صَلَوَاتٌ عَلَى الْإِمَامِ الْحَسَنِ الْعَسْكَرِيِّ (ع)
Salawat Upon Imam al-Hasan al-'Askari
Salawat kwa Imam al-Hasan al-'Askari
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلَّ عَلَى الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيَّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ
Allāhumma ṣalla ʿalā al-ḥasani bni ʿaliyya bni muḥammadin
O Allah, (please) send blessings upon al-Hasan the son of 'Ali the son of Muhammad,
Ee Allah, mswalie al-Hasan mwana wa Ali mwana wa Muhammad,
اِلبَرِّ التَّقِيِّ
Al-barri at-taqiyyi
the dutiful, the pious,
mtenda mema, mcha Mungu,
الصَادِقِ الْوَفِيَّ
Aṣ-ṣādiqi al-wafiyya
the honest, the faithful,
mkweli, mwaminifu,
النُّوْرِ الْمُضِيءِ
An-nūri al-muḍīʾi
the shining light,
nuru iangazayo,
خَازِنِ عِلَمِكَ
Khāzini ʿilamika
the hoarder of Your knowledge,
mhifadhi wa elimu Yako,
وَ الْمُذَكِّرِ بِتَوْحِيْدِكَ
Wa al-mudhakkiri bitawḥīdika
the reminder of the profession of Your Oneness,
na mkumbusho wa itikadi ya Upweke Wako,
وَ وَلِيِّ آَمْرِكَ
Wa waliyyi āmrika
the authorized to undertake Your mission,
na msimamizi wa amri Yako,
وَ خَلَفٍ اَئِمَّةٍ الدِّيْنِ
Wa khalafin aʾimmatin ad-dīni
the descendant of the leaders of the religion,
na mfuasi wa viongozi wa dini,
الهُدَاةِ الرَّاشِدِيْنَ
Al-hudāti ar-rāshidīna
who are rightly guiding and rightly directing,
waongozaji waadilifu na walioongoka,
وَ الْحُجَةِ عَلَى اَهْلِ الدُّنْيَا
Wa al-ḥujati ʿalā ahli ad-dunyā
and the argument against the inhabitants of this world.
na hoja juu ya watu wa dunia hii.
فَصَلَّ عَلَيْهِ يَا رَبَّ
Faṣalla ʿalayhi yā rabba
So, bless him, O my Lord,
Basi mswalie, Ee Mola wangu,
اَفْضَلَ مَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى آَحَدٍ
Afḍala mā ṣallayta ʿalā āḥadin
with the most favorite blessings that You have ever bestowed upon any
kwa baraka bora zaidi ambazo Umewahi kumtunukia yeyote
مِنْ اَضفِيَآئِكَ وَ حُجَجِكَ وَ اَوْلَادِ رُسُلِكَ
Min aḍfiyaʾāʾika wa ḥujajika wa awlādi rusulika
of Your elite persons, argument-persons, and descendants of Your Messengers.
miongoni mwa wateule Wako, na hoja Zako, na watoto wa Mitume Wako.
يَآ اِلْهَ الْعَالَمِيْنَ
Yaʾā al-ha al-ʿālamīna
O God of the worlds!
Ee Mungu wa walimwengu!
