِيْ لَكَ
Oneness, my recognition of You, my sincerity to You, and my
Umoja, utambuzi wangu Kwako, uaminifu wangu Kwako, na wangu
وَ اِقْرَارِيْ بِرُبُوْبِيَتِكَ
bearing witness of Your Godhead, and I also save (the reward
kushuhudia Uungu Wako, na pia ninaokoa (thawabu
وَ ذَخَرْتُ وِلَايَةَ مَنْ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ بِمَعْرِفَتِهِمْ مِنْ بَرِيَّتِكَ
of) my loyalty to those with the recognition of whom You
ya) uaminifu wangu kwa wale wanaowatambua ambao Wewe
مُحَمَّدٍ وَ عِثْرَتِهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِمْ
have bestowed upon me: namely, Muhammad and his
wamenineemesha mimi, yaani, Muhammad na wake
لِيَوْمِ فَزَعِيْ اِلَيْكَ عَاجِلًا وَ أَجِلًا
Household, peace of Allah be upon them, (I save all that) to the day of my taking refuge with You, whether in this world or
Enyi watu wa nyumba, amani ya Mwenyezi Mungu iwe juu yao, (mimi naokoa yote hayo) mpaka siku ya kujikinga Kwako, iwe katika dunia hii au
وَ قَدْ فَزِعْتُ اِلَيْكَ وَ اِلَيْهِمْ يَا مَوْلَايَ
the Hereafter. Thus, l am now taking refuge with You, O my
Akhera. Kwa hivyo, sasa ninakimbilia Kwako, Ee wangu
فِيْ هَذَا اليَوْمِ وَ فِيْ مَوْقِفِيْ هَذَا
Master, and with them, on this day and on this very situation,
Bwana, na pamoja nao, siku hii ya leo na katika hali hii hii,
وَ سَاَلْتُكَ مَآدَتِيْ [مَا زَكى] مِنْ نِعْمَتِكَ
and I thus beg You for Your increasing bounties, for removing
na hivyo nakuomba kwa fadhila Zako zinazoongezeka, za kuniondolea
وَ اِزَاحَةَ مَا اَخْشَاهُ مِنْ نِقْمَتِكَ
from me Your chastisement that I fear, for blessing all the

وَ الْبَرَكَةَ فِيْمَا رَزَقْتَنِيْهِ
sustenance which You grant me, and for immunizing my heart from receiving any grievous matter, any calamity, or any
riziki Uliyonipa, na kwa ajili ya kuulinda moyo wangu usipate jambo lolote zito, balaa, au
وَ تَخصِيْنَ صَدْرِيْ مِنْ كُلِّ هَمَّ
act of disobedience to You, regarding my religion, worldly life,
kitendo cha kukufuru katika dini yangu na maisha ya dunia.
وَ جَائِحَةٍ وَ مَعْصِيَةٍ
and the Next Life. O most merciful of all those who show mercy.
na Maisha Yajayo. Ewe mwenye kurehemu kuliko wote wanao rehemu.
فِيْ دِيْنِيْ وَ دُنْيَايَ وَ أَخِرَتِيْ
It is narrated that Imam alSadiq ('a) offered a twounit prayer
Imesimuliwa kwamba Imam alSadiq ('a) aliswali rakaa mbili
يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ.
in this place, the place of the washtub (bayt altast).
mahali hapa, mahali pa bafu (bayt altast).
