Imam al-Sadiq(a.s.) is reported to have said: Any diseased person who repeats these statements forty times immediately after the dawn (fajr) Prayer and then rubs the painful part with his hand, Almighty Allah will free him from the disease and restore him to health

Imam al-Sadiq (a.s.) imeripotiwa kusema: Mtu yeyote mgonjwa anayerudia maneno haya mara arubaini mara tu baada ya Sala ya alfajiri (fajr) na kisha kupapasa sehemu yenye maumivu kwa mkono wake, Mwenyezi Mungu atamwondolea ugonjwa huo na kumrejeshea afya yake.
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمْنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
Bismi Allāhi ar-Raḥmāni ar-raḥīmi
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
Kwa jina la Allah, Mwingi wa rehema, Mwenye kurehemu.
اَلْحَمْدُ للهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ
Al-ḥamdu lillāhi rabbi al-ʿālamīna
All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
Sifa zote njema ni za Allah, Mola wa walimwengu wote.
حَسْبُنَا اللّهُ وَ نِعْمَ الْوَكِيْلَ
Ḥasbunā Allāhu wa niʿma al-wakīla
Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs.
