دعاء الإمام العسكري عليه السلام
IMAM AL-ASKARI'S SUPPLICATION
DUA YA IMAM AL-ASKARI ('A)
اَللّهُمّ إِنِّي آَسالَكَ بَآنَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدَ
Allāhumma ʾinnī āsālaka baʾānna laka al-ḥamda
O Allah, I beseech You in the name of all praise being to You;
Ee Allah, hakika nakuomba kwa kuwa Sifa zote njema ni Zako;
لَا إِلَهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
Lā ʾilaha al-ā anta
there is no god save You,
hapana mungu ila Wewe,
الْبَدِيءُ قَبْلَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ
Al-badīʾu qabla kulli shayʾin
[You are] the Premier before all things;
[Wewe ni] Mwanzishi kabla ya kila kitu;
وَ انْتَ الحَيُّ الْقَيُّوْمُ
Wa anta al-ḥayyu al-qayyūmu
and You are the Ever-living, the Self-Subsistent;
na Wewe ni Aliye hai, Msimamia kila kitu;
وَ لَا اِلْهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
Wa lā al-ha al-ā anta
and there is no god save You,
na hapana mungu ila Wewe,
الَذِيْ لَا يُذِلّكَ شَيْءٌ
Adh-dhī lā yudhillka shayʾun
nothing can humiliate You;
Ambaye hakuna kitu kinachoweza Kukudhalilisha;
وَ آَنْتَ كُلّ يَوْمٍ فِي شَأْنٍ
Wa ānta kull yawmin fī shaʾnin
and You, every moment, are in a state (of glory).
na Wewe, kila wakati, Uko katika hali (ya utukufu).
لَا إِلْهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
Lā ʾilha al-ā anta
There is no god save You,
Hapana mungu ila Wewe,
خَالِقُ مَا يُرْى وَ مَا لَا يُرَى
Khāliqu mā yurā wa mā lā yurā
the Creator of what is seen and what cannot be seen,
Muumba wa vinavyoonekana na visivyoonekana,
الْعَالِمُ بِكُلَّ شَيْءِ بِغَيْرِ تَعْلِيْمِ
Al-ʿālimu bikulla shayʾi bighayri taʿlīmi
the Knower of all things without learning;
Mjuzi wa kila kitu bila kufundishwa;
اَسْاَلُكَ بِالائِكَ وَ نَعْمَائِكَ
Asāluka biālāʾika wa naʿmāʾika
I beseech You in the name of Your bounties and gratuities
Nakuomba kwa neema Zako na mapaji Yako
بِاَنَّكَ اللهُ الرَّبُّ الْوَاحِدُ
Biānnaka Allāhu ar-rabbu al-wāḥidu
and in the name of Your being Allah, the One Lord,
na kwa kuwa Wewe ni Allah, Mola Mmoja,
لَا إِلْهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
Lā ʾilha al-ā anta
there is no god save You,
hapana mungu ila Wewe,
الرَّخْمْنُ الرَّحِيْمُ
Ar-rakhmnu ar-raḥīmu
the All-beneficent, the All-merciful;
Mwingi wa rehema, Mwenye kurehemu;
وَ اَساَلُكَ بِاَنَّكَ اَنْتَ اللهُ
Wa asāluka biānnaka anta Allāhu
and I beseech You in the name of Your being Allah;
na nakuomba kwa kuwa Wewe ni Allah;
لَا اِلْهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
Lā al-ha al-ā anta
there is no god save You,
hapana mungu ila Wewe,
الْوِثْرُ الْفَرْدُ
Al-withru al-fardu
the Unique, the Single,
wa Pekee, Mmoja,
الْاَحَدُ الصَّمَدُ
Al-āḥadu aṣ-ṣamadu
the One, and the eternally Besought of all,
Mmoja, na Aliyekusudiwa na viumbe vyote,
الَذِيْ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَ لَمْ يُوْلَدْ
Adh-dhī lam yalid wa lam yūlad
Who begets not, nor is he begotten,
Ambaye hakuzaa, wala hakuzaliwa,
وَ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوَا آَحَدٌ،
Wa lam yakun lahu kufuwā āḥadun,
and none is like Him.
na wala hakuna yeyote anayefanana Naye.
وَ أَسْاَلَكَ بِاَنَّكَ اللهُ
Wa ʾasālaka biānnaka Allāhu
And I beseech You in the name of Your being Allah,
Na nakuomba kwa kuwa Wewe ni Allah,
لَا اِلْهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
Lā al-ha al-ā anta
there is no god save You;
hapana mungu ila Wewe;
اللَّطِيْفُ الْخَبِيْرُ
Al-laṭīfu al-khabīru
the Knower of subtleties, the All-aware,
Mwenye upole, Mjuzi wa yote,
الْقَائِمُ عَلَى كُلّ نَفْسِ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ
Al-qāʾimu ʿalā kull nafsi bimā kasabat
Who watches every soul as to what it earns,
Msimamizi wa kila nafsi kwa yale iliyoyachuma,
اَلرَّقِيْبُ الْحَفِيْظ
Ar-raqību al-ḥafīẓ
the Watcher, the Preserver.
Mwangalizi, Mhifadhi.
وَ اَسْاَلُكَ بِاَنَّكَ اللهُ
Wa asāluka biānnaka Allāhu
And I beseech You in the name of Your being Allah,
Na nakuomba kwa kuwa Wewe ni Allah,
الْاوَّلُ قَبْلَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ
Al-āwalu qabla kulla shayʾin
the First before all things,
wa Kwanza kabla ya kila kitu,
وَ الْأَخِرُ بَعْدَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ
Wa al-ʾakhiru baʿda kulli shayʾin
the Last after all things,
wa Mwisho baada ya kila kitu,
وَ الْبَاطِنُ دُونَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ
Wa al-bāṭinu dūna kulli shayʾin
the Knower of all hidden things,
wa Ndani (Aliyejificha) kuliko kila kitu,
الضَّآرُّ النَّافِعُ
Aḍ-ḍaʾārru an-nāfiʿu
the source of both harm [for those who deserve harm] and benefit,
Mwenye kuleta madhara [kwa wanaostahiki] na manufaa,
الْحَكِيْمُ الْعَلِيْمُ
Al-ḥakīmu al-ʿalīmu
the All-wise, and All-knowing.
Mwenye hekima, na Mjuzi wa kila kitu.
وَ اَسْاَلُكَ بِاَنَّكَ اَنْتَ اللَهُ
Wa asāluka biānnaka anta Allāhu
And I beseech You in the name of Your being Allah,
Na nakuomba kwa kuwa Wewe ni Allah,
لَا إِلْهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
Lā ʾilha al-ā anta
there is no god save You,
hapana mungu ila Wewe,
الحَيُّ الْقَيُّوْمُ
Al-ḥayyu al-qayyūmu
the Ever-living, the Self-Subsistent,
Aliye hai, Msimamia kila kitu,
الْبَاعِثُ الْوَارِثُ
Al-bāʿithu al-wārithu
the Resurrector, the Inheritor,
Mfufua wafu, Mrithi,
الحَنَّانُ الْمَنَّانُ
Al-ḥannānu al-mannānu
the All-tender, the All-favorer,
Mwenye huruma nyingi, Mpaji,
بَدِيْعُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَ الْاَرْضِ
Badīʿu as-samāwāti wa al-ārḍi
the Fashioner of the heavens and the earth,
Mwanzishi wa mbingu na ardhi,
ذُو الْجَلَالِ وَ الْإِكْرَامِ
Dhū al-jalāli wa al-ʾikrāmi
the Lord of majesty and honor,
Mwenye utukufu na heshima,
وَ ذُو الطَّوْلِ وَ ذُو الْعِزَّةِ وَ ذُو السُّلْطَانِ
Wa dhū aṭ-ṭawli wa dhū al-ʿizzati wa dhū as-sulṭāni
and the Lord of bounty, dignity, and absolute authority.
na Mwenye fadhila, enzi, na mamlaka kamili.
لَا اِلْهَ اِلَّا آَنْتَ
Lā al-ha al-ā ānta
There is no god save You;
Hapana mungu ila Wewe;
أَحَطتَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عِلْمًا
ʾaḥaṭta bikulli shayʾin ʿilman
You encompass all things with knowledge,
Umezunguka kila kitu kwa ujuzi,
وَ اَخصَيْتَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ عَدَدًا
Wa akhṣayta kulla shayʾin ʿadadan
and You record the number of all things;
na Umehesabu idadi ya kila kitu;
صَلَّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ ألِ مُحَمَّدٍ.
Ṣalla ʿalā muḥammadin wa ʾli muḥammadin.
(please) send blessings to Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad.
(Tafadhali) mshushie rehema Muhammad na kizazi cha Muhammad.
