Another tradition reported from Imam al-Sadig(a.s.) holds: He who says the following imploration for Almighty Allah's forgiveness four hundred times each day for two successive months, will be granted much knowledge or much fortune:
Hadithi nyingine iliyosimuliwa kutoka kwa Imam as-Sadiq (a.s.) inasema: Yule atakayesema ombi lifuatalo la msamaha wa Mwenyezi Mungu mara mia nne kila siku kwa miezi miwili mfululizo, atapewa elimu nyingi au bahati nyingi:
and the affairs of the past and the last generations have been set aright
na mambo ya vizazi vya kwanza na vya mwisho yamewekwa sawa,
آَنْ تُصَلَّىَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ أَلِهِ
An tuṣalliya ʿalā Muḥammadin wa ālihi
to send blessings upon Muhammad and his Household
utume rehma juu ya Muhammad na Aali zake
وَ اَنْ تُضِلِحَ لِن شَأْنِى كُلَّهُ.
Wa an tuḍliḥa lin sha'nī kullahū.
and set aright all of my affairs.
na urekebishe mambo yangu yote.
Instructions
Al-Kaf'ami has reported Imam al-Baqir (a.s.) as saying: He who says the following supplication every day, Almighty Allah will suffice him from the troubles of his two abodes (i.e. the worldly life and the Next Life):
Al-Kaf'ami amesimulia kutoka kwa Imam al-Baqir (a.s.) akisema: Yule atakayesema dua ifuatayo kila siku, Mwenyezi Mungu atamwokoa kutokana na matatizo ya makazi yake mawili (yaani maisha ya dunia na Akhera):
Wa aʿūdhu bika min khizyid-dunyā wa ʿadhābil-ākhirah.
and I pray for Your protection against disgrace in this world and chastisement in the Hereafter.
na najikinga Kwako kutokana na fedheha ya dunia na adhabu ya Akhera.
Instructions
It is also reported that whoever repeats the following litany seven times every day, Almighty Allah will suffice him from the troubles of his two abodes:
Pia imeripotiwa kwamba yeyote atakayerudia maneno haya mara saba kila siku, Mwenyezi Mungu atamwokoa kutokana na matatizo ya makazi yake mawili:
حَسبِىَ اللهُ
Ḥasbiyallāh.
Sufficient to me is Allah.
Mwenyezi Mungu ananitosheleza.
رَبِّىَ اللهُ
Rabbiyallāh.
My Lord is Allah.
Mola wangu ni Mwenyezi Mungu.
لَا اِلْهَ اِلَّا هُوَ
Lā ilāha illā Huwa.
There is no god but Him.
Hakuna mungu ila Yeye.
عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتْ
ʿAlayhi tawakkaltu
on Him do I rely
Juu Yake namtegemea
وَ هُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْمِ.
Wa Huwa Rabbul-ʿArshil-ʿAẓīm.
and He is the Lord of the Great Throne.
na Yeye ndiye Mola wa Arshi Kuu.
Instructions
It has been also reported that whoever says the following words of glorification every day for a whole year, will not die before he sees (in dream) his place in Paradise:
Pia imeripotiwa kwamba yeyote atakayesema maneno yafuatayo ya utukufu kila siku kwa mwaka mzima, hatakufa kabla ya kuona (katika ndoto) mahali pake Peponi:
سُبْحَانَ الدَّائِمِ الْقائِمِ
Subḥānad-Dā'imil-Qā'imi.
All glory be to the Eternal and Self-Existent.
Utukufu wote ni wa wa Kudumu na Msimamizi.
سُبْحَانَ الْقَائِمِ الدَّائِمِ
Subḥānal-Qā'imid-Dā'imi.
All glory be to the Self-Existent and Eternal
Utukufu wote ni wa Msimamizi na wa Kudumu.
سُبْحَانَ الْوَاحِدِ الاَحَدِ
Subḥānal-Wāḥidil-Aḥadi.
All glory be to the One and Single.
Utukufu wote ni wa Mmoja na Peke yake.
سُبْحَانَ الفَرْدِ الصَّمَدِ
Subḥānal-Fardiṣ-Ṣamadi.
All glory be to the Unique and eternally besought of All.
Utukufu wote ni wa Pekee na Anayeshiweka na wote.
سُبْحَانَ الَحَىِّ الْقَيُّوْمِ
Subḥānal-Ḥayyul-Qayyūmi.
All glory be to the Ever-living and Self-subsisting.
Utukufu wote ni wa Mwenye Uhai wa Milele na Anayeendesha kila kitu.
سُبْحَانَ اللّهِ وَ بِحَمْدِهِ
Subḥānallāhi wa biḥamdihī.
All glory be to Allah and in praise of Him.
Utukufu wote ni wa Mwenyezi Mungu na sifa Zake.
سُبْحَانَ الْحَىِّ الَّذِي لَا يَمُوْتُ
Subḥānal-Ḥayyilladhī lā yamūtu.
All glory be to the Ever-living Who never dies.
Utukufu wote ni wa Mwenye Uhai wa Milele Asiyekufa.
سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِكِ الْقُدُّوْسِ
Subḥānal-Malikil-Quddūsi.
All glory be to the King and All-holy.
Utukufu wote ni wa Mfalme, Mtakatifu kabisa.
سُبْحَانَ رَبِّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالرُّوْحِ
Subḥāna Rabbil-Malā'ikati war-Rūḥi.
All glory be to the Lord of the angels and the Spirit.
Utukufu wote ni wa Mola wa Malaika na Roho.
سُبْحَانَ الْعَلِىَّ الْاَغْلَى
Subḥānal-ʿAlīyil-Aghlā.
All glory be to the All-high and Most High.
Utukufu wote ni wa Aliye Juu na Aliye Juu Kabisa.
سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى.
Subḥānahū wa Taʿālā.
All glory be to Him and Exalted be He.
Utukufu ni Kwake na Ametukuka.
