Virtues, description, and recitation method of MERITS OF RECITING AYAH KURSI (2: 255), AYAH AL as recorded in Shia traditions.
Fadhila, maelezo, na njia ya usomaji wa FAIDA ZA MWENYEKITI WA BABA (2: 255), BABA AL kama ilivyopokelewa katika mapokezi ya Shia.
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمْنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
Bismi Allāhi ar-Raḥmāni ar-raḥīmi
revealed to them, saying, Allah has said, In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
Akawafunulia kwa kusema: Mwenyezi Mungu amesema kwa jina la Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwingi wa Rehema, Mwenye kurehemu.
اَللّهُ لَا اِلْهَ اِلَّا هُوَ
Allāhu lā al-ha al-ā huwa
Allah is He besides Whom there is no god,
Mwenyezi Mungu ndiye ambaye hapana mungu badala yake.
الحَىُّ القَيُّوْمُ)
Al-ḥā al-qayyūmu
the Ever-living, the Self-subsisting.
Aliye hai, Mwenye kujiruzuku.
لَا تَأْخُذُةَ سِنَةٌ وَلَا نَوْمُ
Lā taʾkhudhuta sinatun walā nawmu
Slumber does not overtake Him nor sleep.
Usingizi haumfikii wala kulala.
لَهٌ مَا فِى السَّمْوْتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِ
Lahun mā fiā as-samwti wamā fiā al-ārḍi
Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth is His.
Ni vyake vyote vilivyomo mbinguni na ardhini.
مَنْ ذَا الَّذِيْ يَشفَعُ عِثْدَةَ اِلَّا بِإِذْنِةِ
Man dhā adh-dhī yashfaʿu ʿithdata al-ā biʾidhniti
Who is he that can intercede with Him but by His permission?
Ni nani huyo awezaye kumuombea isipokuwa kwa idhini yake?
يَعَلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ آَيْدِيْهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ
Yaʿalamu mā bayna āydīhim wamā khalfahum
He knows what is before them and what is behind them, and they cannot comprehend anything out of His knowledge
Anayajua yaliyo mbele yao na yaliyo nyuma yao, na wao hawawezi kufahamu chochote kwa ujuzi Wake
وَلًا يُحِيْطُوْنَ بِشَءٍ مَنْ عِلْمِةَ اِلَّا بِمَا شَآءَ ؟
Walan yuḥīṭūna bishaʾin man ʿilmita al-ā bimā shaʾāʾa ?
except what He pleases.
isipokuwa apendavyo.
وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَوْتِ وَالْأَرْضِّ
Wasiʿa kursiyyuhu as-samawti wālʾarḍḍi
His knowledge extends over the heavens and the earth,
Ujuzi wake umeenea mbingu na ardhi.
وَلَا يَثُوْدُةَ حِفْظُهُمَا؟
Walā yathūduta ḥifẓuhumā?
and the preservation of them both tires Him not,
na kuhifadhiwa kwao hakumchoshi.
وَ هُوَ الْعَلِىُّ الْعَظِيْمُ (255)
Wa huwa al-ʿaliā al-ʿaẓīmu
and He is the Most High, the Great.
Naye ndiye Aliye juu, Mkuu.
لاَ اِكْرَاهَ فِي الدِّيْنِ #)
Lā ikrāha fī ad-dīni
There is no compulsion in religion;
Hakuna kulazimishana katika dini;
قَدْ تَبَيَّنَ الرُّشْدُ مِنَ الْغَىُّ
Qad tabayyana ar-rushdu mina al-ghā
truly the right way has become clearly distinct from error.
kweli njia sahihi imekuwa dhahiri tofauti na makosa.
فَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِالطَاغُوْتِ وَيُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ
Faman yakfur biālṭāghūti wayuʾminu biāllhi
Therefore, whoever disbelieves in the false deity and believes in Allah,
Basi anaye mkataa mungu batili na akamuamini Mwenyezi Mungu.
فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقِى =٨#
Faqadi astamsaka biālʿurwati al-wuthqiā
he indeed has laid hold on the firmest handle,
hakika ameshika mpini ulio imara zaidi.
لَا انْفِصَامَ لَهَاء
Lā anfiṣāma lahāʾ
which shall not break off,
ambayo haitavunjika,
وَاللهُ سَمِيْعٌ عَلِيْمٌ (256)
Wāllhu samīʿun ʿalīmun
and Allah is Hearing, Knowing.
Na Mwenyezi Mungu ni Mwenye kusikia, Mwenye kujua.
اَللهُ وَلِيُّ الَّذِيْنَ امَنُوا
Allāhu waliyyu adh-dhīna amanūā
Allah is the guardian of those who believe.
Mwenyezi Mungu ni Mlinzi wa walio amini.
يُخْرِجُهُمْ مَنَ الظُّلُمْتِ إِلَى النُّوْرِ
Yukhrijuhum mana aẓ-ẓulumti ʾilā an-nūri
He brings them out of the darkness into the light;
Huwatoa gizani na kuwaingiza kwenye nuru;
وَالَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوَا اَوْلِيْئُهُمُ الطَّاغُوْتُ
Wālladhīna kafaruwā awlīʾuhumu aṭ-ṭāghūtu
and as to those who disbelieve, their guardians are the false deities
Na walio kufuru, walinzi wao ni waungu
يُخْرِجُوْنَهُمْ مَنَ النُّوْرِ إِلَى الظُّلُمْتِ
Yukhrijūnahum mana an-nūri ʾilā aẓ-ẓulumti
who take them out of the light into the darkness.
ambao huwatoa katika nuru na kuwaingiza gizani.
أُولِئِكَ اَضحَبُ النَّارِ
ʾūliʾika aḍḥabu an-nāri
These are the inmates of the fire,
Hawa ndio watu wa Motoni.
هُمْ فِيْهَا خَلِدُوْنَ ##)(257)
Hum fīhā khalidūna
in it they shall abide.
humo watakaa.
شَهدَ اللهُ آَنَّهُ لَا اِلْهَ اِلَّا هُوَ
Shahda Allāhu ānnahu lā al-ha al-ā huwa
Allah bears witness that there is no god but He,
Mwenyezi Mungu anashuhudia kwamba hakuna mungu ila Yeye.
وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ وَأُوْلُوا الْعِلْمِ
Wālmalāʾikatu waʾūlūā al-ʿilmi
and (so do) the angels and those possessed of knowledge,
na Malaika na wenye ilimu.
قائِمًا بِالقِسْطِ
Qāʾiman biālqisṭi
maintaining His creation with justice.
kuudumisha uumbaji wake kwa uadilifu.
لَا اِلْهَ إِلَّا هُوَ
Lā al-ha ʾillā huwa
There is no god but He,
Hapana mungu ila Yeye.
الْعَزِيْزُ الْحَكِيْمُ
Al-ʿazīzu al-ḥakīmu
the Mighty, the Wise.
Mwenye nguvu, Mwenye hikima.
اِنَّ الدِّيْنَ عِنْدَ اللهِ الْإِسْلَامُ
Inna ad-dīna ʿinda Allāhi al-ʾislāmu
Surely the (true) religion with Allah is Islam,
Hakika Dini kwa Mwenyezi Mungu ni Uislamu.
وَمَا اخْتَلَفَ الَّذِيْنَ أَوْتُوا الْكِتَابَ
Wamā akhtalafa adh-dhīna ʾawtūā al-kitāba
and those to whom the Book had been given did not show opposition
na wale walio pewa Kitabu hawakupinga
اِلَّا مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَائَّهُمُ الْعِلْمُ
Al-ā min baʿdi mā jāʾʾahumu al-ʿilmu
but after knowledge had come to them,
lakini baada ya kuwajia ujuzi.
بَعْيًا بَيْنَهُمْ
Baʿyan baynahum
out of envy among themselves;
kwa husuda baina yao;
وَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِآيَاتِ اللّهِ
Waman yakfur biʾāyāti Allāhi
and whoever disbelieves in the communications of Allah
na anayezikataa Ishara za Mwenyezi Mungu
فَاِنَّ اللَّهَ سَرِيْعُ الْحِسَابِ.
Fānna Allāha sarīʿu al-ḥisābi.
then surely Allah is quick in reckoning.
basi hakika Mwenyezi Mungu ni Mwepesi wa kuhisabu.
قُلِ اللَهُمَّ مَالِكَ الْمُلْكِ
Quli Allāhumma mālika al-mulki
Say: O Allah, Master of the Kingdom!
Sema: Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwenye ufalme!
تُؤْتِى الْمُلْكَ مَنْ تَشَآءُ
Tuʾtiā al-mulka man tashaʾāʾu
You give the kingdom to whomsoever You please
Unampa ufalme umtakaye
وَ تَنْزِعُ الْمُلْكَ مِمَّنْ تَشآءُ
Wa tanziʿu al-mulka mimman tashʾāʾu
and take away the kingdom from whomsoever You please
na umwondoe ufalme umtakaye
وَتُعِزُّ مَنْ تَشآءُ
Watuʿizzu man tashʾāʾu
and You exalt whom You please
na unamtukuza umtakaye
وَتُذِلّ مَنْ تَشآءُ
Watudhill man tashʾāʾu
and abase whom You please
na umnyenyekee umtakaye
بِيَدِكَ الْخَيْرُ
Biyadika al-khayru
in Your hand is the good;
mkononi Mwako mna wema;
اِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَءِ قَدِيْرٌ
Innaka ʿalā kulli shaʾi qadīrun
surely, You have power over all things.
Hakika Wewe ni Muweza juu ya kila kitu.
تُوْلِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهَارِ
Tūliju al-layla fī an-nahāri
You make the night to pass into the day
Unaufanya usiku kuwa mchana
وَتُوْلِجُ النَّهَارَ فِي اللِّيْلِ
Watūliju an-nahāra fī al-līli
and You make the day to pass into the night,
na unauingiza mchana katika usiku.
وَتُخْرِجُ الحَىَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ
Watukhriju al-ḥā mina al-mayyiti
and You bring forth the living from the dead
na unamtoa aliye hai katika maiti
وَتُخْرِجُ الْمَيِّتَ مِنَ الْحَىِّ
Watukhriju al-mayyita mina al-ḥā
and You bring forth the dead from the living,
na unamtoa maiti katika aliye hai.
وَتَرْزُقُ مَنْ تَشاءُ بِغَيْرٍ حِسَابٍ.
Watarzuqu man tashāʾu bighayrin ḥisābin.
and You give sustenance to whom You please without measure®
na Unamruzuku Umtakaye bila kipimo®
