مروي عن الأئمة المعصومين عليهم السلام في كتب الأدعية المعتبرة.
DUA AL NOOR The Supplication of the Light. In Muhaj al-Da'awat, Sayyid Ibn Tawus has mentioned a narration quoting Salman as saying, "Lady Fatimah al- Zahra'(a.s.) conveyed to me some words that she had learnt from the Holy Messenger (s.a.w.a.) and she used to repeat them each morning and evening. Moreover, she said that if you would like not to be afflicted by the harm of fever as long as you live in this world, you may say this supplicatory prayer regularly:
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمْنِ الرَّحِيْمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
بِسْمِ اللهِ النّوْرِ
In the name of Allah, the Light.
بِسْمِ اللهِ نُوْرِ النُّوْرِ
In the name of Allah, the Light of Lights.
بِسْمِ اللهِ نُوْرٌ عَلَى نُوْرٍ
In the name of Allah, Light upon Light.
بِسْمِ اللهِ الْذِيٰ هُوَ مُدَبِّرُ الْأُمُوْرِ
In the name of Allah, Who is the Director of all affairs.
بِسْمِ اللهِ الّذِي خَلَقَ التُّوْرَ مِنَ النُّوْرِ
In the name of Allah, Who created Mount Tur (Sinai) from the Light.
اَلْحَمْدُ للهِ الَّذِي خَلَقَ التُّوْرَ مِنَ النُّوْرِ
All praise is due to Allah, Who created Mount Tur (Sinai) from the Light.
وَاَنْزَلَ النُّوْرَ عَلىَ الطُّوْرِ
And sent down the Light upon Mount Tur (Sinai).
فِى كِتَابٍ مَسْطُوْرٍ
In a book inscribed.
فِىْ رَقٌّ مَنْشُوْرٍ
In an unrolled parchment.
بِقَدَرٍ مَقْدُوْرٍ
With a destined decree.
عَلَى نَبِيِّ مَخْبُوْرٍ
Upon a Prophet made known (or informed/chosen).
اَلْحَمْدُ للهِ الَّذِي هُوَ بِالْعِزَّ مَذْكُورٌ
All praise is due to Allah, Who is mentioned with Glory (or Might).
وَبِالْفَخْرِ مَشْهُوْرٌ
And is renowned for Pride (or Majesty/Honor).
وَعَلَى السَّرَّآءِ وَالضَّرَّآءِ مَشْكُوْرٌ
And is thanked in ease and hardship.
وَصَلَّى اللهُ عَلَى سَيَّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَالِهِ الطَّاهِرِيْنَ.
And may Allah send blessings upon our Master Muhammad and his pure progeny.
