    "english": "He has sent down upon you the Book in truth, confirming what was before it; and He revealed the Torah and the Gospel.",
    "kiswahili": "Ameshushia Kwako Kitabu kwa kweli, kikithibitisha kile kilichokuwepo kabla yake; naye aliturusha Taurati na Injili."

    "arabic": "مِن قَبْلُ هُدًۭى لِّلنَّاسِ وَأَنزَلَ ٱلْفُرْقَانَ ۗ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌۭ شَدِيدٌۭ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌۭ ذُو ٱنتِقَامٍ",
    "english": "Before it, guidance for the people, and He sent down the Criterion (Quran). Indeed, those who disbelieve in the signs of Allah— for them is a severe punishment; and Allah is Mighty, the Avenger.",
    "kiswahili": "Kabla yake, ni mwongozo kwa watu, naye aliturusha Furqani (Quran). Hakika walio kosea katika ishara za Allah—kwao kuna adhabu kali; na Allah ni Mwenye nguvu, Mwenye kisasi."

    "arabic": "إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَخْفَىٰ عَلَيْهِ شَىْءٌۭ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ",
    "english": "Indeed, nothing is hidden from Allah on earth or in the heaven.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika hakuna kitu kilichofichika kwa Allah duniani au angani."

    "arabic": "هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُصَوِّرُكُمْ فِى ٱلْأَرْحَامِ كَيْفَ يَشَآءُ ۚ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ",
    "english": "It is He who forms you in the wombs as He wills. There is no deity except Him, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.",
    "kiswahili": "Yeye ndiye anayekuumbieni tumboni jinsi anavyotaka. Hakuna mungu ila Yeye, Mwenye Uweza, Mwenye Hekima."

    "arabic": "هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ عَلَيْكَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ مِنْهُ ءَايَـٰتٌۭ مُّحْكَمَـٰتٌ هُنَّ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ وَأُخَرُ مُتَشَـٰبِهَـٰتٌۭ ۖ فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ فِى قُلُوبِهِمْ زَيْغٌۭ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ مَا تَشَـٰبَهَ مِنْهُ ٱبْتِغَآءَ ٱلْفِتْنَةِ وَٱبْتِغَآءَ تَأْوِيلِهِۦ ۗ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ تَأْوِيلَهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ ۗ وَٱلرَّٰسِخُونَ فِى ٱلْعِلْمِ يَقُولُونَ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦ كُلٌّۭ مِّنْ عِندِ رَبِّنَا ۗ وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّآ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْأَلْبَـٰبِ",
    "english": "It is He who has sent down to you the Book; in it are verses precise—they are the foundation of the Book—and others unspecific. As for those in whose hearts is deviation, they follow that which is unspecific, seeking discord and seeking its interpretation, but no one knows its interpretation except Allah. And those firmly rooted in knowledge say, 'We believe in it; all is from our Lord.' And none will be reminded except those of understanding.",
    "kiswahili": "Yeye ndiye aliyekushushia Kitabu; ndani yake kuna aya thabiti—ambayo ndiyo msingi wa Kitabu—na zingine zisizo thabiti. Wale walio na mabadiliko mioyoni mwao hufuata zisizo thabiti, wakitafuta fitina na tafsiri yake, lakini hakuna anayejua tafsiri yake isipokuwa Allah. Na wale walio mizizi katika maarifa husema, 'Tunaamini katika hilo; yote ni kutoka kwa Mola wetu.' Wala hawatafikiri isipokuwa wenye akili."

    "arabic": "رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلْوَهَّابُ",
    "english": "Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower.",
    "kiswahili": "Mola wetu, usiruhusu mioyo yetu itandale baada ya kutuongoza, na utupatie kutoka kwako rehema. Hakika Wewe ndiye Mtoaji."

    "arabic": "رَبَّنَآ إِنَّكَ جَامِعُ ٱلنَّاسِ لِيَوْمٍۢ لَّا رَيْبَ فِيهِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُخْلِفُ ٱلْمِيعَادَ",
    "english": "Our Lord, surely You will gather the people for a Day about which there is no doubt. Indeed, Allah does not fail in His promise.",
    "kiswahili": "Mola wetu, hakika Utakusanya watu siku ambayo hakuna shaka juu yake. Hakika Allah haikosei katika ahadi yake."

    "arabic": "إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَن تُغْنِىَ عَنْهُمْ أَمْوَٰلُهُمْ وَلَآ أَوْلَـٰدُهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيْـًۭٔا ۖ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمْ وَقُودُ ٱلنَّارِ",
    "english": "Indeed, those who disbelieve—neither their wealth nor their children will avail them against Allah. It is they who will be fuel for the Fire.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika walio kosea—hakika mali zao wala watoto wao hawatawasaidia dhidi ya Allah. Wao ndio watakaokuwa kuni za Moto."

    "arabic": "كَدَأْبِ ءَالِ فِرْعَوْنَ وَٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ ۚ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِذُنُوبِهِمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ شَدِيدُ ٱلْعِقَابِ",
    "english": "Like the example of Pharaoh’s people and those before them—they denied Our signs, so Allah seized them for their sins. And Allah is severe in punishment.",
    "kiswahili": "Kama mfano wa watu wa Firauni na wale waliotangulia—wakakana ishara zetu, basi Allah akawaadhibu kwa dhambi zao. Na Allah ni mkali katika adhabu."

    "arabic": "قُل لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ سَتُغْلَبُونَ وَتُحْشَرُونَ إِلَىٰ جَهَنَّمَ ۚ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمِهَادُ",
    "english": "Say to those who disbelieve, 'You will be overcome and gathered to Hell, and what an evil resting place.'",
    "kiswahili": "Sema kwa walio kosea, 'Mtashindwa na mkakusanywa motoni, na ni makazi mabaya kiasi gani.'"

    "arabic": "قَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ ءَايَةٌۭ فِى فِئَتَيْنِ ٱلْتَقَتَا ۖ فِئَةٌۭ تُقَـٰتِلُ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَأُخْرَىٰ كَافِرَةٌۭ يَرَوْنَهُم مِّثْلَيْهِمْ رَأْىَ ٱلْعَيْنِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ يُؤَيِّدُ بِنَصْرِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ ۗ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَعِبْرَةًۭ لِّأُو۟لِى ٱلْأَبْصَـٰرِ",
    "english": "There has already been for you a sign in the two armies that met. One fought in the cause of Allah and the other disbelieved, seeing them with the eyes of perception. And Allah supports with His victory whom He wills. Indeed, in that is a lesson for those of vision.",
    "kiswahili": "Kuna ishara kwenu katika makundi mawili yaliyozania. Moja lilipigana kwa ajili ya Allah na jingine likakana, likiwaona kwa macho yao. Na Allah anasaidia kwa ushindi wake anayetamani. Hakika humo kuna funzo kwa wenye kuona."

    "arabic": "زُيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ حُبُّ ٱلشَّهَوَٰتِ مِنَ ٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلْبَنِينَ وَٱلْقَنَـٰطِيرِ ٱلْمُقَنطَرَةِ مِنَ ٱلذَّهَبِ وَٱلْفِضَّةِ وَٱلْخَيْلِ ٱلْمُسَوَّمَةِ وَٱلْأَنْعَـٰمِ وَٱلْحَرْثِ ۗ ذَٰلِكَ مَتَـٰعُ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا ۖ وَٱللَّهُ عِندَهُۥ حُسْنُ ٱلْمَـَٔابِ",
    "english": "Beautified for people is the love of desires: women, children, abundant wealth of gold and silver, branded horses, cattle, and farmland. That is the enjoyment of worldly life, but Allah has with Him the best return.",
    "kiswahili": "Imependezesha kwa watu upendo wa tamaa: wake, watoto, mali nyingi za dhahabu na fedha, farasi zenye alama, mifugo, na mashamba. Hiyo ni burudani ya maisha ya dunia, lakini Allah ana kwake malipo bora."

    "arabic": "۞ قُلْ أَؤُنَبِّئُكُم بِخَيْرٍۢ مِّن ذَٰلِكُمْ ۚ لِلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَوْا۟ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ جَنَّـٰتٌۭ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا وَأَزْوَٰجٌۭ مُّطَهَّرَةٌۭ وَرِضْوَٰنٌۭ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ بَصِيرٌۢ بِٱلْعِبَادِ",
    "english": "Say, 'Shall I inform you of something better than that? For those who fear Allah are gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide eternally, and purified spouses, and Allah's pleasure. And Allah is Seeing of the servants.'",
    "kiswahili": "Sema, 'Nitawaambia jambo bora kuliko hili? Kwa wale wanaomcha Allah ni bustani zinazotiririka mito chini yake, watadumu humo milele, na wake waliosafishwa, na kuridhika kwa Allah. Na Allah anaona watumishi wake.'"

    "arabic": "ٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَآ إِنَّنَآ ءَامَنَّا فَٱغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ",
    "english": "Those who say, 'Our Lord, we have believed, so forgive us our sins and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.'",
    "kiswahili": "Wale wanasema, 'Mola wetu, tumekubali imani, basi utusamehe dhambi zetu na utulinde na adhabu ya Moto.'"

    "arabic": "ٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ وَٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ وَٱلْقَـٰنِتِينَ وَٱلْمُنفِقِينَ وَٱلْمُسْتَغْفِرِينَ بِٱلْأَسْحَارِ",
    "english": "The patient, the truthful, the devout, the charitable, and those who seek forgiveness in the early hours.",
    "kiswahili": "Wavumilivu, waaminifu, watiifu, wapenzi wa kutoa, na wale wanaoomba msamaha mapema asubuhi."

    "arabic": "شَهِدَ ٱللَّهُ أَنَّهُۥ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَأُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْعِلْمِ قَآئمًۢا بِٱلْقِسْطِ ۚ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ",
    "english": "Allah bears witness that there is no deity except Him, as do the angels and those endowed with knowledge, maintaining justice. There is no deity except Him, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.",
    "kiswahili": "Allah anashuhudia kuwa hakuna mungu ila Yeye, kama vile malaika na wenye maarifa wanasema wakiwa na haki. Hakika hakuna mungu ila Yeye, Mwenye Upeo, Mwenye Hekima."

    "arabic": "إِنَّ ٱلدِّينَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْإِسْلَـٰمُ ۗ وَمَا ٱخْتَلَفَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ إِلَّا مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا جَآءَهُمُ ٱلْعِلْمُ بَغْيًۢا بَيْنَهُمْ ۗ وَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِـَٔايَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَرِيعُ ٱلْحِسَابِ",
    "english": "Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam. And those who were given the Scripture did not differ except after knowledge had come to them, out of envy among themselves. And whoever disbelieves in the signs of Allah—then indeed, Allah is swift in reckoning.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika dini kwa Allah ni Uislamu. Na wale waliotolewa Kitabu hawakubaliani ila baada ya maarifa kuwapata, kutokana na wivu miongoni mwao. Na yule anaye kosea katika ishara za Allah—hakika Allah ni mharaki wa kuhesabu."

    "arabic": "فَإِنْ حَآجُّوكَ فَقُلْ أَسْلَمْتُ وَجْهِىَ لِلَّهِ وَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَنِ ۗ وَقُل لِّلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ وَٱلْأُمِّيِّـۧنَ ءَأَسْلَمْتُمْ ۚ فَإِنْ أَسْلَمُوا۟ فَقَدِ ٱهْتَدَوا۟ ۖ وَّإِن تَوَلَّوْا۟ فَإِنَّمَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْبَلَـٰغُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ بَصِيرٌۢ بِٱلْعِبَادِ",
    "english": "So if they argue with you, say, 'I have submitted myself to Allah, and so have those who follow me.' And say to those who were given the Scripture and the unlettered, 'Have you submitted?' If they submit, they are rightly guided; but if they turn away, you are only responsible for conveying. And Allah is Seeing of the servants.",
    "kiswahili": "Kwa hiyo iwapo wakatatana nawe, sema, 'Nimejitolea kwa Allah, na vile vile wale wanaonifuata.' Na sema kwa wale waliotolewa Kitabu na wasomi wasiojua kusoma, 'Je, mmejitolea?' Iwapo watatolea, basi wameliongozwa; na iwapo watageuka, ni jukumu lako tu kufikisha ujumbe. Na Allah anaona watumishi wake."

    "arabic": "إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَكْفُرُونَ بِـَٔايَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَقْتُلُونَ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّۢ وَيَقْتُلُونَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ مِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ",
    "english": "Indeed, those who disbelieve in the signs of Allah and kill the prophets without right and kill those who command justice among the people—give them tidings of a painful punishment.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika wale wanaokana ishara za Allah na kuuua manabii bila haki na kuuua wale wanaoamuru haki miongoni mwa watu—waambie habari za adhabu ya maumivu."

    "ayah": 22,
    "arabic": "أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ حَبِطَتْ أَعْمَـٰلُهُمْ فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن نَّـٰصِرِينَ",
    "english": "Those are the ones whose deeds have become worthless in this world and the Hereafter, and they will have no helpers.",
    "kiswahili": "Wao ndio walio dhambi zao zimeshindwa katika dunia na Akhera, na hawana wa kusaidia."

    "ayah": 23,
    "arabic": "أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ نَصِيبًۭا مِّنَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ يُدْعَوْنَ إِلَىٰ كِتَـٰبِ ٱللَّهِ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّىٰ فَرِيقٌۭ مِّنْهُمْ وَهُم مُّعْرِضُونَ",
    "english": "Have you not seen those who were given a portion of the Scripture, being invited to the Book of Allah to judge between them, but then a faction of them turns away while they are averse?",
    "kiswahili": "Je, hujaona wale waliotolewa sehemu ya Kitabu, wakialikwa kwa Kitabu cha Allah ili kuhukumu kati yao, lakini kundi fulani linageuka huku wakiepusha?"
  },

    "surah": 3,
    "ayah": 24,
    "arabic": "ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا۟ لَن تَمَسَّنَا ٱلنَّارُ إِلَّآ أَيَّامًۭا مَّعْدُودَٰتٍۢ ۖ وَغَرَّهُمْ فِى دِينِهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يَفْتَرُونَ",
    "english": "That is because they said, 'The Fire will not touch us except for a few numbered days.' And they were deluded in their religion by what they used to invent.",
    "kiswahili": "Hiyo ni kwa sababu walisema, 'Moto hautagutusa isipokuwa kwa siku chache.' Na walidanganywa katika dini yao kwa yale waliyoibua."
  },

    "surah": 3,
    "ayah": 25,
    "arabic": "فَكَيْفَ إِذَا جَمَعْنَـٰهُمْ لِيَوْمٍۢ لَّا رَيْبَ فِيهِ وَوُفِّيَتْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍۢ مَّا كَسَبَتْ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ",
    "english": "So how will it be when We gather them for a Day about which there is no doubt, and every soul is recompensed for what it earned, and they will not be wronged?",
    "kiswahili": "Basi itakuwa vipi tutakapowaunganisha siku ambayo hakuna shaka, na kila nafsi italipwa kwa kile ilichopata, na hawataonewa haki?"

    "ayah": 26,
    "arabic": "قُلِ ٱللَّهُمَّ مَـٰلِكَ ٱلْمُلْكِ تُؤْتِى ٱلْمُلْكَ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتَنزِعُ ٱلْمُلْكَ مِمَّن تَشَآءُ وَتُعِزُّ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَن تَشَآءُ ۖ بِيَدِكَ ٱلْخَيْرُ ۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ قَدِيرٌۭ",
    "english": "Say, 'O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and take sovereignty away from whom You will. You honor whom You will and abase whom You will. In Your hand is all good. Indeed, You are over all things competent.'",
    "kiswahili": "Sema, 'Ee Allah, Mmiliki wa Ufalme, Unampa ufalme yeyote unayetamani na kuuchukua kwa yeyote unayetamani. Unaeheshimu yeyote unayetamani na kumdhuru yeyote unayetamani. Kila wema uko mikononi mwako. Hakika Wewe ni Mwenye Kudhibiti kila kitu.'"

    "arabic": "تُولِجُ ٱلَّيْلَ فِى ٱلنَّهَارِ وَتُولِجُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فِى ٱلَّيْلِ ۖ وَتُخْرِجُ ٱلْحَىَّ مِنَ ٱلْمَيِّتِ وَتُخْرِجُ ٱلْمَيِّتَ مِنَ ٱلْحَىِّ ۖ وَتَرْزُقُ مَن تَشَآءُ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍۢ",
    "english": "You cause the night to enter the day and cause the day to enter the night; You bring the living out of the dead and bring the dead out of the living, and You provide for whom You will without account.",
    "kiswahili": "Unaingiza usiku ndani ya mchana na unaingiza mchana ndani ya usiku; Unatoa hai kutoka kwa wafu na unatoa wafu kutoka kwa hai, na Unamlisha yeyote unayetamani bila hesabu."

    "arabic": "لَّا يَتَّخِذِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ أَوْلِيَآءَ مِن دُونِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۖ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ فِى شَىْءٍ إِلَّآ أَن تَتَّقُوا۟ مِنْهُمْ تُقَىٰةًۭ ۗ وَيُحَذِّرُكُمُ ٱللَّهُ نَفْسَهُۥ ۗ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمَصِيرُ",
    "english": "The believers should not take disbelievers as allies instead of believers. Whoever does that has nothing with Allah, unless you fear them. And Allah warns you of Himself, and to Allah is the final destination.",
    "kiswahili": "Wanaamini hawapaswi kuchukua wasioamini kama wenzio badala ya waumini. Yeyote anayefanya hivyo hana kitu na Allah, isipokuwa ukiwa unawaogopa. Na Allah anakukumbusha kwa ajili Yake, na kwa Allah ndiyo mwisho."

    "arabic": "قُلْ إِن تُخْفُوا۟ مَا فِى صُدُورِكُمْ أَوْ تُبْدُوهُ يَعْلَمْهُ ٱللَّهُ ۗ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ قَدِيرٌۭ",
    "english": "Say, 'Whether you conceal what is in your hearts or reveal it, Allah knows it. He knows what is in the heavens and what is on the earth. And Allah is over all things competent.'",
    "kiswahili": "Sema, 'Iwapo mnaficha kinacho ndani ya mioyo yenu au mnaonyesha, Allah anajua. Anajua kilicho mbinguni na kilicho duniani. Na Allah anaweza kila kitu.'"

    "arabic": "يَوْمَ تَجِدُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍۢ مَّا عَمِلَتْ مِنْ خَيْرٍۢ مُّحْضَرًۭا وَمَا عَمِلَتْ مِن سُوٓءٍۢ تَوَدُّ لَوْ أَنَّ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَهُۥٓ أَمَدًۢا بَعِيدًۭا ۗ وَيُحَذِّرُكُمُ ٱللَّهُ نَفْسَهُۥ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ رَءُوفٌۢ بِٱلْعِبَادِ",
    "english": "On the Day every soul will find what it has done of good presented and what it has done of evil, wishing there were a great distance between it and its evil. And Allah warns you of Himself, and Allah is Kind to the servants.",
    "kiswahili": "Siku ambayo kila nafsi itapata kile ilichofanya cha wema kilichowekwa mbele na kile cha uovu, ikitamani ingekuwa na umbali mrefu kati yake na uovu wake. Na Allah anakukumbusha kwa ajili Yake, na Allah ni Mpole kwa watumishi."

    "arabic": "قُلْ إِن كُنتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ ٱللَّهَ فَٱتَّبِعُونِى يُحْبِبْكُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ",
    "english": "Say, 'If you love Allah, then follow me, and Allah will love you and forgive you your sins.' And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.",
    "kiswahili": "Sema, 'Iwapo mnaompenda Allah, basi nimfuate mimi, na Allah atawapenda na kuwasamehe dhambi zenu.' Na Allah ni Msamehe, Mwema."

    "english": "Say, 'Obey Allah and the Messenger.' But if they turn away, then indeed, Allah does not like the disbelievers.",
    "kiswahili": "Sema, 'Mtimizie maagizo ya Allah na Mtume.' Lakini iwapo watageuka, hakika Allah hapendi waasi."

    "english": "Indeed, Allah chose Adam, Noah, the family of Abraham, and the family of Imran over the worlds.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika Allah alimchagua Adamu, Nuhu, familia ya Ibrahimu, na familia ya Imran juu ya walimwengu."

    "kiswahili": "Wazao, baadhi yao kutoka kwa wengine; na Allah ni Mwenye Kusikia, Mwenye Kujuwa."

    "arabic": "إِذْ قَالَتِ ٱمْرَأَتُ عِمْرَٰنَ رَبِّ إِنِّى نَذَرْتُ لَكَ مَا فِى بَطْنِى مُحَرَّرًۭا فَتَقَبَّلْ مِنِّىٓ ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ",
    "english": "When the wife of Imran said, 'My Lord, I have pledged to You what is in my womb to be dedicated, so accept it from me. Indeed, You are the All-Hearing, All-Knowing.'",
    "kiswahili": "Wakati mke wa Imran alisema, 'Rabb wangu, nimeahidi kwa ajili Yako kile kilicho tumboni mwangu kiwe kilichojitolea, basi kikubali kutoka kwangu. Hakika Wewe ni Mwenye Kusikia, Mwenye Kujuwa.'"

    "arabic": "فَلَمَّا وَضَعَتْهَا قَالَتْ رَبِّ إِنِّى وَضَعْتُهَآ أُنثَىٰ وَٱللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا وَضَعَتْ وَلَيْسَ ٱلذَّكَرُ كَٱلْأُنثَىٰ ۖ وَإِنِّى سَمَّيْتُهَا مَرْيَمَ وَإِنِّىٓ أُعِيذُهَا بِكَ وَذُرِّيَّتَهَا مِنَ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنِ ٱلرَّجِيمِ",
    "english": "Then when she gave birth, she said, 'My Lord, I have given birth to a female,' and Allah knows best what she gave birth to, 'and the male is not like the female. I have named her Mary, and I seek Your protection for her and her descendants from Satan, the outcast.'",
    "kiswahili": "Kisha alipozaliwa, alisema, 'Rabb wangu, nimezaa msichana,' na Allah anajua bora zaidi alichozaa, 'na kiume si kama kike. Nimeimpa jina Maryamu, na naomba Ulinzi wako kwa ajili yake na vizazi vyake kutoka kwa Shetani, aliyeachwa.'"

    "arabic": "فَتَقَبَّلَهَا رَبُّهَا بِقَبُولٍ حَسَنٍۢ وَأَنۢبَتَهَا نَبَاتًا حَسَنًۭا وَكَفَّلَهَا زَكَرِيَّا ۖ كُلَّمَا دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا زَكَرِيَّا ٱلْمِحْرَابَ وَجَدَ عِندَهَا رِزْقًۭا ۖ قَالَ يَـٰمَرْيَمُ أَنَّىٰ لَكِ هَـٰذَا ۖ قَالَتْ هُوَ مِنْ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ ۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَرْزُقُ مَن يَشَآءُ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ",
    "english": "Her Lord accepted her with good acceptance, caused her to grow in a good manner, and placed her under the care of Zakariya. Whenever Zakariya entered her sanctuary, he found provision with her. He said, 'O Mary, how is this possible?' She said, 'It is from Allah. Indeed, Allah provides for whom He wills without account.'",
    "kiswahili": "Rabb wake akamkubali kwa kukubali vizuri, akamlea kwa namna nzuri, na akamweka kwa utunzaji wa Zakaria. Kila mara Zakaria alipomuingia mahali pake patakatifu, alipata riziki kwake. Akasema, 'Ee Maryamu, hii inatoka wapi?' Alisema, 'Ni kutoka kwa Allah. Hakika Allah humlisha yeyote anaye tamani bila hesabu.'"

    "arabic": "هُنَالِكَ دَعَا زَكَرِيَّا رَبَّهُ ۖ قَالَ رَبِّ هَبْ لِى مِن لَّدُنكَ ذُرِّيَّةًۭ طَيِّبَةً ۖ إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ ٱلدُّعَآءِ",
    "english": "There Zakariya prayed to his Lord, saying, 'My Lord, grant me from Yourself a good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication.'",
    "kiswahili": "Hapo Zakaria aliomba kwa Rabb wake, akisema, 'Rabb wangu, nibariki kutoka Kwako mtoto mwema. Hakika Wewe ni Mwenye Kusikia sala.'"

    "arabic": "فَنَادَتْهُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَهُوَ قَآئِمٌ يُصَلِّى فِى ٱلْمِحْرَابِ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُبَشِّرُكَ بِيَحْيَىٰ مُصَدِّقًۢا بِكَلِمَةٍۢ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَسَيِّدًۭا وَحَصُورًۭا وَنَبِيًّۭا مِّنَ ٱلصَّـٰلِحِينَ",
    "english": "Then the angels called him while he stood praying in the sanctuary, 'Indeed, Allah gives you good tidings of Yahya, confirming a word from Allah, honorable, chaste, and a prophet from among the righteous.'",
    "kiswahili": "Kisha malaika wakamuitia akiwa amesimama akisali mahali patakatifu, 'Hakika Allah anakupa habari njema ya Yahya, akithibitisha neno la Allah, mnyenyekevu, mtakatifu, na nabii miongoni mwa wema.'"

    "arabic": "قَالَ رَبِّ أَنَّىٰ يَكُونُ لى غُلَـٰمٌۭ وَقَدْ بَلَغَنِىَ ٱلْكِبَرُ وَٱمْرَأَتِى عَاقِرٌۭ ۖ قَالَ كَذَٰلِكَ ٱللَّهُ يَفْعَلُ مَا يَشَآءُ",
    "english": "He said, 'My Lord, how will I have a boy when my wife is barren and I have reached old age?' Allah said, 'Thus Allah does what He wills.'",
    "kiswahili": "Akasema, 'Rabb wangu, nitapataje mtoto wakati mke wangu hana uwezo wa kuzaa na mimi nimesha kufika uzee?' Allah alisema, 'Hivyo Allah hufanya anavyotaka.'"

    "arabic": "قَالَ رَبِّ ٱجْعَل لِّىٓ ءَايَةًۭ ۖ قَالَ ءَايَتُكَ أَلَّا تُكَلِّمَ ٱلنَّاسَ ثَلَـٰثَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِلَّا رَمْزًۭا ۗ وَٱذْكُر رَّبَّكَ كَثِيرًۭا وَسَبِّحْ بِٱلْعَشِىِّ وَٱلْإِبْكَـٰرِ",
    "english": "He said, 'My Lord, give me a sign.' He said, 'Your sign is that you will not speak to people for three days except by gesture. And remember your Lord much and glorify Him in the morning and evening.'",
    "kiswahili": "Akasema, 'Rabb wangu, nifanyie ishara.' Akasema, 'Ishara yako ni kwamba hutasema kwa watu kwa siku tatu isipokuwa kwa ishara. Na kumbuka Rabb wako sana na Msifae asubuhi na jioni.'"

    "arabic": "وَإِذْ قَالَتِ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ يَـٰمَرْيَمُ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ ٱصْطَفَىٰكِ وَطَهَّرَكِ وَٱصْطَفَىٰكِ عَلَىٰ نِسَآءِ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ",
    "english": "And when the angels said, 'O Mary, indeed Allah has chosen you and purified you and chosen you above the women of the worlds.'",
    "kiswahili": "Na wakati malaika walisema, 'Ee Maryamu, hakika Allah amekuchagua na akakusafisha na akakuchagua juu ya wanawake wa walimwengu.'"

    "arabic": "يَـٰمَرْيَمُ ٱقْنُتِى لِرَبِّكِ وَٱسْجُدِى وَٱرْكَعِى مَعَ ٱلرَّٰكِعِينَ",
    "english": "O Mary, be devout to your Lord, prostrate and bow with those who bow [in prayer].",
    "kiswahili": "Ee Maryamu, kuwa mnyenyekevu kwa Rabb wako, sujudi na inama pamoja na wale wanaoinama [wakisali]."

    "arabic": "ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ أَنۢبَآءِ ٱلْغَيْبِ نُوحِيهِ إِلَيْكَ ۚ وَمَا كُنتَ لَدَيْهِمْ إِذْ يُلْقُونَ أَقْلَـٰمَهُمْ أَيُّهُمْ يَكْفُلُ مَرْيَمَ وَمَا كُنتَ لَدَيْهِمْ إِذْ يَخْتَصِمُونَ",
    "english": "That is from the news of the unseen which We reveal to you. And you were not with them when they cast their pens as to which of them should be responsible for Mary, nor were you with them when they disputed.",
    "kiswahili": "Hayo ni habari za ghafla tulizokufichulia. Na hukuwepo nao walipo tiririka penseli zao kuamua ni nani atakayemtunza Maryamu, wala hukuwepo walipokuwa wakihoji."

    "arabic": "إِذْ قَالَتِ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ يَـٰمَرْيَمُ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُبَشِّرُكِ بِكَلِمَةٍۢ مِّّنْهُ ٱسْمُهُ ٱلْمَسِيحُ عِيسَى ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ وَجِيهًۭا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ وَمِنَ ٱلْمُقَرَّبِينَ",
    "english": "When the angels said, 'O Mary, indeed Allah gives you good tidings of a Word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, honored in this world and the Hereafter and among those brought near [to Allah].'",
    "kiswahili": "Wakati malaika walisema, 'Ee Maryamu, hakika Allah anakupa habari njema ya Neno kutoka Kwake, aliyeitwa Masihi, Yesu mwana wa Maryamu, mchafuli katika dunia na Akhera na miongoni mwa walio karibu [na Allah].'"

    "arabic": "وَيُكَلِّمُ ٱلنَّاسَ فِى ٱلْمَهْدِ وَكَهْلًۭا وَمِنَ ٱلصَّـٰلِحِينَ",
    "english": "He will speak to the people in the cradle and in maturity, and [he will be] of the righteous.",
    "kiswahili": "Atazungumza na watu akiwa kitandani na akikua, na atakuwa miongoni mwa wema."

    "arabic": "قَالَتْ رَبِّ أَنَّىٰ يَكُونُ لِى وَلَدٌۭ وَلَمْ يَمْسَسْنِى بَشَرٌۭ ۖ قَالَ كَذَٰلِكِ ٱللَّهُ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُ ۚ إِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمْرًۭا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ",
    "english": "She said, 'My Lord, how will I have a son when no man has touched me?' He said, 'Thus Allah creates what He wills. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, \"Be,\" and it is.'",
    "kiswahili": "Alisema, 'Rabb wangu, nitapataje mtoto wakati hakuna mwanaume amenigusa?' Akasema, 'Hivyo Allah hutoa kile anachotaka. Akapopanga jambo, husema tu, \"Kuwa,\" na likawa.'"

    "arabic": "وَيُعَلِّمُهُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ وَٱلْحِكْمَةَ وَٱلتَّوْرَىٰةَ وَٱلْإِنجِيلَ",
    "english": "And He will teach him the Scripture, wisdom, the Torah, and the Gospel.",
    "kiswahili": "Na atamfundisha Kitabu, hekima, Torati na Injili."

    "arabic": "وَرَسُولًا إِلَىٰ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ أَنِّى قَدْ جِئْتُكُم بِـَٔايَةٍۢ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ ۖ أَنِّىٓ أَخْلُقُ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلطِّينِ كَهَيْـَٔةِ ٱلطَّيْرِ فَأَنفُخُ فِيهِ فَيَكُونُ طَيْرًۢا بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ ۖ وَأُبْرِئُ ٱلْأَكْمَهَ وَٱلْأَبْرَصَ وَأُحْىِ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ ۖ وَأُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا تَأْكُلُونَ وَمَا تَدَّخِرُونَ فِى بُيُوتِكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةًۭ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ",
    "english": "And [I am] a messenger to the Children of Israel, [to say] that I have come to you with a sign from your Lord. I create for you out of clay the form of a bird, then I breathe into it and it becomes a bird by Allah's permission. And I heal the blind and the leper, and I bring the dead to life by Allah's permission. And I inform you of what you eat and store in your houses. Indeed, in that is a sign for you if you are believers.",
    "kiswahili": "Na mimi ni ujumbe kwa Wana wa Israeli, nikisema, nimekuwieni na ishara kutoka kwa Rabb yenu. Ninatengeneza ndege kutoka udongo, kisha nakuupa pumzi na inakuwa ndege kwa idhini ya Allah. Na ninaponya vipofu na wagonjwa wa kuchomwa, na ninafufua wafu kwa idhini ya Allah. Na nakuarifu kuhusu mnakula na mnakayo hifadhi katika nyumba zenu. Hakika katika hilo kuna ishara kwa nyinyi ikiwa mmeamini."

    "arabic": "وَمُصَدِّقًۭا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَىَّ مِنَ ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةِ وَلِأُحِلَّ لَكُم بَعْضَ ٱلَّذِى حُرِّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ ۚ وَجِئْتُكُم بِـَٔايَةٍۢ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ",
    "english": "And confirming what was before me of the Torah and to make lawful for you some of what was forbidden to you. And I have come to you with a sign from your Lord, so fear Allah and obey me.",
    "kiswahili": "Na kuthibitisha yale yaliyo mbele yangu ya Torati na kufanya halali kwenu baadhi ya mambo yaliyo haramu kwenu. Na nimekuwieni na ishara kutoka kwa Rabb yenu, basi mtake Allah na nifuate."

    "arabic": "إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ رَبِّى وَرَبُّكُمْ فَٱعْبُدُوهُ ۗ هَـٰذَا صِرَٰطٌۭ مُّسْتَقِيمٌۭ",
    "english": "Indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is a straight path.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika Allah ni Mola wangu na Mola wenu, basi mtumieni. Huu ndio njia ya moja kwa moja."

    "arabic": "فَلَمَّآ أَحَسَّ عِيسَىٰ مِنْهُمُ ٱلْكُفْرَ قَالَ مَنْ أَنصَارِىٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ ۖ قَالَ ٱلْحَوَارِيُّونَ نَحْنُ أَنصَارُ ٱللَّهِ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَاشْهَدْ بِأَنَّا مُسْلِمُونَ",
    "english": "But when Jesus sensed disbelief from them, he said, 'Who are my supporters for Allah?' The disciples said, 'We are supporters of Allah; we have believed in Allah, and bear witness that we are Muslims.'",
    "kiswahili": "Lakini Yesu alipogundua ukafiri wao, alisema, 'Nani ni waungaji wangu kwa ajili ya Allah?' Mitume wakasema, 'Sisi ni waungaji wa Allah; tumemwamini Allah, na uthibitisho kwamba sisi Waislamu.'"

    "arabic": "رَبَّنَآ ءَامَنَّا بِمَآ أَنزَلْتَ وَٱتَّبَعْنَا ٱلرَّسُولَ فَٱكْتُبْنَا مَعَ ٱلشَّـٰهِدِينَ",
    "english": "Our Lord, we have believed in what You revealed and have followed the Messenger, so register us among the witnesses.",
    "kiswahili": "Rabb yetu, tumemwamini yale uliyayatoa na tumeifuata Risala, basi andika sisi miongoni mwa mashahidi."

    "arabic": "وَمَكَرُوا۟ وَمَكَرَ ٱللَّهُ ۖ وَٱللَّهُ خَيْرُ ٱلْمَـٰكِرِينَ",
    "english": "And they planned, and Allah planned. And Allah is the best of planners.",
    "kiswahili": "Nao walipanga, na Allah akapanga. Na Allah ndiye mpangaji bora zaidi."

    "arabic": "إِذْ قَالَ ٱللَّهُ يَـٰعِيسَىٰٓ إِنِّى مُتَوَفِّيكَ وَرَافِعُكَ إِلَىَّ وَمُطَهِّرُكَ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَجَاعِلُ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوكَ فَوْقَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ ۖ ثُمَّ إِلَىَّ مَرْجِعُكُمْ فَأَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ فِيمَا كُنتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ",
    "english": "When Allah said, 'O Jesus, indeed I will take you and raise you to Myself and purify you from those who disbelieve, and make those who follow you superior to those who disbelieve until the Day of Resurrection. Then to Me is your return, and I will judge between you concerning that in which you used to differ.'",
    "kiswahili": "Wakati Allah alisema, 'Ee Yesu, hakika nitakuchukua na kukuinua Kwangu na kukutakasa kutoka kwa walio kosea, na kufanya wale wanaokufuata kuwa juu ya wakosefu hadi Siku ya Kiyama. Kisha kwangu ndio kurudi kwenu, nami nitahukumu kati yenu kuhusu mambo mnayoyakosa.'"

    "arabic": "فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فَأُعَذِّبُهُمْ عَذَابًۭا شَدِيدًۭا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن نَّـٰصِرِينَ",
    "english": "But as for those who disbelieve, I will punish them with a severe punishment in this world and the Hereafter, and they will have no helpers.",
    "kiswahili": "Basi wale wanaokosea nitawadhulumu kwa adhabu kali katika dunia na Akhera, na hawana msaada."

    "ayah": 57,
    "arabic": "وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ فَيُوَفِّيهِمْ أُجُورَهُمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ",
    "english": "And as for those who believe and do righteous deeds, He will give them their rewards, and Allah does not like the wrongdoers.",
    "kiswahili": "Na wale wanaoamini na kufanya mema, Atawapa malipo yao, na Allah hapendi wasio haki."

    "arabic": "ذَٰلِكَ نَتْلُوهُ عَلَيْكَ مِنَ ٱلْـَٔايَـٰتِ وَٱلذِّكْرِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ",
    "english": "That is what We recite to you of the verses and the wise reminder.",
    "kiswahili": "Hayo ndivyo tunavyokusomea kutoka kwa aya na kumbusho lenye hekima."

    "arabic": "إِنَّ مَثَلَ عِيسَىٰ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ ءَادَمَ ۖ خَلَقَهُۥ مِن تُرَابٍۢ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ",
    "english": "Indeed, the example of Jesus with Allah is like that of Adam. He created him from dust; then He said to him, 'Be,' and he was.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika mfano wa Yesu kwa Allah ni kama wa Adamu. Akamuumba kutoka vumbi; kisha akasema, 'Kuwa,' na akawa."

    "arabic": "ٱلْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكَ فَلَا تَكُن مِّنَ ٱلْمُمْتَرِينَ",
    "english": "The truth is from your Lord, so do not be among the doubters.",
    "kiswahili": "Kweli ni kutoka kwa Mola wako, basi usiwe miongoni mwa wenye shaka."

    "arabic": "فَمَنْ حَآجَّكَ فِيهِ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا جَآءَكَ مِنَ ٱلْعِلْمِ فَقُلْ تَعَالَوْا۟ نَدْعُ أَبْنَآءَنَا وَأَبْنَآءَكُمْ وَنِسَآءَنَا وَنِسَآءَكُمْ وَأَنفُسَنَا وَأَنفُسَكُمْ ثُمَّ نَبْتَهِلْ فَنَجْعَل لَّعْنَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَى ٱلْكَـٰذِبِينَ",
    "english": "So whoever argues with you about it after [this] knowledge has come to you, say, 'Come, let us call our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves, then supplicate earnestly and invoke the curse of Allah upon the liars.'",
    "kiswahili": "Basi yeyote anayepinga kuhusu hilo baada ya kupata maarifa haya, sema, 'Eleni, tuite wana wetu na wana wenu, wake wetu na wake wenu, sisi wenyewe na nyinyi, kisha tuombe kwa dhati na tuweke laana ya Allah juu ya wapovu.'"

    "arabic": "إِنَّ هَـٰذَا لَهُوَ ٱلْقَصَصُ ٱلْحَقُّ ۚ وَمَا مِنْ إِلَـٰهٍ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ ۚ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ",
    "english": "Indeed, this is the true story. There is no deity except Allah, and indeed Allah—He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika huu ndio hadithi ya kweli. Hakuna mungu ila Allah, na hakika Allah ndiye Mwenye Hekima na Uweza."

    "arabic": "فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا۟ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلِيمٌۢ بِٱلْمُفْسِدِينَ",
    "english": "But if they turn away, then indeed Allah is All-Knowing of the corrupters.",
    "kiswahili": "Lakini wakigeuka, hakika Allah anajua waovu."

    "arabic": "قُلْ يَـٰٓأَهْلَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ تَعَالَوْا۟ إِلَىٰ كَلِمَةٍۢ سَوَآءٍۭ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ أَلَّا نَعْبُدَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ وَلَا نُشْرِكَ بِهِۦ شَيْـًۭٔا وَلَا يَتَّخِذَ بَعْضُنَا بَعْضًا أَرْبَابًۭا مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا۟ فَقُولُوا۟ ٱشْهَدُوا۟ بِأَنَّا مُسْلِمُونَ",
    "english": "Say, 'O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is equitable between us and you: that we will not worship except Allah and not associate anything with Him, and not take one another as lords besides Allah.' But if they turn away, then say, 'Bear witness that we are Muslims.'",
    "kiswahili": "Sema, 'Ee Watu wa Kitabu, njieni kwenye neno sawa kati yetu na ninyi: kwamba hatutumii ila Allah, wala hatumuunganishi naye kitu chochote, na hatuchukui wengine kuwa mabwana badala ya Allah.' Lakini wakigeuka, sema, 'Shahidi kwamba sisi Waislamu.'"

    "arabic": "يَـٰٓأَهْلَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لِمَ تُحَآجُّونَ فِىٓ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَمَآ أُنزِلَتِ ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةُ وَٱلْإِنجِيلُ إِلَّا مِنۢ بَعْدِهِۦٓ ۚ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ",
    "english": "O People of the Scripture, why do you argue about Abraham while the Torah and the Gospel were not revealed until after him? Do you not reason?",
    "kiswahili": "Ee Watu wa Kitabu, mbona mna hoja kuhusu Ibrahimu wakati Taurati na Injili hazikutolewa hadi baada yake? Je, hamufikirii?"

    "ayah": 66,
    "arabic": "هَـٰٓأَنتُمْ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ حَـٰجَجْتُمْ فِيمَا لَكُم بِهِۦ عِلْمٌۭ فَلِمَ تُحَآجُّونَ فِيمَا لَيْسَ لَكُم بِهِۦ عِلْمٌۭ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ",
    "english": "Here you are those who argue about what you have knowledge of, so why do you argue about what you have no knowledge of? Allah knows, while you do not know.",
    "kiswahili": "Hapa ninyi ndinyi mnaopinga kwa kile mnachojua, basi mbona mna hoja kuhusu kile ambacho hamjui? Allah anajua, ninyi hamjui."

    "arabic": "مَا كَانَ إِبْرَٰهِيمُ يَهُودِيًّۭا وَلَا نَصْرَانِيًّۭا وَلَـٰكِن كَانَ حَنِيفًۭا مُّسْلِمًۭا وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ",
    "english": "Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian, but he was a monotheist, a Muslim, and he was not of the polytheists.",
    "kiswahili": "Ibrahimu hakuwahi kuwa Myahudi wala Mkristo, bali alikuwa Mmonotheist, Muislamu, na hakuhusiana na waabudu miungu mingine."

    "arabic": "إِنَّ أَوْلَى ٱلنَّاسِ بِإِبْرَٰهِيمَ لَلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوهُ وَهَـٰذَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ وَلِىُّ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ",
    "english": "The most worthy of Abraham are those who follow him, as well as this Prophet and those who believe. And Allah is the guardian of the believers.",
    "kiswahili": "Wale walio karibu zaidi na Ibrahimu ni wale waliofuata yeye, pia Nabii huyu na wale wanaoamini. Allah ndiye Mlezi wa waumini."

    "arabic": "وَدَّت طَّآئفَةٌۭ مِّنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لَوْ يُضِلُّونَكُمْ وَمَا يُضِلُّونَ إِلَّآ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ",
    "english": "A group of the People of the Scripture wish to mislead you, but they mislead none except themselves, and they perceive it not.",
    "kiswahili": "Kundi fulani la Watu wa Kitabu wangependa kuwageuka, lakini hawawaingizi mbali isipokuwa wenyewe, na hawaonyeshi hilo."

    "arabic": "يَـٰٓأَهْلَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لِمَ تَكْفُرُونَ بِـَٔايَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَأَنتُمْ تَشْهَدُونَ",
    "english": "O People of the Scripture, why do you disbelieve in Allah's signs while you witness them?",
    "kiswahili": "Ee Watu wa Kitabu, mbona mna kutoamini katika aya za Allah mnapo zishuhudia?"

    "arabic": "يَـٰٓأَهْلَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لِمَ تَلْبِسُونَ ٱلْحَقَّ بِٱلْبَـٰطِلِ وَتَكْتُمُونَ ٱلْحَقَّ وَأَنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ",
    "english": "O People of the Scripture, why do you mix truth with falsehood and conceal the truth while you know it?",
    "kiswahili": "Ee Watu wa Kitabu, mbona mnachanganya kweli na uongo na mnaficha ukweli mnapojua?"

    "ayah": 72,
    "arabic": "وَقَالَت طَّآئِفَةٌۭ مِّنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ ءَامِنُوا۟ بِٱلَّذِىٓ أُنزِلَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَجْهَ ٱلنَّهَارِ وَٱكْفُرُوٓا۟ ءَاخِرَهُۥ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ",
    "english": "And a group among the People of the Scripture said, 'Believe in that which has been revealed to those who believe in the morning, but disbelieve in it at the end, perhaps they may return [to disbelief].'",
    "kiswahili": "Na kundi fulani la Watu wa Kitabu walisema, 'Amini kile kilichotolewa kwa wale wanaoamini asubuhi, lakini mkatoe mwishoni, labda watarudi [kukohoa].'"

    "ayah": 73,
    "arabic": "وَلَا تُؤْمِنُوٓا۟ إِلَّا لِمَن تَبِعَ دِينَكُمْ قُلْ إِنَّ ٱلْهُدَىٰ هُدَى ٱللَّهِ أَن يُؤْتَىٰٓ أَحَدٌۭ مِّثْلَ مَآ أُوتِيتُمْ أَوْ يُحَآجُّوكُمْ عِندَ رَبِّكُمْ ۗ قُلْ إِنَّ ٱلْفَضْلَ بِيَدِ ٱللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ وَٰسِعٌ عَلِيمٌۭ",
    "english": "And do not believe except in those who follow your religion. Say, 'Indeed, the guidance is the guidance of Allah, that He may give to anyone what He wills, or argue with you before your Lord.' Say, 'Indeed, bounty is in the hand of Allah; He grants it to whom He wills. And Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing.'",
    "kiswahili": "Na msiamini ila wale wanaofuata dini yenu. Sema, 'Hakika mwongozo ni mwongozo wa Allah, kwamba Atampa mtu yeyote anayeitaka, au wakapinge kwenu mbele ya Mola wenu.' Sema, 'Hakika fadhila ipo mikononi mwa Allah; Anampa anayetamani. Na Allah ni Mwenye Upanuzi, Mwenye Hekima.'"

    "arabic": "يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلْفَضْلِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ",
    "english": "He selects for His mercy whom He wills. And Allah is of great bounty.",
    "kiswahili": "Anamchagua kwa rehema Yeye anayetaka. Na Allah ana fadhila kuu."

    "ayah": 75,
    "arabic": "وَمِنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ مَنْ إِن تَأْمَنْهُ بِقِنطَارٍۢ يُؤَدِّهِۦٓ إِلَيْكَ وَمِنْهُم مَّنْ إِن تَأْمَنْهُ بِدِينَارٍۢ لَّا يُؤَدِّهِۦٓ إِلَيْكَ إِلَّا مَا دُمْتَ عَلَيْهِ قَآئِمًۭا ۗ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا۟ لَيْسَ عَلَيْنَا فِى ٱلْأُمِّيِّـۧنَ سَبِيلٌۭ وَيَقُولُونَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلْكَذِبَ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ",
    "english": "Among the People of the Scripture is he who, if you entrust him with a qintar, will return it to you; and among them is he who, if you entrust him with a dinar, will not return it to you except as long as you stand firm. That is because they say, 'There is no blame on us concerning the unlettered.' And they lie against Allah knowingly.",
    "kiswahili": "Kati ya Watu wa Kitabu, kuna mmoja ambaye ukimtolea qintar atakurudishia; na kuna mwingine ukimtolea dinar hatakurudishia isipokuwa ukisimama imara. Hii ni kwa sababu wanasema, 'Hakuna hatia kwetu kuhusu wasiojua kusoma.' Na wanadanganya dhidi ya Allah wakiwa wanajua."

    "ayah": 76,
    "arabic": "بَلَىٰ مَنْ أَوْفَىٰ بِعَهْدِهِۦ وَٱتَّقَىٰ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ",
    "english": "Yes, whoever fulfills his covenant and fears Allah—indeed, Allah loves the righteous.",
    "kiswahili": "Ndiyo, yule anayetimiza ahadi yake na kumcha Allah—hakika Allah anapenda wenye taqwa."

    "ayah": 77,
    "arabic": "إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ ٱللَّهِ وَأَيْمَـٰنِهِمْ ثَمَنًۭا قَلِيلًا أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ لَا خَلَـٰقَ لَهُمْ فِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ وَلَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَلَا يَنظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌۭ",
    "english": "Indeed, those who exchange the covenant of Allah and their oaths for a small price—those will have no share in the Hereafter, and Allah will not speak to them nor look at them on the Day of Resurrection, nor purify them. And they will have a painful punishment.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika wale wanaouza ahadi ya Allah na nyakati zao kwa bei ndogo—wao hawana sehemu katika Akhera, Allah hatawasalimia, wala hatawaangalia siku ya Kiyama, wala hawaonyeshi utakatifu. Wana adhabu chungu."

    "ayah": 78,
    "arabic": "وَإِنَّ مِنْهُمْ لَفَرِيقًۭا يَلْوُۥنَ أَلْسِنَتَهُم بِٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لِتَحْسَبُوهُ مِنَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ وَمَا هُوَ مِنَ ٱلْكِتَابِ وَيَقُولُونَ هُوَ مِنْ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ وَمَا هُوَ مِنْ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَقُولُونَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلْكَذِبَ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ",
    "english": "And among them is a group who twist their tongues with the Scripture so that you may think it is from the Scripture, but it is not from the Scripture. And they say, 'It is from Allah,' while it is not from Allah; and they speak lies against Allah knowingly.",
    "kiswahili": "Na kati yao kuna kundi linaloileta kwa mdomo kitabu ili utafikiri ni kutoka Kitabu, lakini si kutoka Kitabu. Wanasema, 'Ni kutoka Allah,' ilhali si kutoka Allah; na wanadanganya dhidi ya Allah wakiwa wanajua."

    "ayah": 79,
    "arabic": "مَا كَانَ لِبَشَرٍ أَن يُؤْتِيَهُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ وَٱلْحُكْمَ وَٱلنُّبُوَّةَ ثُمَّ يَقُولَ لِلنَّاسِ كُونُوا۟ عِبَادًۭا لِّى مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَـٰكِن كُونُوا۟ رَبَّـٰنِيِّـۧنَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تُعَلِّمُونَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ وَبِمَا كُنتُمْ تَدْرُسُونَ",
    "english": "It is not for a human that Allah should give him the Scripture, judgment, and prophethood, and then he says to the people, 'Be my servants besides Allah.' But rather, say, 'Be devoted scholars in what you teach of the Scripture and what you study.'",
    "kiswahili": "Si kwa mwanadamu kwamba Allah ampe Kitabu, hukumu, na unabii, kisha asemue kwa watu, 'Kuwa watumishi wangu badala ya Allah.' Lakini sema, 'Kuwa wanasayansi wa kweli katika kile mnafundisha na mnachosoma kutoka Kitabu.'"

    "surah": 3,
    "ayah": 80,
    "arabic": "وَلَا يَأْمُرَكُمْ أَن تَتَّخِذُوا۟ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةَ وَٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ أَرْبَابًا ۗ أَيَأْمُرُكُم بِٱلْكُفْرِ بَعْدَ إِذْ أَنتُم مُّسْلِمُونَ",
    "english": "And He does not command you to take the angels and the prophets as lords. Would He command you to disbelieve after you have submitted?",
    "kiswahili": "Na hatakuamrisha mkachukue malaika na manabii kuwa mabwana. Je, atawaamuru mkatoe imani baada ya mkuwa Waislamu?"
  },
  {
    "surah": 3,
    "ayah": 81,
    "arabic": "وَإِذْ أَخَذَ ٱللَّهُ مِيثَـٰقَ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ لَمَآ ءَاتَيْتُكُم مِّن كِتَـٰبٍۢ وَحِكْمَةٍۢ ثُمَّ جَآءَكُمْ رَسُولٌۭ مُّصَدِّقٌۭ لِّمَا مَعَكُمْ لَتُؤْمِنُنَّ بِهِۦ وَلَتَنصُرُنَّهُۥ ۚ قَالَ ءَأَقْرَرْتُمْ وَأَخَذْتُمْ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكُمْ إِصْرِى ۖ قَالُوٓا۟ أَقْرَرْنَا ۚ قَالَ فَٱشْهَدُوا۟ وَأَنَا۠ مَعَكُم مِّنَ ٱلشَّـٰهِدِينَ",
    "english": "And [mention, O Muhammad], when Allah took the covenant of the prophets, [saying], 'Whatever I give you of the Scripture and wisdom, then comes to you a messenger confirming that which is with you, you shall believe in him and support him.' He said, 'Do you agree and take upon that My covenant?' They said, 'We agree.' He said, 'Then be witnesses, and I am with you among the witnesses.'",
    "kiswahili": "Na kumbuka wakati Allah alipotia kiapo manabii, 'Cho chote nitakachowapa cha Kitabu na hekima, kisha atakuja mtume anayethibitisha kile kilichokwenu, mtaimwamini na kumsaidia.' Akasema, 'Mnakubali na kuchukua kiapo changu?' Wakasema, 'Tunakubali.' Akasema, 'Basi kuwa mashahidi, nami niko nanyi miongoni mwa mashahidi.'"

    "surah": 3,
    "ayah": 82,
    "arabic": "فَمَنْ تَوَلَّىٰ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْفَـٰسِقُونَ",
    "english": "So whoever turns away after that—they are the defiantly disobedient.",
    "kiswahili": "Basi yule anayetokea nyuma ya hapo—wao ndio wenye upotofu."
  },
  {
    "surah": 3,
    "ayah": 83,
    "arabic": "أَفَغَيْرَ دِينِ ٱللَّهِ يَبْغُونَ وَلَهُۥٓ أَسْلَمَ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ طَوْعًۭا وَكَرْهًۭا وَإِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُونَ",
    "english": "Do they seek other than the religion of Allah? But to Him submits whoever is in the heavens and the earth willingly or unwillingly, and to Him they will be returned.",
    "kiswahili": "Je, wanatafuta dini nyingine tofauti na ya Allah? Lakini kwake yupo anayekamilika, awe mbinguni au duniani kwa hiari au bila hiari, na kwake watarudi."
  },
  {
    "surah": 3,
    "ayah": 84,
    "arabic": "قُلْ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ عَلَيْنَا وَمَآ أُنزِلَ عَلَىٰٓ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَإِسْمَـٰعِيلَ وَإِسْحَـٰقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَٱلْأَسْبَاطِ وَمَآ أُوتِىَ مُوسَىٰ وَعِيسَىٰ وَٱلنَّبِيُّونَ مِن رَّبِّهِمْ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍۢ مِّنْهُمْ وَنَحْنُ لَهُۥ مُسْلِمُونَ",
    "english": "Say, 'We believe in Allah and what has been revealed to us, and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and the tribes, and what was given to Moses and Jesus and the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims [in submission] to Him.'",
    "kiswahili": "Sema, 'Tuna imani kwa Allah na kile kilichotolewa kwetu, na kile kilichotolewa kwa Ibrahimu, Ismaili, Is-haaq, Yakoub, na makabila, na kile kilichopewa Musa na Yesu na manabii kutoka kwa Mola wao. Hatutofautiani kati yao, nasi tuko Waislamu kwa Yeye.'"

    "arabic": "وَمَن يَبْتَغِ غَيْرَ ٱلْإِسْلَـٰمِ دِينًۭا فَلَن يُقْبَلَ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ فِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ مِنَ ٱلْخَـٰسِرِينَ",
    "english": "And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be among the losers.",
    "kiswahili": "Na yule anayetafuta dini nyingine tofauti na Uislamu, haitakubaliwa kwake, na katika Akhera atakuwa miongoni mwa wapotevu."

    "arabic": "كَيْفَ يَهْدِى ٱللَّهُ قَوْمًۭا كَفَرُوا۟ بَعْدَ إِيمَـٰنِهِمْ وَشَهِدُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱلرَّسُولَ حَقٌّۭ وَجَآءَهُمُ ٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتُ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ",
    "english": "How will Allah guide a people who disbelieve after their belief and have witnessed that the Messenger is true and clear proofs have come to them? And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.",
    "kiswahili": "Jinsi gani Allah atawaongoza watu wanaokana baada ya Imani yao na kuona kwamba Mtume ni kweli na ushahidi wazi umetolewa? Na Allah haongozi watu wa dhulma."

    "arabic": "أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ جَزَآؤُهُمْ أَنَّ عَلَيْهِمْ لَعْنَةَ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ",
    "english": "Their recompense is that upon them is the curse of Allah and of the angels and of all people,",
    "kiswahili": "Zawadi yao ni kwamba juu yao ipo laana ya Allah, malaika, na watu wote,"

    "arabic": "خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا لَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ وَلَا هُمْ يُنظَرُونَ",
    "english": "Abiding therein; the punishment will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved.",
    "kiswahili": "Wakaa humo milele; adhabu haiwezi kupunguzwa kwao, wala hawataachiliwa muda."

    "arabic": "إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ تَابُوا۟ مِنۢ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ وَأَصْلَحُوا۟ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌ",
    "english": "Except for those who repent after that and correct themselves; indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.",
    "kiswahili": "Isipo kuwa wale wanaotubu baada ya hapo na kujiweka sawa; hakika Allah ni Mwenye Msamaha na Mwenye Rehema."

    "arabic": "إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ بَعْدَ إِيمَـٰنِهِمْ ثُمَّ ٱزْدَادُوا۟ كُفْرًۭا لَّن تُقْبَلَ تَوْبَتُهُمْ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلضَّآلُّونَ",
    "english": "Indeed, those who disbelieve after their faith and then increase in disbelief—never will their repentance be accepted. It is they who are astray.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika wale wanaokana baada ya Imani yao kisha wakazidi kufuru—tubu zao kamwe haitakubaliwa. Nao ndio wapotevu."

    "arabic": "إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَمَاتُوا۟ وَهُمْ كُفَّارٌۭ فَلَن يُقْبَلَ مِنْ أَحَدِهِم مِّلْءُ ٱلْأَرْضِ ذَهَبًۭا وَلَوِ ٱفْتَدَىٰ بِهِۦٓ ۗ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌۭ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن نَّـٰصِرِينَ",
    "english": "Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers—not the full earth of gold would be accepted from anyone of them as ransom. It is they who will have a painful punishment, and they will have no helpers.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika wale wanaokana na kufa wakiwa wakiwa wakikana—hata dunia yote ikiwa dhahabu haiwezi kupokelewa kutoka kwa yeyote kati yao kama fidia. Hao ndio wenye adhabu ya kuumiza, wala hawana wa kuwasaidia."

    "arabic": "لَن تَنَالُوا۟ ٱلْبِرَّ حَتَّىٰ تُنفِقُوا۟ مِمَّا تُحِبُّونَ ۚ وَمَا تُنفِقُوا۟ مِن شَىْءٍۢ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِهِۦ عَلِيمٌۭ",
    "english": "Never will you attain righteousness until you spend [in the way of Allah] from that which you love. And whatever you spend—indeed, Allah is Knowing of it.",
    "kiswahili": "Hautafanikiwa kupata wema hadi mtoe kutoka miongoni mwa yale mnayopenda. Na cho chote mkitolea, hakika Allah anajua."

    "arabic": "كُلُّ ٱلطَّعَامِ كَانَ حِلًّۭا لِّبَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ إِلَّا مَا حَرَّمَ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلُ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِهِۦ مِن قَبْلِ أَن تُنَزَّلَ ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةُ ۗ قُلْ فَأْتُوا۟ بِٱلتَّوْرَىٰةِ فَٱتْلُوهَآ إِن كُنتُمْ صَـٰدِقِينَ",
    "english": "All food was lawful to the Children of Israel, except what Israel made unlawful to himself before the Torah was revealed. Say, 'Then bring the Torah and recite it, if you should be truthful.'",
    "kiswahili": "Chakula chote kilikuwa halali kwa Wana wa Israeli, isipokuwa kile kilichokatazwa na Israeli kwa nafsi yake kabla ya Taurati kutolewa. Sema, 'Basi lete Taurati na lisome, kama mnasema kweli.'"

    "arabic": "فَمَنِ ٱفْتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلْكَذِبَ مِنۢ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ",
    "english": "So whoever invents a lie about Allah after that, they are the wrongdoers.",
    "kiswahili": "Basi yule anayepanga uongo dhidi ya Allah baada ya hapo, hao ndio wenye dhulma."

    "arabic": "قُلْ صَدَقَ ٱللَّهُ ۗ فَٱتَّبِعُوا۟ مِلَّةَ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ حَنِيفًۭا وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ",
    "english": "Say, 'Allah has spoken the truth. So follow the religion of Abraham, inclining toward truth; and he was not of the polytheists.'",
    "kiswahili": "Sema, 'Allah amesema kweli. Basi fuata dini ya Ibrahimu, ukiwa mpana kwa kweli; naye hakuwa miongoni mwa wa waislamu wa ibada ya sanamu.'"

    "arabic": "إِنَّ أَوَّلَ بَيْتٍۢ وُضِعَ لِلنَّاسِ لَلَّذِى بِبَكَّةَ مُبَارَكًۭا وَهُدًۭى لِّلْعَـٰلَمِينَ",
    "english": "Indeed, the first House [of worship] established for mankind was that at Bakkah—blessed and a guidance for the worlds.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika nyumba ya kwanza iliyowekwa kwa watu ni ile huko Bakkah—imebarikiwa na ni mwongozo kwa walimwengu."

    "arabic": "فِيهِ ءَايَـٰتٌۢ بَيِّنَـٰتٌۭ مَّقَامُ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ ۖ وَمَن دَخَلَهُۥ كَانَ ءَامِنًۭا ۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ حِجُّ ٱلْبَيْتِ مَنِ ٱسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلًۭا ۚ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَنِىٌّ عَنِ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ",
    "english": "In it are clear signs [such as] the standing place of Abraham. And whoever enters it shall be safe. And [due] to Allah from the people is a pilgrimage to the House—those who are able to find a way there. And whoever disbelieves—then indeed, Allah is Free from need of the worlds.",
    "kiswahili": "Ndani yake kuna ishara wazi kama Mlimani wa Ibrahimu. Na yule anayeiingia atakuwa salama. Na kwa Allah kutoka kwa watu ni Hajj ya Nyumba—wale wanaoweza kufika huko. Na yule anayetokuwa mkana—hakika Allah hahitaji walimwengu."

    "arabic": "قُلْ يَـٰٓأَهْلَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لِمَ تَكْفُرُونَ بِـَٔايَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱللَّهُ شَهِيدٌ عَلَىٰ مَا تَعْمَلُونَ",
    "english": "Say, 'O People of the Scripture, why do you disbelieve in the signs of Allah while Allah is Witness over what you do?'",
    "kiswahili": "Sema, 'Enyi Watu wa Kitabu, mbona mnakana ishara za Allah huku Allah akiwa Shahidi wa kile mnafanya?'"

    "arabic": "قُلْ يَـٰٓأَهْلَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لِمَ تَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ مَنْ ءَامَنَ تَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًۭا وَأَنتُمْ شُهَدَآءُ ۗ وَمَا ٱللَّهُ بِغَـٰفِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ",
    "english": "Say, 'O People of the Scripture, why do you obstruct [others] from the way of Allah those who believe, seeking to make it crooked while you are witnesses? And Allah is not unaware of what you do.'",
    "kiswahili": "Sema, 'Enyi Watu wa Kitabu, mbona mazuia wale wanaoamini katika njia ya Allah, mnataka kuyipindisha huku ninyi makiwa mashahidi? Na Allah si ajizi wa kile mnafanya.'"

    "arabic": "يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِن تُطِيعُوا۟ فَرِيقًۭا مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ يَرُدُّوكُم بَعْدَ إِيمَـٰنِكُمْ كَـٰفِرِينَ",
    "english": "O you who have believed, if you obey a party of those who were given the Scripture, they would turn you back after your faith to disbelief.",
    "kiswahili": "Enyi mnaoamini, mkimtii kikundi cha wale waliopatiwa Kitabu, watawarudisha baada ya imani yenu kuwa wakana."

    "ayah": 101,
    "arabic": "وَكَيْفَ تَكْفُرُونَ وَأَنتُمْ تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ ءَايَـٰتُ ٱللَّهِ وَفِيكُمْ رَسُولُهُۥ ۗ وَمَن يَعْتَصِم بِٱللَّهِ فَقَدْ هُدِىَ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍۢ مُّسْتَقِيمٍۢ",
    "english": "And how could you disbelieve while the verses of Allah are being recited to you and His Messenger is among you? And whoever holds firmly to Allah has [indeed] been guided to a straight path.",
    "kiswahili": "Na mbona mnakana huku aya za Allah zikisomwa kwenu na Mtume wake akiwa miongoni mwenu? Na yule anayashika kwa Allah, hakika amepatikana kwenye njia ya moja kwa moja."

    "arabic": "يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِۦ وَلَا تَمُوتُنَّ إِلَّا وَأَنتُم مُّسْلِمُونَ",
    "english": "O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to Him].",
    "kiswahili": "Enyi mnaoamini, mchaeni Allah kama inavyostahili na msikufe isipokuwa mikiwa Waislamu [mkiyakubali]."

    "arabic": "وَٱعْتَصِمُوا۟ بِحَبْلِ ٱللَّهِ جَمِيعًۭا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا۟ ۚ وَٱذْكُرُوا۟ نِعْمَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ كُنتُمْ أَعْدَآءًۭ فَأَلَّفَ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِكُمْ فَأَصْبَحْتُم بِنِعْمَتِهِۦٓ إِخْوَٰنًۭا وَكُنتُمْ عَلَىٰ شَفَا حُفْرَةٍۢ مِّنَ ٱلنَّارِ فَأَنقَذَكُم مِّنْهَا ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمْ ءَايَـٰتِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ",
    "english": "And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favor of Allah upon you—when you were enemies He brought your hearts together and you became, by His favor, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of the Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided.",
    "kiswahili": "Shikeni kwa nguvu kamba ya Allah nyote pamoja na msigawanyike. Kumbukeni neema ya Allah kwenu—mlipokuwa maadui, aliunganisha mioyo yenu na mkawa, kwa neema yake, ndugu. Na mlikuwa kando ya shimo la Moto, naye akawaokoa. Hivyo Allah anafafanua Ayas zake kwenu ili mpate kuongozwa."

    "ayah": 104,
    "arabic": "وَلْتَكُن مِّنكُمْ أُمَّةٌۭ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى ٱلْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنكَرِ ۚ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ",
    "english": "And let there be [arising] from you a nation inviting to all that is good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding what is wrong. And those will be successful.",
    "kiswahili": "Na iwe miongoni mwenu taifa linaloita kwa kila mema, likiagiza mema na kukataza maovu. Na hao ndio wenye kufanikishwa."

    "arabic": "وَلَا تَكُونُوا۟ كَٱلَّذِينَ تَفَرَّقُوا۟ وَٱخْتَلَفُوا۟ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا جَآءَهُمُ ٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتُ ۚ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌۭ",
    "english": "And do not be like those who became divided and differed after the clear proofs had come to them. And for those is a great punishment.",
    "kiswahili": "Na msiwe kama wale waliogawanyika na kutofautiana baada ya ishara wazi kuja kwao. Na kwa hao kuna adhabu kubwa."

    "ayah": 106,
    "arabic": "يَوْمَ تَبْيَضُّ وُجُوهٌۭ وَتَسْوَدُّ وُجُوهٌۭ ۚ فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسْوَدَّتْ وُجُوهُهُمْ أَكَفَرْتُم بَعْدَ إِيمَـٰنِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا۟ ٱلْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ",
    "english": "On the Day some faces will turn white and some faces will turn black. As for those whose faces turn black—they disbelieved after their faith; so taste the punishment for what you used to deny.",
    "kiswahili": "Siku baadhi ya nyuso zitakuwa nyeupe na nyuso nyingine nyeusi. Kwa wale nyuso zao zenyewe nyeusi—walikana baada ya imani yao; basi ladha adhabu kwa kile mlichokuwa mnakana."

    "ayah": 107,
    "arabic": "وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ٱبْيَضَّتْ وُجُوهُهُمْ فَفِى رَحْمَةِ ٱللَّهِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَـٰلِدُونَ",
    "english": "But as for those whose faces turn white—they will be within the mercy of Allah, abiding therein forever.",
    "kiswahili": "Na kwa wale nyuso zao zenyewe nyeupe—wako ndani ya rehema ya Allah, wakidumu humo milele."

    "arabic": "تِلْكَ ءَايَـٰتُ ٱللَّهِ نَتْلُوهَا عَلَيْكَ بِٱلْحَقِّ ۗ وَمَا ٱللَّهُ يُرِيدُ ظُلْمًۭا لِّلْعَـٰلَمِينَ",
    "english": "These are the verses of Allah which We recite to you with truth. And Allah does not intend injustice for the worlds.",
    "kiswahili": "Hizi ni aya za Allah tunazokusomea kwa kweli. Na Allah hakutaki dhulma kwa walimwengu."

    "arabic": "وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ ٱلْأُمُورُ",
    "english": "To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And to Allah all matters are returned.",
    "kiswahili": "Kwa Allah ni yale yote yaliyo mbinguni na yale yote yaliyo duniani. Na kwa Allah masuala yote yarejea."

    "ayah": 110,
    "arabic": "كُنتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ تَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنكَرِ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ ۗ وَلَوْ ءَامَنَ أَهْلُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لَكَانَ خَيْرًۭا لَّهُم ۚ مِّنْهُمُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَأَكْثَرُهُمُ ٱلْفَـٰسِقُونَ",
    "english": "You are the best nation produced [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah. If only the People of the Scripture had believed, it would have been better for them. Among them are believers, but most of them are defiantly disobedient.",
    "kiswahili": "Ninyi ndio taifa bora lililotolewa kwa watu. Mnaamrisha mema, mnakataza maovu na mnaamini kwa Allah. Wangeamini Watu wa Kitabu ingekuwa bora kw wao. Kati yao kuna waamini, lakini wengi wao ni waasi."

    "ayah": 111,
    "arabic": "لَن يَضُرُّوكُمْ إِلَّآ أَذًۭى ۖ وَإِن يُقَـٰتِلُوكُمْ يُوَلُّوكُمُ ٱلْأَدْبَارَ ثُمَّ لَا يُنصَرُونَ",
    "english": "They will not harm you except for [some] annoyance. And if they fight you, they will turn their backs to you; then they will not be aided.",
    "kiswahili": "Hawatadhuru ila kidogo tu. Na wakipigana nanyi watageukia mgongoni mwenu; halafu hawatasaidiwa."

    "ayah": 112,
    "arabic": "ضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلذِّلَّةُ أَيْنَ مَا ثُقِفُوٓا۟ إِلَّا بِحَبْلٍۢ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَحَبْلٍۢ مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِ وَبَآءُو بِغَضَبٍۢ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْمَسْكَنَةُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ يَكْفُرُونَ بِـَٔايَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَقْتُلُونَ ٱلْأَنۢبِيَآءَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّۢ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِمَا عَصَوا۟ وَّكَانُوا۟ يَعْتَدُونَ",
    "english": "Humiliation has been stamped upon them wherever they are found, except by a rope [bond] from Allah and a rope from the people. They incurred the wrath of Allah, and humiliation has touched them. That is because they disbelieve in the verses of Allah and kill the prophets unjustly. That is because they disobey and transgress.",
    "kiswahili": "Aibu imewashika popote walipo, isipokuwa kwa kamba ya Allah na kamba ya watu. Waliwapata hasira ya Allah na aibu imewashika. Hii ni kwa sababu wakikana aya za Allah na wakiua manabii kwa uhalifu. Hii ni kwa sababu wakiuka na kuzidisha."

    "ayah": 113,
    "arabic": "لَيْسُوا۟ سَوَآءًۭ ۗ مِّنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ أُمَّةٌۭ قَآئِمَةٌۭ يَتْلُونَ ءَايَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ ءَانَآءَ ٱلَّيْلِ وَهُمْ يَسْجُدُونَ",
    "english": "Not all of them are alike. Among the People of the Scripture is a community standing [in obedience], reciting the verses of Allah during the night and prostrating [in prayer].",
    "kiswahili": "Sio wote sawa. Kati ya Watu wa Kitabu kuna jamii iliyo imara, wakisoma aya za Allah usiku na wakijidisha [kwa sala]."

    "ayah": 114,
    "arabic": "يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنكَرِ وَيُسَـٰرِعُونَ فِى ٱلْخَيْرَٰتِ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰلِحِينَ",
    "english": "They believe in Allah and the Last Day, enjoin what is right, forbid what is wrong, and hasten in [all] good deeds. Those are among the righteous.",

    "english": "And whatever good they do, never will it be denied them; and Allah is Knowing of the righteous.",
    "kiswahili": "Na mema wanayofanya, haitapunguzwa kwao; na Allah anajua wa haki."

    "arabic": "إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَن تُغْنِىَ عَنْهُمْ أَمْوَٰلُهُمْ وَلَآ أَوْلَـٰدُهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيْـًۭٔا ۖ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ ۚ هُمْ فِيهَا خَـٰلِدُونَ",
    "english": "Indeed, those who disbelieve—neither their wealth nor their children will avail them against Allah at all. They are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein forever.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika wale wanaokana—hata mali zao wala watoto wao hawatawasaidia dhidi ya Allah. Wao ni wa wafuasi wa Moto; watadumu humo milele."

    "arabic": "مَثَلُ مَا يُنفِقُونَ فِى هَـٰذِهِ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا كَمَثَلِ رِيحٍۢ فِيهَا صِرٌّ أَصَابَتْ حَرْثَ قَوْمٍۢ ظَلَمُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ فَأَهْلَكَتْهُ ۚ وَمَا ظَلَمَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَلَـٰكِنْ أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ",
    "english": "The example of what they spend in this worldly life is like a wind containing frost that strikes the harvest of people who have wronged themselves and destroys it. Allah does not wrong them, but they wrong themselves.",
    "kiswahili": "Mfano wa walichotumia katika maisha haya duniani ni kama upepo wenye baridi unaogonga shamba la watu waliowadhulumu wenyewe na kuharibu. Allah hawaudhuli, bali wao wenyewe wanadhulumiwa."

    "arabic": "يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَتَّخِذُوا۟ بِطَانَةًۭ مِّن دُونِكُمْ لَا يَأْلُونَكُمْ خَبَالًۭا وَدُّوا۟ مَا عَنِتُّمْ قَدْ بَدَتِ ٱلْبَغْضَآءُ مِنْ أَفْوَٰهِهِمْ وَمَا تُخْفِى صُدُورُهُمْ أَكْبَرُ ۚ قَدْ بَيَّنَّا لَكُمُ ٱلْـَٔايَـٰتِ ۖ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ",
    "english": "O you who have believed, do not take those who make a mockery of you as allies, who wish hardship upon you. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater. We have made clear the signs to you, if you will understand.",
    "kiswahili": "Enyi mnaoamini, msichukue wale wanaokudanganya kuwa washirika, wanaotaka shida kwenu. Chuki tayari imeonekana mdomoni mwao, na kile wanachoficha ndani ya nyoyo zao ni kikubwa. Tumewaonyesha wazi ishara, kama mtasikia."

    "arabic": "هَـٰٓأَنتُمْ أُو۟لَآءِ تُحِبُّونَهُمْ وَلَا يُحِبُّونَكُمْ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْكِتَـٰبِ كُلِّهِۦ وَإِذَا لَقُوكُمْ قَالُوٓا۟ ءَامَنَّا وَإِذَا خَلَوْا۟ عَضُّوا۟ عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلْأَنَامِلَ مِنَ ٱلْغَيْظِ ۚ قُلْ مُوتُوا۟ بِغَيْظِكُمْ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلِيمٌۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدورِ",
    "english": "Here you are—loving them, while they do not love you, and you believe in all the Scripture. When they meet you, they say, 'We believe,' but when they are alone, they bite their fingertips in rage at you. Say, 'Die in your rage.' Indeed, Allah is Knowing of what is in the hearts.",
    "kiswahili": "Hapo mlipo—mnapenda wao, lakini hawakupendi, na mnaamini kwa kitabu chote. Wakanakutana nanyi, wanasema 'Tunaamini,' lakini wakiwa peke yao wanakata vidole vyao kwa ghadhabu kwenu. Sema, 'Fariki kwa ghadhabu yenu.' Hakika Allah anajua kilicho ndani ya mioyo."

    "arabic": "إِن تَمْسَسْكُمْ حَسَنَةٌۭ تَسُؤْهُمْ وَإِن تُصِبْكُمْ سَيِّئَةٌۭ يَفْرَحُوا۟ بِهَا ۖ وَإِن تَصْبِرُوا۟ وَتَتَّقُوا۟ لَا يَضُرُّكُمْ كَيْدُهُمْ شَيْـًٔا ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ مُحِيطٌۭ",
    "english": "If good touches you, it distresses them; and if harm strikes you, they rejoice. But if you are patient and conscious of Allah, their scheming will not harm you at all. Indeed, Allah is encompassing of what they do.",
    "kiswahili": "Iwapo mema itawakukuta, inawaliza; iwapo hasi itawakukuta, wanafurahia. Lakini ukavumilia na ukawa na takwa kwa Allah, hila zao hazitadhuru. Hakika Allah anashughulikia yote wanayofanya."

    "arabic": "وَإِذْ غَدَوْتَ مِنْ أَهْلِكَ تُبَوِّئُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ مَقَـٰعِدَ لِلْقِتَالِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ",
    "english": "And [remember] when you set out from your home in the morning to assign the believers their positions for battle. And Allah is Hearing, Knowing.",
    "kiswahili": "Na kumbuka ulipotoka nyumbani kwako asubuhi kuwapangia waamini nafasi zao za kupigana. Allah ni Mwenye Kusikia, Mwenye Kujua."

    "arabic": "إِذْ هَمَّت طَّآئِفَانِ مِنكُمْ أَن تَفْشَلَا وَٱللَّهُ وَلِيُّهُمَا ۗ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ",
    "english": "When two parties among you were about to lose heart, but Allah was their Protector. And upon Allah let the believers rely.",
    "kiswahili": "Wakati makundi mawili kati yenu yalipokuwa karibu kuanguka moyo, Allah alikuwa Mlinzi wao. Na kwa Allah waamini wajitegemee."

    "arabic": "وَلَقَدْ نَصَرَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِبَدْرٍۢ وَأَنتُمْ أَذِلَّةٌۭ ۖ فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ",
    "english": "And Allah had already helped you at Badr when you were weak. So be conscious of Allah that you may be grateful.",
    "kiswahili": "Na Allah tayari alikusaidia kwenye Badr wakati mlikuwa dhaifu. Kwa hiyo kuwa na takwa kwa Allah ili mpate kushukuru."

    "arabic": "إِذْ تَقُولُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَلَن يَكْفِيَكُمْ أَن يُمِدَّكُمْ رَبُّكُم بِثَلَـٰثَةِ ءَالَـٰفٍۢ مِّنَ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئكَةِ مُنزَلِينَ",
    "english": "When you said to the believers, 'Is it not sufficient for you that your Lord should reinforce you with three thousand angels sent down?'",
    "kiswahili": "Ulisema kwa waamini, 'Je, haikutoshi kwamba Mola wenu awakidhiwa malaika elfu tatu waliotumwa?'"

    "arabic": "بَلَىٰٓ ۚ إِن تَصْبِرُوا۟ وَتَتَّقُوا۟ وَيَأْتُوكُم مِّن فَوْرِهِمْ هَـٰذَا يُمْدِدْكُمْ رَبُّكُم بِخَمْسَةِ ءَالَـٰفٍۢ مِّنَ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئكَةِ مُسَوِّمِينَ",
    "english": "Yes, if you remain patient and conscious of Allah, and the enemy should come upon you suddenly, your Lord will reinforce you with five thousand marked angels.",
    "kiswahili": "Ndiyo, ikiwa mtavumilia na kuwa na takwa kwa Allah, na adui wakakuja ghafla, Mola wenu atawakidhi kwa malaika elfu tano waliowekwa alama."

    "arabic": "وَمَا جَعَلَهُ ٱللَّهُ إِلَّا بُشْرَىٰ لَكُمْ وَلِتَطْمَئِنَّ قُلُوبُكُم بِهِۦ ۗ وَمَا ٱلنَّصْرُ إِلَّا مِنْ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ",
    "english": "And Allah made it only as a good tidings for you, and that your hearts might be reassured thereby. And victory is not but from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.",
    "kiswahili": "Na Allah alifanya hili kuwa tu ni habari njema kwenu, na mioyo yenu itafurahia kwa hilo. Ushindi ni kutoka kwa Allah, Mwenye Hekima na Mwenye Uweza."

    "arabic": "لِيَقْطَعَ طَرَفًۭا مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ أَوْ يَكْبِتَهُمْ فَيَنقَلِبُوا۟ خَآئِبِينَ",
    "english": "To cut off a part of the disbelievers or to suppress them so that they turn back disappointed.",
    "kiswahili": "Ili waite sehemu ya wakosefu au kuwapunguza ili warudi wakiwa na hasara."

    "arabic": "لَيْسَ لَكَ مِنَ ٱلْأَمْرِ شَىْءٌ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَوْ يُعَذِّبَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ ظَـٰلِمُونَ",
    "english": "You have no [authority] over the matter; whether He will punish them or forgive them. Indeed, they are wrongdoers.",
    "kiswahili": "Huna mamlaka juu ya jambo hili; ama Atawaadhibu au Awasamehe. Hakika wao ni wa dhulumu."

    "arabic": "وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ يَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ",
    "english": "To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.",
    "kiswahili": "Kila kitu kilicho mbinguni na kilicho duniani ni cha Allah. Anawasamehe amtakaye na kuwadhibu amtakaye. Na Allah ni Msamehe, Mwenye Rehema."

    "arabic": "يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَأْكُلُوا۟ ٱلرِّبَوٰٓا۟ أَضْعَـٰفًۭا مُّضَـٰعَفَةًۭ ۖ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ",
    "english": "O you who have believed, do not consume usury, doubled and multiplied, but fear Allah that you may succeed.",
    "kiswahili": "Enyi mnaoamini, msile riba mara nyingi, bali kuwa na takwa kwa Allah ili mpate kufanikisha."

    "arabic": "وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱلنَّارَ ٱلَّتِىٓ أُعِدَّتْ لِلْكَـٰفِرِينَ",
    "english": "And fear the Fire which has been prepared for the disbelievers.",
    "kiswahili": "Na mtake Moto uliotayarishwa kwa wakosefu wa imani."

    "arabic": "وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلرَّسُولَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ",
    "english": "And obey Allah and the Messenger that you may receive mercy.",
    "kiswahili": "Na mtimize Allah na Mtume wake ili mpate rehema."

    "arabic": "۞ وَسَارِعُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ مَغْفِرَةٍۢ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَجَنَّةٍ عَرْضُهَا ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتُ وَٱلْأَرْضُ أُعِدَّتْ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ",
    "english": "And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a garden whose width is that of the heavens and the earth, prepared for the righteous.",
    "kiswahili": "Mkimbilie msamaha kutoka kwa Mola wenu na Peponi iliyo pana kama mbingu na ardhi, iliyotayarishwa kwa wao wenye takwa."

    "arabic": "ٱلَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ فِى ٱلسَّرَّآءِ وَٱلضَّرَّآءِ وَٱلْكَـٰظِمِينَ ٱلْغَيْظَ وَٱلْعَافِينَ عَنِ ٱلنَّاسِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ",
    "english": "Who spend [in Allah's cause] during ease and hardship and who restrain anger and pardon people; and Allah loves the doers of good.",
    "kiswahili": "Wanaotumia mali zao wakati wa urahisi na shida, wanaodhibiti hasira na kusamehe watu; na Allah anawapenda wenye mema."

    "ayah": 135,
    "arabic": "وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا فَعَلُوا۟ فَـٰحِشَةً أَوْ ظَلَمُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ ذَكَرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ فَٱسْتَغْفَرُوا۟ لِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَمَن يَغْفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ وَلَمْ يُصِرُّوا۟ عَلَىٰ مَا فَعَلُوا۟ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ",
    "english": "And who, when they commit an immorality or wrong themselves, remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins—and who can forgive sins except Allah?—and do not persist in what they have done while they know.",
    "kiswahili": "Na wanaokumbuka Allah na kuomba msamaha wakati wanapofanya dhambi au kuwadhalilisha wenyewe, wala hawaendelei kubaki kwenye dhambi wanapojua."
  },

    "ayah": 136,
    "arabic": "أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ جَزَآؤُهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌۭ مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ وَجَنَّـٰتٌۭ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ وَنِعْمَ أَجْرُ ٱلْعَـٰمِلِينَ",
    "english": "Their reward is forgiveness from their Lord and gardens beneath which rivers flow, where they will abide eternally, and excellent is the reward of the righteous.",
    "kiswahili": "Zawadi yao ni msamaha kutoka kwa Mola wao na Bustani zilizo na mito zikiteleza chini yake, wanazoishi milele; na thawabu nzuri kwa waumini."

    "ayah": 137,
    "arabic": "قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ سُنَنٌۭ فَسِيرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنظُرُوا۟ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَـٰقِبَةُ ٱلْمُكَذِّبِينَ",
    "english": "There have already been precedents before you, so travel through the earth and observe how was the end of the deniers.",
    "kiswahili": "Kuna mifano iliyopita kabla yenu, basi pitishe ardhini na uone jinsi walivyokufa wakana."
  },

    "ayah": 138,
    "arabic": "هَـٰذَا بَيَانٌۭ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًۭى وَمَوْعِظَةٌۭ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ",
    "english": "This is an explanation for mankind and guidance and a reminder for those conscious of Allah.",
    "kiswahili": "Hii ni maelezo kwa watu na kiongo na wimbo wa mafundisho kwa wenye takwa."

    "ayah": 139,
    "arabic": "وَلَا تَهِنُوا۟ وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا۟ وَأَنتُمُ ٱلْأَعْلَوْنَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ",
    "english": "So do not weaken and do not grieve, and you will be superior if you are [true] believers.",
    "kiswahili": "Basi msidharau na msililie, mtafanikiwa ikiwa mna imani."

    "ayah": 140,
    "arabic": "إِن يَمْسَسْكُمْ قَرْحٌۭ فَقَدْ مَسَّ ٱلْقَوْمَ قَرْحٌۭ مِّثْلُهُۥ ۚ وَتِلْكَ ٱلْأَيَّامُ نُدَاوِلُهَا بَيْنَ ٱلنَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَيَتَّخِذَ مِنكُمْ شُهَدَآءَ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ",
    "english": "If a wound strikes you, it has struck the people before as well; these days We alternate among the people so that Allah may make evident those who believe and take others as witnesses. And Allah does not love the wrongdoers.",
    "kiswahili": "Iwapo jeraha likukuta, limewafika watu kabla pia; Siku hizi tunabadilisha kati ya watu ili Allah aonyeshe walio na imani na wachague mashahidi. Allah hapendi wadhulumu."
  },
  {
    "surah": 3,
    "ayah": 141,
    "arabic": "وَلِيُمَحِّصَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَيَمْحَقَ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ",
    "english": "And that Allah may purify the believers and destroy the disbelievers.",
    "kiswahili": "Na kwamba Allah atasafisha waamini na kuangamiza wakosefu wa imani."
  },
  {
    "surah": 3,
    "ayah": 142,
    "arabic": "أَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ أَن تَدْخُلُوا۟ ٱلْجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَعْلَمِ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ جَـٰهَدُوا۟ مِنكُمْ وَيَعْلَمَ ٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ",
    "english": "Do you think you will enter Paradise while Allah has not yet made evident those of you who strive [in His cause] and the patient?",
    "kiswahili": "Je, mmefikiria mtapita Peponi wakati Allah bado hajajaonyesha nani miongoni mwenu wanaojitahidi na wanaoavumilia?"
  },
  {
    "surah": 3,
    "ayah": 143,
    "arabic": "وَلَقَدْ كُنتُمْ تَمَنَّوْنَ ٱلْمَوْتَ مِن قَبْلِ أَن تَلْقَوْهُ فَقَدْ رَأَيْتُمُوهُ وَأَنتُمْ تَنظُرُونَ",
    "english": "And indeed, you wished for death before you met it, so now you have seen it while you look on.",
    "kiswahili": "Na hakika, mlitamani kifo kabla ya kukutana nacho, sasa mmeiona mukiitazama."
  },

    "ayah": 144,
    "arabic": "وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ إِلَّا رَسُولٌۭ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِ ٱلرُّسُلُ ۚ أَفَإِي۟ن مَّاتَ أَوْ قُتِلَ ٱنقَلَبْتُمْ عَلَىٰٓ أَعْقَـٰبِكُمْ ۚ وَمَن يَنقَلِبْ عَلَىٰ عَقِبَيْهِ فَلَن يَضُرَّ ٱللَّهَ شَيْـًۭٔا ۗ وَسَيَجْزِى ٱللَّهُ ٱلشَّـٰكِرِينَ",
    "english": "Muhammad is no more than a messenger; messengers before him have passed away. So if he dies or is killed, will you then turn back on your heels? And he who turns back on his heels will not harm Allah in the least. And Allah will reward the grateful.",
    "kiswahili": "Muhammad si bali ni mjumbe; Mitume iliyo mbele yake imepita. Hivyo, iwapo atakufa au kuuwawa, je, mtageuka nyuma? Yeye anayegeuka nyuma hataumiza Allah chochote; Allah atawalipa wenye shukrani."
  },

    "ayah": 145,
    "arabic": "وَمَا كَانَ لِنَفْسٍ أَن تَمُوتَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ كِتَـٰبًۭا مُّؤَجَّلًۭا ۗ وَمَن يُرِدْ ثَوَابَ ٱلدُّنْيَا نُؤْتِهِۦ مِنْهَا وَمَن يُرِدْ ثَوَابَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ نُؤْتِهِۦ مِنْهَا ۚ وَسَنَجْزِى ٱلشَّـٰكِرِينَ",
    "english": "No soul can die except by Allah’s leave, at a term appointed. Whoever desires the reward of this world, We give him of it; and whoever desires the reward of the Hereafter, We give him of it. And We will reward the grateful.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakuna nafsi inayokufa isipokuwa kwa idhini ya Allah, kwa muda uliowekwa. Yeye anayetaka thawabu ya dunia, tunamupa; naye anayetamani thawabu ya Akhera, tunamupa. Tutawalipa wenye shukrani."

    "ayah": 146,
    "arabic": "وَكَأَيِّن مِّن نَّبِىٍّۢ قَـٰتَلَ مَعَهُۥ رِبِّيُّونَ كَثِيرٌۭ فَمَا وَهَنُوا۟ لِمَآ أَصَابَهُمْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَمَا ضَعُفُوا۟ وَمَا ٱسْتَكَانُوا۟ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ",
    "english": "And how many a prophet fought along with many devout men! Yet they did not lose heart for what befell them in Allah's cause, nor did they weaken, nor did they submit. And Allah loves the steadfast.",

    "arabic": "وَمَا كَانَ قَوْلَهُمْ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَا ٱغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَإِسْرَافَنَا فِىٓ أَمْرِنَا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَٱنصُرْنَا عَلَى ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ",
    "english": "And their words were nothing but that they said: 'Our Lord, forgive us our sins and our excesses in our affairs, and make firm our steps and help us against the disbelieving people.'",
    "kiswahili": "Maneno yao yalikuwa tu walisema: 'Mola wetu, tusamehe dhambi zetu na upotofu wetu katika mambo yetu, na thabiti hatua zetu na tusaidie dhidi ya watu wasiokuwa wa imani.'"

    "arabic": "فَـَٔاتَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ثَوَابَ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَحُسْنَ ثَوَابِ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ",
    "english": "So Allah gave them the reward of this world and the best reward of the Hereafter. And Allah loves the doers of good.",
    "kiswahili": "Kwa hivyo Allah aliwapa thawabu ya dunia na thawabu bora ya Akhera. Allah anapenda wenye mema."

    "arabic": "يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِن تُطِيعُوا۟ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَلَىٰٓ أَعْقَـٰبِكُمْ فَتَنقَلِبُوا۟ خَـٰسِرِينَ",
    "english": "O you who believe! If you obey those who disbelieve, they will turn you back on your heels, and you will be losers.",
    "kiswahili": "Enyi mnao imani! Iwapo mtamsikiliza yule asiye na imani, watawaweka nyuma, nanyi mtakuwa wapotevu."

    "english": "But Allah is your protector, and He is the best of helpers.",
    "kiswahili": "Lakini Allah ndiye mlezi wenu, na Yeye ndiye msaidizi bora zaidi."

    "arabic": "سَنُلْقِى فِى قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ ٱلرُّعْبَ بِمَآ أَشْرَكُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِۦ سُلْطَـٰنًۭا ۖ وَمَأْوَىٰهُمُ ٱلنَّارُ ۚ وَبِئْسَ مَثْوَى ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ",
    "english": "We will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve because of what they have associated with Allah without any authority, and their abode will be the Fire—and wretched is the residence of the wrongdoers.",
    "kiswahili": "Tutawatia hofu mioyoni mwa wasiokuwa wa imani kwa sababu ya washirikina wao bila mamlaka; makazi yao itakuwa Moto—na mabaya ni makazi ya wadhulumu."

    "arabic": "وَلَقَدْ صَدَقَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَعْدَهُۥٓ إِذْ تَحُسُّونَهُم بِإِذْنِهِۦ ۖ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا فَشِلْتُمْ وَتَنَـٰزَعْتُمْ فِى ٱلْأَمْرِ وَعَصَيْتُم مِّنۢ بَعْدِ مَآ أَرَىٰكُم مَّا تُحِبُّونَ ۚ مِنكُم مَّن يُرِيدُ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَمِنكُم مَّن يُرِيدُ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةَ ۚ ثُمَّ صَرَفَكُمْ عَنْهُمْ لِيَبْتَلِيَكُمْ ۖ وَلَقَدْ عَفَا عَنكُمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ",
    "english": "And Allah fulfilled His promise to you when you were striking them by His permission, until you lost courage and disputed about the matter and disobeyed after He showed you that which you love. Among you are some who desire this world, and among you are some who desire the Hereafter. Then He turned you away from them to test you, and indeed He pardoned you. And Allah is full of bounty to the believers.",
    "kiswahili": "Na Allah alitimiza ahadi Yake kwenu mnapo wapiga kwa idhini Yake, hadi mkapoteza moyo na kugombana kuhusu jambo na kutii baada ya kuonyeshwa kile mnavyopenda. Miongoni mwenu baadhi wanataka dunia, na wengine wanataka Akhera. Kisha Akawaondoa mbali nao ili kujaribu, na hakika Akawasamehe. Allah ana fadhila kwa waumini."

    "arabic": "إِذْ تُصْعِدُونَ وَلَا تَلْوُۥنَ عَلَىٰٓ أَحَدٍۢ وَٱلرَّسُولُ يَدْعُوكُمْ فِىٓ أُخْرىٰكُمْ فَأَثَـٰبَكُمْ غَمًّۢا بِغَمٍّۢ لِّكَيْلَا تَحْزَنُوا۟ عَلَىٰ مَا فَاتَكُمْ وَلَا مَآ أَصَـٰبَكُمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ خَبِيرٌۢ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ",
    "english": "When you were climbing and did not turn back on anyone, and the Messenger called you from behind, He rewarded you with sorrow upon sorrow so that you do not grieve for what escaped you or what befell you. And Allah is aware of what you do.",
    "kiswahili": "Mlipo pandisha na hamurudi nyuma kwa mtu yeyote, na Rasuli akawa mwita kutoka nyuma, akawalipa kwa huzuni juu ya huzuni ili msililie yale mliyoyakosa au yale yaliyojipatia. Allah anajua mnayofanya."

    "arabic": "ثُمَّ أَنزَلَ عَلَيْكُم مِّنۢ بَعْدِ ٱلْغَمِّ أَمَنَةًۭ نُّعَاسًۭا يَغْشَىٰ طَآئِفَةًۭ مِّنكُمْ ۖ وَطَآئِفَةٌۭ قَدْ أَهَمَّتْهُمْ أَنفُسُهُمْ يَظُنُّونَ بِٱللَّهِ غَيْرَ ٱلْحَقِّ ظَنَّ ٱلْجَـٰهِلِيَّةِ ۖ يَقُولُونَ هَل لَّنَا مِنَ ٱلْأَمْرِ مِن شَىْءٍۢ ۗ قُلْ إِنَّ ٱلْأَمْرَ كُلَّهُۥ لِلَّهِ ۗ يُخْفُونَ فِىٓ أَنفُسِهِم مَّا لَا يُبْدُونَ لَكَ ۖ يَقُولُونَ لَوْ كَانَ لَنَا مِنَ ٱلْأَمْرِ شَىْءٌۭ مَّا قُتِلْنَا هَـٰهُنَا ۗ قُل لَّوْ كُنتُمْ فِى بُيُوتِكُمْ لَبَرَزَ ٱلَّذِينَ كُتِبَ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْقَتْلُ إِلَىٰ مَضَاجِعِهِمْ ۖ وَلِيَبْتَلِىَ ٱللَّهُ مَا فِى صُدُورِكُمْ وَلِيُمَحِّصَ مَا فِى قُلُوبِكُمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ",
    "english": "Then He sent down upon you after the distress a calmness covering some of you, while a group had worried within themselves, thinking about Allah incorrectly, as in the ignorance of old. They said: 'Do we have any say in this matter?' Say: 'All matters belong to Allah.' They hide in themselves what they do not reveal to you. They said: 'Had we had any say, we would not have been killed here.' Say: 'If you were in your homes, those decreed to be killed would have gone forth to their death so that Allah may test what is in your hearts and purify what is in your hearts.' And Allah is knowing of what is in the hearts.",
    "kiswahili": "Kisha Akashusha juu yenu utulivu baada ya dhiki, ukiwafunika baadhi yenu, huku kundi lingine likihangaika ndani yao, wakidhani kuhusu Allah kwa dhana isiyo sahihi, kama ilivyo katika ujinga wa zamani. Walisema: 'Je, tuna mamlaka yoyote katika jambo hili?' Sema: 'Mambo yote ni ya Allah.' Wanaficha ndani yao kile wasichokiweka wazi kwako. Walisema: 'Iwapo tungekuwa na mamlaka, hatungeuawa hapa.' Sema: 'Iwapo mlikuwa nyumbani kwenu, wale waliyoamriwa kuuawa wangeondoka hadi kifo chao, ili Allah ajaribu kilicho ndani ya mioyo yenu na kuhalalisha kilicho ndani ya mioyo yenu.' Allah anajua kilicho mioyoni."

    "arabic": "إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ تَوَلَّوْا۟ مِنكُمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْتَقَى ٱلْجَمْعَانِ إِنَّمَا ٱسْتَزَلَّهُمُ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُ بِبَعْضِ مَا كَسَبُوا۟ ۖ وَلَقَدْ عَفَا ٱللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفورٌ حَلِيمٌۭ",
    "english": "Indeed, those of you who turned back on the day the two forces met, it was only Satan who made them slip because of some of what they had earned. And Allah forgave them. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving, Forbearing.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika, wale miongoni mwenu waliogeuka nyuma siku ya kukutana kwa majeshi mawili, ni Shetani tu aliwapelekea kuanguka kwa baadhi ya matokeo ya yale waliyopata. Allah aliwasamehe. Hakika Allah ni Msamehe, Mwenye Kuvumilia."

    "arabic": "يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَكُونُوا۟ كَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَقَالُوا۟ لِإِخْوَٰنِهِمْ إِذَا ضَرَبُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ أَوْ كَانُوا۟ غُزًّۭى لَّوْ كَانُوا۟ عِندَنَا مَا مَاتُوا۟ وَمَا قُتِلُوا۟ لِيَجْعَلَ ٱللَّهُ ذَٰلِكَ حَسْرَةًۭ فِى قُلُوبِهِمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌۭ",
    "english": "O you who believe! Do not be like those who disbelieve and say about their brothers, when they fought in the land or went on an expedition: 'If they had been with us, they would not have died or been killed.' So that Allah may place it as regret in their hearts. And Allah gives life and causes death. And Allah is Seeing of what you do.",
    "kiswahili": "Enyi mnao imani! Msikuwie kama wasiokuwa wa imani wakisema kuhusu ndugu zao, walipokuwa wanapigana au kushiriki katika shambulio: 'Iwapo wangekuwa nasi, wangeishi na hawangekufa.' Ili Allah aiweke kama majuto mioyoni mwao. Allah huuzaisha na hufaisha; Allah anaona mnayofanya."

    "arabic": "وَلَئِن قُتِلْتُمْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ أَوْ مُتُّمْ لَمَغْفِرَةٌۭ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَحْمَةٌ خَيْرٌۭ مِّمَّا يَجْمَعُونَ",
    "english": "And if you are killed in the cause of Allah, or die, forgiveness from Allah and mercy are better than what they amass.",
    "kiswahili": "Na iwapo maufiwe katika njia ya Allah, au mkafa, msamaha wa Allah na rehema ni bora kuliko yale wanayokusanya."

    "arabic": "وَلَئِن مُّتُّمْ أَوْ قُتِلْتُمْ لَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُحْشَرُونَ",
    "english": "And if you die or are killed, surely you will be gathered to Allah.",
    "kiswahili": "Na iwapo maufiwe au maufiwe kwa kuuawa, hakika mtakusanywa kwa Allah."

    "arabic": "فَبِمَا رَحْمَةٍۢ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ لِنتَ لَهُمْ ۖ وَلَوْ كُنتَ فَظًّا غَلِيظَ ٱلْقَلْبِ لَٱنفَضُّوا۟ مِنْ حَوْلِكَ ۖ فَٱعْفُ عَنْهُمْ وَٱسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ وَشَاوِرْهُمْ فِى ٱلْأَمْرِ ۖ فَإِذَا عَزَمْتَ فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُتَوَكِّلِينَ",
    "english": "By the mercy of Allah, you dealt with them gently. Had you been harsh and hard-hearted, they would have dispersed from around you. So pardon them and seek forgiveness for them, and consult them in the matter. And when you have decided, rely upon Allah. Indeed, Allah loves those who rely [upon Him].",
    "kiswahili": "Kwa rehema ya Allah, umewatendea kwa upole. Iwapo ungekuwa mkali na mwenye moyo mkavu, wangepotea kutoka karibu nawe. Kwa hiyo wasamehe na uombe msamaha kwa ajili yao, na washirikishe katika jambo. Na ukiazimia jambo, tegemea Allah. Hakika Allah anawapenda wanaomtegemea."

    "arabic": "إِن يَنصُرْكُمُ ٱللَّهُ فَلَا غَالِبَ لَكُمْ ۖ وَإِن يَخْذُلْكُمْ فَمَن ذَا ٱلَّذِى يَنصُرُكُم مِّنۢ بَعْدِهِۦ ۗ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ",
    "english": "If Allah helps you, none can overcome you; and if He forsakes you, who is there that can help you after Him? And upon Allah let the believers rely.",
    "kiswahili": "Iwapo Allah atawaunga mkono, hakuna anayekushinda; na iwapo Akawaachie, nani atakayewaunga mkono baada yake? Wana imani wawe wategemee Allah."

    "arabic": "وَمَا كَانَ لِنَبِىٍّ أَن يَغُلَّ ۚ وَمَن يَغْلُلْ يَأْتِ بِمَا غَلَّ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ ۚ ثُمَّ تُوَفَّىٰ كُلُّ نَفْسٍۢ مَّا كَسَبَتْ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ",
    "english": "It is not for a prophet to take bribes; and whoever takes a bribe will bring it on the Day of Resurrection. Then every soul will be fully compensated for what it earned, and they will not be wronged.",
    "kiswahili": "Si sahihi kwa nabii kuchukua rushwa; na yeyote anayeichukua, atabeba siku ya Kiyama. Kisha kila nafsi italipwa kikamilifu kwa kile alichopata, wala hawatapewa dhuluma."

    "arabic": "أَفَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ رِضْوَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ كَمَنۢ بَآءَ بِسَخَطٍۢ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَمَأْوَىٰهُ جَهَنَّمُ ۚ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ",
    "english": "Then is he who follows the pleasure of Allah like him who earns His wrath? Their abode is Hell, and what an evil destination.",
    "kiswahili": "Je, yule anayeifuata ridhaa ya Allah ana fanana na yule aliyefanya hasira ya Allah? Makazi yao ni Jahannamu, na ni makao mabaya."

    "arabic": "هُمْ دَرَجَـٰتٌ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ بَصِيرٌۢ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ",
    "english": "They have ranks with Allah, and Allah is Seeing of what they do.",
    "kiswahili": "Wana viwango mbele za Allah, na Allah anaona mnayofanya."

    "arabic": "لَقَدْ مَنَّ ٱللَّهُ عَلَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِذْ بَعَثَ فِيهِمْ رَسُولًۭا مِّنْ أَنفُسِهِمْ يَتْلُوا۟ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَـٰتِهِۦ وَيُزَكِّيهِمْ وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ وَٱلْحِكْمَةَ وَإِن كَانُوا۟ مِن قَبْلُ لَفِى ضَلَـٰلٍۢ مُّبِينٍ",
    "english": "Indeed, Allah conferred a favor upon the believers when He sent among them a messenger from themselves, reciting His verses to them, purifying them, and teaching them the Book and wisdom, although they had been before in clear error.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika Allah aliwabariki waumini alipemtuma miongoni mwao nabii kutoka miongoni mwao, akawasomea aya Zake, akawasaidia kuwapaka msafi, na kuwa fundisha Kitabu na hekima, ingawa awali walikuwa katika uongo wazi."

    "ayah": 165,
    "arabic": "أَوَلَّمَّآ أَصَـٰبَتْكُم مُّصِيبَةٌۭ قَدْ أَصَبْتُم مِّثْلَيْهَا قُلْتُمْ أَنَّىٰ هَـٰذَا ۖ قُلْ هُوَ مِنْ عِندِ أَنفُسِكُمْ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ قَدِيرٌۭ",
    "english": "And when a misfortune strikes you, although you had inflicted the like, you say: 'How is this?' Say: 'It is from yourselves.' Indeed, Allah is capable of all things.",
    "kiswahili": "Na wakati dhiki inakukuta, ingawa ninyi mmepata kama hiyo, mnasema: 'Hii ni vipi?' Sema: 'Ni kutoka kwenu wenyewe.' Hakika Allah ana uwezo wa kila kitu."

    "arabic": "وَمَآ أَصَـٰبَكُمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْتَقَى ٱلْجَمْعَانِ فَبِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ",
    "english": "And what befell you on the day the two armies met, was by Allah’s permission, that He might make the believers know.",
    "kiswahili": "Na kilichotukia siku iliyokutana majeshi mawili, ni kwa idhini ya Allah, ili aweze kufanya waumini wajue."

    "ayah": 167,
    "arabic": "وَلِيَعْلَمَ ٱلَّذِينَ نَافَقُوا۟ ۚ وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ تَعَالَوْا۟ قَـٰتِلُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ أَوِ ٱدْفَعُوا۟ ۖ قَالُوا۟ لَوْ نَعْلَمُ قِتَالًۭا لَّٱتَّبَعْنَـٰكُمْ ۗ هُمْ لِلْكُفْرِ يَوْمَئِذٍ أَقْرَبُ مِنْهُمْ لِلْإِيمَـٰنِ ۚ يَقُولُونَ بِأَفْوَٰهِهِم مَّا لَيْسَ فِى قُلُوبِهِمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يَكْتُمُونَ",
    "english": "And that He might make those who were hypocrites know. And it was said to them: 'Come, fight in the cause of Allah or defend.' They said: 'If we knew fighting, we would have followed you.' On that day they were nearer to disbelief than to faith, saying with their mouths what was not in their hearts, and Allah knows what they conceal.",
    "kiswahili": "Na ili aweze kufichua wakaazi wa nifaq. Na iliwaambia: 'Njoo, piganeni katika njia ya Allah au jihadharini.' Wakasema: 'Iwapo tungejua mapigano, tungefuata nyinyi.' Siku hiyo walikuwa karibu na kufuru kuliko imani, wakisema kwa midomo yao kile kisicho ndani ya mioyo yao, na Allah anajua wanachoficha."

    "arabic": "ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوا۟ لِإِخْوَٰنِهِمْ وَقَعَدُوا۟ لَوْ أَطَاعُونَا مَا قُتِلُوا۟ ۗ قُلْ فَٱدْرَءُوا۟ عَنْ أَنفُسِكُمُ ٱلْمَوْتَ إِن كُنتُمْ صَـٰدِقِينَ",
    "english": "Those who said of their brothers while sitting: 'Had they obeyed us, they would not have been killed.' Say: 'Then avert death from yourselves if you should be truthful.'",
    "kiswahili": "Wale waliowaambia ndugu zao wakiwa wamekaa: 'Iwapo wangeituafuata, wangekuwa hawakufa.' Sema: 'Basi zue kifo kwenu ikiwa mnasema ukweli.'"

    "arabic": "وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ أَمْوَٰتًۢا ۚ بَلْ أَحْيَآءٌ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ يُرْزَقُونَ",
    "english": "Do not think of those who were killed in the cause of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, being provided for.",
    "kiswahili": "Usidhani wale waliouawa katika njia ya Allah wakiwa wameshafariki. Bali, wapo hai kwa Mola wao, wakipewa riziki."

    "ayah": 170,
    "arabic": "فَرِحِينَ بِمَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ وَيَسْتَبْشِرُونَ بِٱلَّذِينَ لَمْ يَلْحَقُوا۟ بِهِم مِّنْ خَلْفِهِمْ أَلَّا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ",
    "english": "Rejoicing in what Allah has bestowed upon them of His bounty, and they receive good news about those who have not yet joined them, that there will be no fear upon them, nor will they grieve.",
    "kiswahili": "Wafarijiwa kwa kile Allah aliwabariki nacho, na wanapokea habari njema kuhusu wale ambao bado hawajawa pamoja nao, kuwa hawataogopa wala huzunika."

    "arabic": "يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ بِنِعْمَةٍۢ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَفَضْلٍۢ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُضِيعُ أَجْرَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ",
    "english": "They rejoice in the bounty and favor of Allah. And Allah does not waste the reward of the believers.",
    "kiswahili": "Wanapenda kwa baraka na fadhila za Allah, na Allah haipotezi thawabu ya waumini."

    "arabic": "ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسْتَجَابُوا۟ لِلَّهِ وَٱلرَّسُولِ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَآ أَصَابَهُمُ ٱلْقَرْحُ ۚ لِلَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا۟ مِنْهُمْ وَٱتَّقَوْا۟ أَجْرٌ عَظِيمٌ",
    "english": "Those who responded to Allah and the Messenger after suffering a wound—there is a great reward for those among them who do good and fear Allah.",
    "kiswahili": "Wale waliyojibu Allah na Mtume baada ya kuumizwa—kuna thawabu kubwa kwa wale miongoni mwao waliotenda mema na kuwa na hofu ya Allah."

    "arabic": "ٱلَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّ ٱلنَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُوا۟ لَكُمْ فَٱخْشَوْهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ إِيمَـٰنًۭا وَقَالُوا۟ حَسْبُنَا ٱللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ ٱلْوَكِيلُ",
    "english": "Those to whom people said: 'Indeed, the people have gathered against you, so fear them,' increased their faith, and they said: 'Sufficient for us is Allah, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs.'",
    "kiswahili": "Wale waliwaambiwa na watu: 'Hakika watu wamekusanyia, moga muwaogope,' waliazimia imani yao na walisema: 'Allah yatosha kwetu, na Yeye ndiye Msimamizi Bora.'"

    "arabic": "فَٱنقَلَبُوا۟ بِنِعْمَةٍۢ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَفَضْلٍۢ لَّمْ يَمْسَسْهُمْ سُوٓءٌۭ وَٱتَّبَعُوا۟ رِضْوَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَظِيمٍ",
    "english": "So they returned with Allah's bounty and favor, no harm touched them, and they pursued Allah’s pleasure. And Allah is of great bounty.",
    "kiswahili": "Basi walirudi kwa baraka na fadhila za Allah, hakika hakuwa na madhara kwao, na walifuata ridhaa ya Allah. Na Allah ana fadhila kubwa."

    "arabic": "إِنَّمَا ذَٰلِكُمُ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُ يُخَوِّفُ أَوْلِيَآءَهُۥ فَلَا تَخَافُوهُمْ وَخَافُونِ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ",
    "english": "Indeed, that is Satan frightening his allies. So do not fear them, but fear Me, if you are believers.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika hayo ni Shetani akiwatisha wafuasi wake. Basi msiowaogope, bali muogope Mimi, ikiwa mna imani."

    "arabic": "وَلَا يَحْزُنكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُسَـٰرِعُونَ فِى ٱلْكُفْرِ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ لَن يَضُرُّوا۟ ٱللَّهَ شَيْـًۭٔا ۗ يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ أَلَّا يَجْعَلَ لَهُمْ حَظًّۭا فِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ",
    "english": "And do not let those who hasten into disbelief grieve you. They can harm Allah in no way. Allah intends not to give them any portion in the Hereafter, and for them is a great punishment.",
    "kiswahili": "Na usihuzunike na wale wanaoharakisha kufuru. Wanaweza kumdhuru Allah kwa njia yoyote. Allah haana mpango wa kuwapa sehemu katika Akhera, na kwao kuna adhabu kubwa."

    "arabic": "إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱشْتَرَوُا۟ ٱلْكُفْرَ بِٱلْإِيمَـٰنِ لَن يَضُرُّوا۟ ٱللَّهَ شَيْـًۭٔا وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌۭ",
    "english": "Indeed, those who exchange disbelief for faith will never harm Allah in any way, and for them is a painful punishment.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika wale waliobadilisha imani kwa kufuru hawawezi kumdhuru Allah kwa namna yoyote, na kwao kuna adhabu ya maumivu."

    "arabic": "وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ أَنَّمَا نُمْلِى لَهُمْ خَيْرٌۭ لِّأَنفُسِهِمْ ۚ إِنَّمَا نُمْلِى لَهُمْ لِيَزْدَادُوٓا۟ إِثْمًۭا ۚ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌۭ مُّهِينٌۭ",
    "english": "Do not think that those who disbelieve are given respite for their own good. We give them respite only so that they may increase in sin, and for them is a humiliating punishment.",
    "kiswahili": "Usidhani wale wanaokufuru wanapopatiwa muda ni kwa wema wao. Tunawapa muda ili waongeze dhambi, na kwao kuna adhabu ya kudhalilisha."

    "arabic": "مَّا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ لِيَذَرَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَىٰ مَآ أَنتُمْ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّىٰ يَمِيزَ ٱلْخَبِيثَ مِنَ ٱلطَّيِّبِ ۗ وَمَا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ لِيُطْلِعَكُمْ عَلَى ٱلْغَيْبِ وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَجْتَبِى مِن رُّسُلِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ ۖ فَـَٔامِنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦ ۚ وَإِن تُؤْمِنُوا۟ وَتَتَّقُوا۟ فَلَكُمْ أَجْرٌ عَظِيمٌۭ",
    "english": "It is not for Allah to leave the believers in the state you are in until He distinguishes the impure from the pure. Nor is it for Allah to inform you of the unseen, but Allah chooses from His messengers whom He wills. So believe in Allah and His messengers. And if you believe and fear Allah, there is a great reward for you.",
    "kiswahili": "Siyo kazi ya Allah kuacha waumini katika hali mnayomo mpaka aweke tofauti kati ya wachafu na wema. Pia si kazi ya Allah kuwaambia juu ya ghaib, bali Allah huchagua Mitume wake anayeataka. Basi amini Allah na Mitume wake. Na ikiwa mna imani na mna hofu ya Allah, mna thawabu kubwa."

    "arabic": "وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ بِمَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ هُوَ خَيْرًۭا لَّهُم ۖ بَلْ هُوَ شَرٌّۭ لَّهُمْ ۖ سَيُطَوَّقُونَ مَا بَخِلُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ ۗ وَلِلَّهِ مِيرَٰثُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌۭ",
    "english": "And let not those who withhold what Allah has given them think it is good for them; rather it is bad for them. What they withhold will be encircled for them on the Day of Resurrection. To Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is All-Aware of what you do.",
    "kiswahili": "Wale wanaopunguza kile Allah amewapa wasidhani kuwa ni wema kwakuwao; bali ni mbaya kwao. Wale wanaopunguza kitazungushwa kwao Siku ya Kiyama. Kwa Allah ni urithi wa mbingu na ardhi, na Allah anajua mnachofanya."

    "arabic": "لَّقَدْ سَمِعَ ٱللَّهُ قَوْلَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ فَقِيرٌۭ وَنَحْنُ أَغْنِيَآءُ ۘ سَنَكْتُبُ مَا قَالُوا۟ وَقَتْلَهُمُ ٱلْأَنۢبِيَآءَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّۢ وَنَقُولُ ذُوقُوا۟ عَذَابَ ٱلْحَرِيقِ",
    "english": "Indeed, Allah has heard the statement of those who said: 'Allah is poor, and we are rich.' We will record what they said and the killing of the prophets without right, and We will say: 'Taste the punishment of the blazing fire.'",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika Allah amesikia maneno ya wale waliyo sema: 'Allah ni maskini, na sisi tuko tajiri.' Tutarekodi walichosema na mauaji ya Mitume bila haki, na Tutawaambia: 'Ladhua adhabu ya moto unaomulika.'"

    "arabic": "ذَٰلِكَ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَيْسَ بِظَلَّامٍۢ لِّلْعَبِيدِ",
    "english": "That is for what your hands have sent before, and indeed Allah is not unjust to the servants.",
    "kiswahili": "Hiyo ni kwa sababu ya yale mikono yenu imekamilisha, na hakika Allah si mnafiki kwa watumishi."

    "arabic": "ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَهِدَ إِلَيْنَآ أَلَّا نُؤْمِنَ لِرَسُولٍ حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَنَا بِقُرْبَانٍۢ تَأْكُلُهُ ٱلنَّارُ ۗ قُلْ قَدْ جَآءَكُمْ رُسُلٌۭ مِّن قَبْلِى بِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِ وَبِٱلَّذِى قُلْتُمْ فَلِمَ قَتَلْتُمُوهُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ صَـٰدِقِينَ",
    "english": "Those who said: 'Allah has commanded us not to believe in a messenger until he brings us a sacrifice that the fire will consume.' Say: 'Messengers before me have brought clear proofs and what you mentioned. So why did you kill them if you are truthful?'",
    "kiswahili": "Wale waliyo sema: 'Allah ametupatia amri ya kutokuwa na imani na Mtume mpaka aletaye dhabihu itakayoliwa na moto.' Sema: 'Mitume kabla yangu walileta mashahidi wazi na kile mnachosema. Basi kwa nini mwawaibu ikiwa mnasema ukweli?'"

    "arabic": "فَإِن كَذَّبُوكَ فَقَدْ كُذِّبَ رُسُلٌۭ مِّن قَبْلِكَ جَآءُو بِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِ وَٱلزُّبُرِ وَٱلْكِتَـٰبِ ٱلْمُنِيرِ",
    "english": "And if they deny you, then indeed messengers before you were denied, who came with clear proofs, scriptures, and a shining Book.",
    "kiswahili": "Na iwapo wakikukana, hakika Mitume kabla yako walikukanwa, waliokuja na mashahidi wazi, Zaburi, na Kitabu kilicho mkali."

    "ayah": 185,
    "arabic": "كُلُّ نَفْسٍۢ ذَآئِقَةُ ٱلْمَوْتِ ۗ وَإِنَّمَا تُوَفَّوْنَ أُجُورَكُمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ ۖ فَمَن زُحْزِحَ عَنِ ٱلنَّارِ وَأُدْخِلَ ٱلْجَنَّةَ فَقَدْ فَازَ ۗ وَمَا ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَآ إِلَّا مَتَـٰعُ ٱلْغُرُورِ",
    "english": "Every soul shall taste death. And only on the Day of Resurrection will you be fully compensated for your deeds. Whoever is removed from the Fire and admitted into Paradise has certainly attained success. And the life of this world is nothing but the enjoyment of deception.",
    "kiswahili": "Kila nafsi itapima kifo. Na tu Siku ya Kiyama mtapewa thawabu za matendo yenu kikamilifu. Yeye atakayetoa Moto na kuingizwa Peponi hakika amefaulu. Na maisha ya dunia hayaendi ila raha ya udanganyifu."

    "ayah": 186,
    "arabic": "لَتُبْلَوُنَّ فِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ وَلَتَسْمَعُنَّ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ وَمِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوٓا۟ أَذًۭى كَثِيرًۭا ۚ وَإِن تَصْبِرُوا۟ وَتَتَّقُوا۟ فَإِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ عَزْمِ ٱلْأُمُورِ",
    "english": "You will surely be tested in your wealth and your lives, and you will hear much that displeases you from those who received the Scripture before you and from the polytheists. But if you are patient and fear Allah, that is of the matters requiring determination.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika mtajaribiwa katika mali zenu na nafsi zenu, na mtasikia mengi yanayokudhalilisha kutoka kwa wale waliopata Kitabu kabla yenu na kutoka kwa washirikina. Lakini mkisubiri na kuwa na hofu ya Allah, hiyo ni kati ya mambo yanayohitaji azma."

    "ayah": 187,
    "arabic": "وَإِذْ أَخَذَ ٱللَّهُ مِيثَـٰقَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ لَتُبَيِّنُنَّهُۥ لِلنَّاسِ وَلَا تَكْتُمُونَهُۥ فَنَبَذُوهُ وَرَآءَ ظُهُورِهِمْ وَٱشْتَرَوْا۟ بِهِۦ ثَمَنًۭا قَلِيلًۭ ۖ فَبِئْسَ مَا يَشْتَرُونَ",
    "english": "And [remember] when Allah took a covenant from those who were given the Scripture, that they would make it clear to the people and not conceal it, but they threw it behind their backs and exchanged it for a small price. Evil is what they exchanged.",
    "kiswahili": "Na kumbukeni, ilipokubalia Allah ahadi kwa wale waliyopewa Kitabu kwamba wataifafanua kwa watu na wasifikishe, lakini wakaiweka nyuma yao na kubadilisha kwa kidogo. Baya ni kile walichobadilisha."

    "arabic": "لَا تَحْسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَفْرَحُونَ بِمَآ أَتَوا۟ وَّيُحِبُّونَ أَن يُحْمَدُوا۟ بِمَا لَمْ يَفْعَلُوا۟ فَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّهُم بِمَفَازَةٍۢ مِّنَ ٱلْعَذَابِ ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌۭ",
    "english": "Do not think those who rejoice in what they have done and love to be praised for what they did not do are safe from punishment. For them is a painful punishment.",
    "kiswahili": "Usidhani wale wanaofurahia yale waliyofanya na wanapenda kusifiwa kwa yale wasiyoyafanya ni salama kutokana na adhabu. Kwao kuna adhabu ya maumivu."

    "arabic": "وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ قَدِيرٌ",
    "english": "To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and Allah has power over all things.",
    "kiswahili": "Kwa Allah ni ufalme wa mbingu na ardhi, na Allah ana nguvu juu ya kila kitu."

    "arabic": "إِنَّ فِى خَلْقِ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱخْتِلَـٰفِ ٱلَّيْلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ لَـَٔايَـٰتٍۢ لِّأُو۟لِى ٱلْأَلْبَـٰبِ",
    "english": "Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of night and day are signs for people of understanding.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika katika uumbaji wa mbingu na ardhi na mabadiliko ya usiku na mchana kuna ishara kwa wenye akili."

    "arabic": "ٱلَّذِينَ يَذْكُرُونَ ٱللَّهَ قِيَـٰمًۭا وَقُعُودًۭا وَعَلَىٰ جُنُوبِهِمْ وَيَتَفَكَّرُونَ فِى خَلْقِ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هَـٰذَا بَـٰطِلًۭا سُبْحَـٰنَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ",
    "english": "Those who remember Allah standing, sitting, and lying on their sides, and reflect on the creation of the heavens and the earth, [saying]: 'Our Lord, You did not create this in vain; glory be to You, so protect us from the punishment of the Fire.'",
    "kiswahili": "Wale wanaokumbuka Allah wakiwa wamesimama, wamekaa, au wamelala pande zao, na kufikiri juu ya uumbaji wa mbingu na ardhi, [wakisema]: 'Rabb yetu, Hujaumba hivi bure; Utukufu ni Kwako, ututendee hifadhi dhidi ya adhabu ya Moto.'"

    "ayah": 192,
    "arabic": "رَبَّنَآ إِنَّكَ مَن تُدْخِلِ ٱلنَّارَ فَقَدْ أَخْزَيْتَهُۥ ۖ وَمَا لِلظَّـٰلِمِينَ مِنْ أَنصَارٍۢ",
    "english": "Our Lord, indeed whoever You admit to the Fire, You have disgraced. And for the wrongdoers there will be no helpers.",
    "kiswahili": "Rabb yetu, hakika yeyote unayemwingiza Moto, umemudhalilisha. Na kwa wadhulumu hakuna wasaidizi."

    "ayah": 193,
    "arabic": "رَبَّنَآ إِنَّنَا سَمِعْنَا مُنَادِيًۭا يُنَادِى لِلْإِيمَـٰنِ أَنْ ءَامِنُوا۟ بِرَبِّكُمْ فَـَٔامَنَّا ۚ رَبَّنَا فَٱغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَكَفِّرْ عَنَّا سَيِّـَٔاتِنَا وَتَوَفَّنَا مَعَ ٱلْأَبْرَارِ",
    "english": "Our Lord, indeed we have heard a caller calling to faith: 'Believe in your Lord,' so we believed. Our Lord, forgive us our sins, remove from us our misdeeds, and cause us to die among the righteous.",
    "kiswahili": "Rabb yetu, hakika tumesikia mwito ukitoa wito wa imani: 'Amini kwa Rabb yenu,' basi tukaamini. Rabb yetu, utusamehe dhambi zetu, utusafishe dhambi zetu, na utufanye tuwe pamoja na wanyenyekevu."

    "ayah": 194,
    "arabic": "رَبَّنَا وَءَاتِنَا مَا وَعَدتَّنَا عَلَىٰ رُسُلِكَ وَلَا تُخْزِنَا يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَامَةِ ۗ إِنَّكَ لَا تُخْلِفُ ٱلْمِيعَادَ",
    "english": "Our Lord, grant us what You promised us through Your messengers, and do not disgrace us on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed, You do not break Your promise.",
    "kiswahili": "Rabb yetu, tupe kile ulichotuahidi kupitia Mitume wako, na usitutendea unyanyasaji Siku ya Kiyama. Hakika, Huivunji ahadi Yako."

    "arabic": "فَٱسْتَجَابَ لَهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ أَنِّى لَآ أُضِيعُ عَمَلَ عَـٰمِلٍۢ مِّنكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنثَىٰ ۖ بَعْضُكُم مِّنۢ بَعْضٍۢ ۖ فَٱلَّذِينَ هَاجَرُوا۟ وَأُخْرِجُوا۟ مِن دِيَـٰرِهِمْ وَأُوذُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِى وَقَـٰتَلُوا۟ وَقُتِلُوا۟ لَأُكَفِّرَنَّ عَنْهُمْ سَيِّـَٔاتِهِمْ وَلَأُدْخِلَنَّهُمْ جَنَّـٰتٍۢ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ ثَوَابًۭا مِّنْ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عِندَهُۥ حُسْنُ ٱلثَّوَابِ",
    "english": "Their Lord responded to them: 'Indeed, I do not let the work of any of you, whether male or female, be lost. You are of one another. Those who emigrated, were expelled from their homes, were harmed in My cause, fought and were killed—I will surely erase their misdeeds and admit them into Gardens beneath which rivers flow, as a reward from Allah. And with Allah is the best reward.'",
    "kiswahili": "Rabb wao alijibu: 'Hakika sitapoteza kazi ya yeyote kati yenu, iwe mwanaume au mwanamke. Ninyi ni kutoka kwa wenzenu. Wale waliokimbia, waliondolewa kutoka makazi yao, wakadhuriwa kwa ajili yangu, wakapigana na kuuawa—Hakika nitafuta dhambi zao na kuwaingiza Peponi zenye mito chini yake, kama thawabu kutoka kwa Allah. Na kwa Allah kuna thawabu bora.'"

    "ayah": 196,
    "arabic": "لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْبِلَـٰدِ",
    "english": "Let not the movement of those who disbelieve throughout the land deceive you.",
    "kiswahili": "Usikudanganye mzunguko wa wale wanaokufuru duniani kote."
  },

    "surah": 3,
    "ayah": 197,
    "arabic": "مَتَـٰعٌۭ قَلِيلٌۭ ثُمَّ مَأْوَىٰهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ ۚ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمِهَادُ",
    "english": "Little enjoyment is theirs, then their abode is Hell, and evil is the resting place.",
    "kiswahili": "Furaha ndogo tu ni yao, kisha makazi yao ni Jahannamu, na wabaya ni makazi yao."

    "arabic": "لَـٰكِنِ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَوْا۟ رَبَّهُمْ لَهُمْ جَنَّـٰتٌۭ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا نُزُلًۭا مِّنْ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَمَا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ خَيْرٌۭ لِّلْأَبْرَارِ",
    "english": "But those who fear their Lord will have Gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever, as a provision from Allah; and what is with Allah is best for the righteous.",
    "kiswahili": "Lakini wale wanaomcha Mola wao watakuwa na Peponi zenye mito chini yake, watadumu humo milele, kama malazi kutoka kwa Allah; na kile kilicho kwa Allah ni bora kwa wanyenyekevu."

    "arabic": "وَإِنَّ مِنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لَمَن يُؤْمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ وَمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِمْ خَـٰشِعِينَ لِلَّهِ لَا يَشْتَرُونَ بِـَٔايَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ ثَمَنًۭا قَلِيلًا ۗ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَرِيعُ ٱلْحِسَابِ",
    "english": "And indeed, among the People of the Scripture are some who believe in Allah and what was revealed to you and what was revealed to them, humbly submissive to Allah. They do not exchange Allah’s signs for a small price. For them is their reward with their Lord. Indeed, Allah is swift in account.",
    "kiswahili": "Hakika miongoni mwa Wenye Kitabu wapo ambao wanaamini kwa Allah na yaliyoonyeshwa kwenu na yaliyoonyeshwa kwao, wakiwa wakiimika kwa unyenyekevu kwa Allah. Hawabadilishii ishara za Allah kwa kidogo. Kwao ni thawabu zao kwa Mola wao. Hakika Allah anahesabu haraka."

    "english": "O you who have believed, persevere and endure and remain stationed and fear Allah that you may be successful.",
    "kiswahili": "Enyi mmuamini, bivuni, bivuni na simamieni katika mapambano, na mcha Allah, ili mpate kufanikiwa."
