MERITS OF RECITING THE DUA (اعددت لكل هول)
and Allah is the Greatest. I am preparing "There is no god save Allah" to face any horror; and "Only that which Allah wills shall come to pass" to face
na Mwenyezi Mungu ndiye Mkubwa. Ninatayarisha "Hakuna mungu ila Mwenyezi Mungu" ili kukabiliana na hofu yoyote; na “Atakalo Mwenyezi Mungu litatokea” kwa uso
Aʿdadhtu likulla hawli lā al-ha al-ā Allāhu wa likulli hamm wa ghammi mā shāʾa Allāhu wa likulli niʿmati al-ḥamdu lillāhi
and "All praise be to Allah" to thank all graces; and "All thanks be to Allah" to thank all items of luxury; and "All glory be to Allah" to express any astonishing matter;
na “Sifa njema zote ni za Mwenyezi Mungu” kushukuru neema zote; na "Shukrani zote ni za Mwenyezi Mungu" kushukuru vitu vyote vya anasa; na “Utukufu wote ni wa Mwenyezi Mungu” kueleza jambo lolote la kushangaza;
Muṣībati innā lillāhi wa ʾinnā ʾilayhi rājiʿūna wa likulla ḍayqin ḥasbiā Allāhu wa likulla qaḍaʾāʾi wa qadarin
and "We are Allah's and to Him shall we return" to face any misfortune; and "Allah is sufficient to me" to face any distress; and "In Allah do I trust" to face any unexpected matter;
na "Sisi ni wa Mwenyezi Mungu na kwake tutarejea" kukabiliana na balaa lolote; na "Mwenyezi Mungu ananitosheleza" kukabiliana na dhiki yoyote; na "Mimi nimemtegemea Mwenyezi Mungu" kukabiliana na jambo lolote lisilotarajiwa;
Nashuhudia ya kwamba hapana mungu ila Mwenyezi Mungu.
وَ لَا وَلَدًا.
Wa lā waladan.
One and Only and having no associate with Him (in Godhead); He is the One God; the Unique, the Besought of all; He has taken to Himself neither a wife nor a son. There is no god save Allah, indeed, indeed.
Mmoja Pekee na asiyekuwa na mshirika Naye (katika Uungu); Yeye ni Mungu Mmoja; wa Pekee, Anayetakiwa na wote; Hakujitwalia mke wala mwana. Hapana mungu ila Mwenyezi Mungu, hakika.
