دعاء الامام الصادق (ع) لدرء الشر السابع عشر: يوصف هذا الدعاء بأنه دعاء الامام الصادق (ع) لدفع الشر (أي الحجاب):

SWALAH OF IMAM SADIQ (A) TO WARD OF EVIL Seventeenth: This supplicatory prayer is described as Imam al-Sadiq's evil-averting prayer (i.e. Hijab):

يَا مَنْ إِذَا اسْتَعَذَّتُ بِهِ اَعَاذَنِى وَ إِذَا اسْتَجَرْتُ بِهِ عِنْدَ الشَّدَائِدِ اَجَارَنِى وَ إِذَا

O He who, when I seek refuge in Him, He helps me, and when I seek refuge in Him, He supports me in times of adversity, and when

اسْتَغَثْتُ بِهِ عِنْدَ النَّوَآئِبِ آَغَاثَنِى وَ إِذَاسْتَنْصَرْتُ بِهِ عَلَى عَدُوَّىٰ نَصَرَنِى وَ اَعَانَنِى

I asked him for help in times of calamities, he helped me, and when I sought help from him when I was infected, he helped me and helped me.

اِلَيْكَ الْمَفْزَعُ وَ أَنْتَ الثَّقَةُ فَاقْمَعْ عَنَّى مَنْ اَرَادَنِى وَاغْلِبْ لِى مَنْ كَادَنِى يَا مَنْ قَالَ

To You is the fear, and You are the trustworthy one, so suppress against me whoever wants me and defeat against me whoever opposes me, O you who said

اِنْ يَنْصُرْكُمُ اللهُ فَلَا غَالِبَ لَكُمْ يَا مَنْ نَجًا نُوْحًا مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِيْنَ يَا مَنْ نَجًّا

If God helps you, there is no one who can defeat you. O you who saved Noah from the wrongdoing people. O you who saved Noah from the wrongdoing people.

لُوْطًا مِنَ

Lot of

الْقَوْمِ الْفَاسِقِيْنَ يَا مَنْ نَجَا هُوْدًا مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الْعَادِيْنَ يَا مَنْ نَجَا مُحَمَدًا صَلَّى اللهُ

The immoral people, O he who saved Hud from among the ordinary people, O he who saved Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace.

عَلَيْهِ وَ اُلِهِ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِيْنَ نَجِّنِى مِنْ اَعْدَآئِن وَ اَعْدَائِكَ بِاَسْمَائِكَ يَا رَحْمْنُ يَا

upon him and his God from the disbelieving people. Save me from my enemies and your enemies by your names, O Most Merciful, O

رَجِيِمُ لَا سَبِيْلَ لَهُمْ عَلَى مَنْ تَعَوَّذَ بِالْقُرْأْنِ وَاسْتَجَارَكَ بِالرَّحِيْمِ الرَّحْمْنِ اَلرَّحمْنُ

There is no way for them to be accursed to whoever seeks refuge in the Qur’an and seeks protection from you in the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful.

عَلَى الْعَرْشِ اسْتَوْى اِنَّ بَطْشَ رَبِّكَ لَشَدِيْدٌ إِنَّهُ هُوَ يُنْدِئُ وَ يُعِيْدُ وَهُوَ الْغَفُوْرُ

He is established on the Throne. Indeed, the oppression of your Lord is severe. Indeed, it is He who renews and restores, and He is the Forgiving.

الْوَدُوْدُ ذُوا الْعَرْشِ الْمَجِيْدِ فَعَالٌ لِمَا يُرِيْدُ فَانْ تَوَلَّوْا فَقُلْ حَسْبِىَ اللهُ لَا اِلْهَ اِلَّا هُوَ

The Most Friendly, Possessor of the Glorious Throne, He does what He wills. So if they turn away, then say, “Allah is sufficient for me, there is no god but Him.”

عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَ هُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْمِ.

I put my trust in Him, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne.
