O Allah, O Allah, O Allah, O Responder of the supplication of the distressed, O Reliever of the afflictions of the distressed, O Helper of those who seek help, O Cry of those who implore.
Ewe Allah, Ewe Allah, Ewe Allah, Ee Mjibu wa dua za wanyonge, Ee Mfukuzi wa dhiki za wanyonge, Ee Msaidizi wa waliotafuta msaada, Ee Kilio cha waliokimbilia kwako.
Wa yā man huwa aqrabu al-ya min ḥabli al-warīdi, wa yā man yaḥūlu bayna al-marʾi wa qalbihi, wa yā man huwa biālmanẓari al-āʿlāā wa biālāfiqi al-mubīni
And O One Who is closer to me than my jugular vein, O One Who intervenes between a person and his heart, O One Who is in the highest sight and the clear horizon.
Na Ee Aliye karibu nami zaidi ya shingo yangu, Ee Aliye katikati ya mtu na moyo wake, Ee Aliye katika upeo wa juu na upeo ulio wazi.
Wa yā man huwa ar-Raḥmāni ar-raḥīmu ʿalā al-ʿarshi astawāā, wa yā man yyaʿlamu khāʾinata al-āʿyuni wa mā tukhfī aṣ-ṣudūru, wa yā man llā yakhfāā ʿalayhi khāfiyatun
O You Who is the Most Merciful, the Compassionate, established over the Throne, Who knows what the eyes conceal and what the hearts hide, and nothing is hidden from You.
Ee Yeye Mwenye Rehema na Huruma, aliye juu ya Arshi, Anayejua siri za macho na siri za mioyo, na hakuna kitu kilichokificha kwako.
O Fulfiller of needs, O Reliever of hardships, O Giver of requests, O Guardian of desires, O Sufficient for the important matters, O Who suffices for everything.
Ee Mtimizaji wa mahitaji, Ee Mkomeshaji wa dhiki, Ee Mtoaji wa maombi, Ee Mlezi wa tamaa, Ee Mwenye kutosha mambo muhimu, Ee Aliye na uwezo wa kutosha kila kitu.
Wa lā yakfī minhu shayʾun fī as-samāwāti wa al-ʾarḍi, ʾasʾaluka biḥaqqi muḥammadin khātami an-nabiyyīna, wa ʿaliyyin ʾamīri al-muʾminīna
And nothing in the heavens and the earth can suffice without You; I ask You by the right of Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets, and Ali, the Commander of the Faithful.
Na hakuna kitu angani na duniani kinachotosha bila Wewe; nawaomba kwa haki ya Muhammad, Saini ya Manabii, na Ali, Amir wa Waumini.
Asāluka an tuṣalliya ʿalāā muḥammadin wa ali muḥammadin, wa an takshifa ʿannī ghammī wa hammī wa karbī, wa takfiyanī al-muhimma min umūrī
I ask You to send blessings upon Muhammad and his family, to remove from me my grief, my worry, and my distress, and to suffice me in the important matters of my affairs.
Na nawaomba upelekee salamu juu ya Muhammad na familia yake, na ukiondoe huzuni yangu, wasiwasi wangu, na dhiki yangu, na unitoshe katika mambo muhimu ya masuala yangu.
Wa takfiyanī hamma man akhāfu hammahu, wa ʿusra man akhāfu ʿusrahu, wa ḥuzūnata man akhāfu ḥuzūnatahu
And protect me from the worry of those whose worry I fear, from the hardship of those whose hardship I fear, and from the sorrow of those whose sorrow I fear.
Na unilinde kutokana na wasiwasi wa wale wasiwasi wao ninaowaogopa, kutoka kwa ugumu wa wale ugumu wao ninaowaogopa, na kutoka kwa huzuni ya wale huzuni yao ninaowaogopa.
Wa sharra man akhāfu sharrahu, wa makra man akhāfu makrahu, wa baghya man akhāfu baghyahu, wa jawra man akhāfu jawrahu, wa sulṭāna man akhāfu sulṭānahu
And from the evil of those whose evil I fear, the scheming of those whose schemes I fear, the oppression of those whose oppression I fear, the tyranny of those whose tyranny I fear, and the authority of those whose authority I fear.
Na kutoka kwa uovu wa wale uovu wao ninaowaogopa, njama za wale njama zao ninaowaogopa, ukandamizaji wa wale ukandamizaji wao ninaowaogopa, ukoloni wa wale ukoloni wao ninaowaogopa, na mamlaka ya wale mamlaka yao ninaowaogopa.
Wa kayda man akhāfu kaydahu, wa maqdurata man akhāfu maqduratahu ʿalayya, wa tarudda ʿannī kayda al-kayadati, wa makra al-makarati
And the plotting of those whose plotting I fear, the power of those whose power I fear over me; repel from me the plots of the schemers and the tricks of the deceivers.
Na njama za wale njama zao ninaowaogopa, nguvu za wale nguvu zao ninaowaogopa juu yangu; lipiza mbali na mimi njama za wajanja na hila za wadanganyifu.
Allāhumma man arādanī fāridhu, wa man kādanī fakidhu, wa aṣrif ʿannī kaydahu wa makrahu wa baʾsahu wa amāniyyahu
O Allah, whoever intends harm to me, thwart him; and whoever schemes against me, foil him; and divert from me his plotting, trickery, strength, and desires.
Ee Allah, yeyote anayenikusudia dhulma, mpunguze; na yeyote anayenijalia njama, mpunguze; na mpambanue kutoka kwangu njama yake, hila yake, nguvu yake, na tamaa zake.
Wa amnaʿhu ʿannī kayfa shiʾta wa annā shiʾta, Allāhumma ashghalhu ʿannī bifaqrin lā tajburuhu, wa bibalāʾin lā tasturuhu
And prevent him from me as You will and wherever You will. O Allah, occupy him with poverty that cannot be mended, and with affliction that cannot be concealed.
Na umzuie kutoka kwangu kama unavyotaka na popote unapotaka. Ee Allah, mtoe shughuli kwa umasikini usio na tiba, na kwa dhiki isiyoweza kufichika.
Wa bifāqatin lā tasudduhā, wa bisuqmin lā tuʿāfīhi, wa dhullin lā tuʿizzuhu, wa bimaskanatin lā tajburuhā
And with destitution that cannot be fulfilled, with sickness that cannot be healed, with humiliation that cannot be elevated, and with poverty that cannot be remedied.
Na kwa umasikini usiozidisha, kwa ugonjwa usioponywa, kwa kudhoofika usioweza kuinua, na kwa umasikini usioweza kurekebishwa.
Wa akfinī yā kāfiya mā lā yakfī siwāka, fānnaka al-kāfī lā kāfiya siwāka, wa mufarrijun lā mufarrija siwāka, wa mughīthun lā mughītha siwāka
Suffice me, O the Sufficient, with what none other can suffice; indeed You are the Sufficient, none suffices besides You; the Reliever, none relieves besides You; the Helper, none helps besides You.
Nitoshe, Ee Mtoshi, kwa kile ambacho hakuna mwingine anachoweza kutosha; kweli Wewe ndiye Mtoshi, hakuna anayekutosha isipokuwa Wewe; Mtoaji wa Kurasimisha, hakuna anayetoa isipokuwa Wewe; Msaidizi, hakuna anayesaidia isipokuwa Wewe.
Wa maljaʾuhu al-ā ghayrika, wa manjāhu min makhlūqin ghayrika, fānta thiqatī wa rajāʾī wa mafzaʿī, wa mahrabī wa maljaʾī wa manjāya
And his refuge is not to anyone else, nor his salvation from any creature except You; You are my trust, my hope, my refuge, my retreat, and my deliverance.
Na kimbilio chake si kwa mtu mwingine, wala wokovu wake kutoka kwa kiumbe si isipokuwa Wewe; Wewe ndiye imani yangu, matumaini yangu, kimbilio langu, hifadhi yangu, na wokovu wangu.
Fāsāluka yā Allāhu yā Allāhu yā Allāhu, biḥaqqi muḥammadin wwa ali muḥammadin, an tuṣalliya ʿalāā muḥammadin wwa ali muḥammadin, wwa an takshifa ʿannī ghammī wa hammī wa karbī fī maqāmī hādhā
I ask You, O Allah, by the right of Muhammad and his family, to send blessings upon Muhammad and his family, and to remove from me my grief, worry, and distress in this station of mine.
Na nawaomba Wewe, Ee Allah, kwa haki ya Muhammad na familia yake, utume salamu juu ya Muhammad na familia yake, na uondoe huzuni yangu, wasiwasi, na dhiki katika nafasi hii yangu.
Allāhumma aḥyinī ḥayāta muḥammadin wwa dhurriyyatihi, wa amitnī mamātahum, wa tawaffanī ʿalāā millatihim, wa aḥshurnī fī zumratihim
O Allah, let me live the life of Muhammad and his progeny, let me die the death of theirs, let me be taken in their faith, and gather me among their ranks.
Ee Allah, niachilie kuishi maisha ya Muhammad na uzao wake, nifanye nifariki kifo chao, nipokee katika dini yao, na nijiunge na kundi lao.
Innī anqalibu ʿankumā, muntaẓiran litanajjuzi al-ḥājati, wa qaḍāʾihā wa najāḥihā mina Allāhi, bishafāʿatikumā lī al-ā Allāhi fī dhālika
Indeed, I return from you, awaiting the fulfillment of my need, its completion and success from Allah, through your intercession for me with Him in this matter.
Kwa kweli, narudi kutoka kwenu, nikisubiri kutimizwa kwa haja yangu, ukamilisho wake na mafanikio kutoka kwa Allah, kupitia udhihirishaji wenu kwangu kwake katika jambo hili.
Falā akhību wa lā yakūnu munqalabī munqalaban khāʾiban khāsiran, bal yakūnu munqalabī munqalaban rājiḥan rājiyan mufliḥan munjiḥan mustajāban
Thus I will not return disappointed, nor shall my return be in vain or loss, but rather it will be a return of triumph, hope, success, fulfillment, and answered prayers.
Hivyo sitarudi nikiwa nimevunjika moyo, wala kurudi kwangu hakutakuwa bure au kupotea, bali kutakuwa ni kurudi kwa ushindi, matumaini, mafanikio, kutimizwa, na majibu ya dua.
Yā sādatī muntahanā, mā shāʾa rabbī kāna, wa mā lam yashaʾ lam yakun, wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata al-ā biālllāhi
O my masters, ultimate authority, what my Lord wills happens, and what He does not will does not happen; there is no power nor strength except through Allah.
Ee mabwana wangu, mamlaka ya mwisho, kile Mola wangu anachokitaka hutokea, na kile ambacho hakikikii hakitokei; hakuna nguvu wala uwezo isipokuwa kwa Allah.
I turn away from you, my masters, repenting, praising Allah, grateful, and hopeful for acceptance, neither despairing nor losing hope.
Ninarudi mbali kwenu, mabwana wangu, nikitubu, nikimsifu Allah, nikiwa na shukrani, na nikiwa na matumaini ya kujibiwa, bila kukata tamaa au kukosa matumaini.
Innī anqalibu ʿankumā, muntaẓiran litanajjuzi al-ḥājati, wa qaḍāʾihā wa najāḥihā mina Allāhi, bishafāʿatikumā lī al-ā Allāhi fī dhālika
Indeed, I turn away from you, awaiting the fulfillment of my need, its resolution and success from Allah, through your intercession for me with Him in this matter.
Kwa hakika, narudi mbali kwenu, nikisubiri kutimizwa kwa haja yangu, utatifi na mafanikio yake kutoka kwa Allah, kupitia msihi wenu kwangu kwa Yeye katika jambo hili.
And there is no power nor strength except with Allah. O my masters, I desire you and your visitation after people of the world have turned away from you.
Na hakuna nguvu wala uwezo isipokuwa kwa Allah. Ee mabwana wangu, nawatafuta ninyi na ziara yenu baada ya watu wa dunia kuwakimbilia mbali.
