    "english": "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.",
    "kiswahili": "Kwa jina la Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwingi wa Rehema, Mwenye Kurehemu."

    "arabic": "الٓر ۚ كِتَـٰبٌ أَنزَلْنَـٰهُ إِلَيْكَ لِتُخْرِجَ ٱلنَّاسَ مِنَ ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَمِيدِ",
    "english": "Alif Lām Rā. A Book which We have revealed to you so that you may bring mankind out of darkness into light, by the permission of their Lord, to the path of the All-Mighty, the Praiseworthy.",
    "kiswahili": "Alif Lām Rā. Kitabu ambacho tumekuteremshia ili uwatoe watu gizani uwalete kwenye nuru, kwa idhini ya Mola wao, uwapeleke kwenye njia ya Mwenye Nguvu na Anayestahiki sifa zote."

    "arabic": "ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ وَوَيْلٌۭ لِّلْكَـٰفِرِينَ مِنْ عَذَابٍۢ شَدِيدٍ",
    "english": "Allah, to Whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And woe to the disbelievers from a severe punishment.",
    "kiswahili": "Mwenyezi Mungu ambaye ni wake vilivyomo mbinguni na vilivyomo duniani. Na ole kwa makafiri kwa adhabu kali."

    "arabic": "ٱلَّذِينَ يَسْتَحِبُّونَ ٱلْحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنْيَا عَلَى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًا ۚ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ فِى ضَلَـٰلٍۭ بَعِيدٍۢ",
    "english": "Those who prefer the worldly life over the Hereafter, and hinder from the way of Allah and seek to make it crooked – it is they who are far astray.",
    "kiswahili": "Wale wanaopendelea maisha ya dunia kuliko Akhera, na wanazuilia njia ya Mwenyezi Mungu na wanaitafuta ipotoke. Hao wamo katika upotofu wa mbali."

    "arabic": "وَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَا مِن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا بِلِسَانِ قَوْمِهِۦ لِيُبَيِّنَ لَهُمْ ۖ فَيُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَهْدِى مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ",
    "english": "We did not send any messenger except [speaking] in the language of his people, to make things clear for them. Then Allah leaves astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.",
    "kiswahili": "Na hatukumtuma mjumbe yeyote ila kwa lugha ya watu wake ili awabainishie. Kisha Mwenyezi Mungu humuacha apotee amtakaye, na humwongoa amtakaye. Naye ndiye Mwenye nguvu na Mwenye hikima."

    "ayah": 5,
    "arabic": "وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَآ أَنْ أَخْرِجْ قَوْمَكَ مِنَ ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ وَذَكِّرْهُم بِأَيَّىٰمِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَـٰتٍۢ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍۢ شَكُورٍۢ",
    "english": "And indeed We sent Moses with Our signs: 'Bring out your people from darkness into light, and remind them of the days of Allah.' Surely in that are signs for every patient and grateful person.",
    "kiswahili": "Na kwa yakini tulimtuma Musa pamoja na ishara zetu: 'Watoe watu wako gizani uwalete kwenye nuru, na uwakumbushe siku za Mwenyezi Mungu.' Hakika katika hayo kuna ishara kwa kila mwenye kusubiri na mwenye kushukuru."

    "ayah": 6,
    "arabic": "وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوْمِهِ ٱذْكُرُوا۟ نِعْمَةَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ أَنجَىٰكُم مِّنْ ءَالِ فِرْعَوْنَ يَسُومُونَكُمْ سُوٓءَ ٱلْعَذَابِ وَيُذَبِّحُونَ أَبْنَآءَكُمْ وَيَسْتَحْيُونَ نِسَآءَكُمْ ۚ وَفِى ذَٰلِكُم بَلَآءٌۭ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ عَظِيمٌۭ",
    "english": "And when Moses said to his people: 'Remember Allah’s favor upon you when He saved you from the people of Pharaoh, who afflicted you with a dreadful torment, slaughtering your sons and letting your women live. And in that was a tremendous trial from your Lord.'",
    "kiswahili": "Na Musa alipowaambia watu wake: 'Kumbukeni neema ya Mwenyezi Mungu juu yenu alipokuokoeni kutokana na watu wa Firauni, waliokuwa wakiwatesa kwa adhabu mbaya, wakawachinja watoto wenu wa kiume na wakiwawaacha hai wake zenu. Na katika hayo kulikuwa na jaribio kubwa kutoka kwa Mola wenu.'"

    "arabic": "وَإِذْ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكُمْ لَئِن شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ ۖ وَلَئِن كَفَرْتُمْ إِنَّ عَذَابِى لَشَدِيدٌۭ",
    "english": "And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed: 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you; but if you are ungrateful, indeed My punishment is severe.'",
    "kiswahili": "Na kumbukeni Mola wenu alipotangaza: 'Kama mkitashukuru, nitakuzidishieni. Na kama mtaikana, basi hakika adhabu yangu ni kali sana.'"

    "arabic": "وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰٓ إِن تَكْفُرُوٓا۟ أَنتُمْ وَمَن فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًۭا فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَغَنِىٌّ حَمِيدٌ",
    "english": "And Moses said: 'If you disbelieve, you and all who are on the earth together – indeed, Allah is Free of need, Praiseworthy.'",
    "kiswahili": "Na Musa alisema: 'Mkikufuru nyinyi na wote waliomo duniani, basi hakika Mwenyezi Mungu ni Mkwasi na Anayestahiki sifa zote.'"

    "arabic": "أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَبَؤُا۟ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ قَوْمِ نُوحٍۢ وَعَادٍۢ وَثَمُودَ ۛ وَٱلَّذِينَ مِنۢ بَعْدِهِمْ ۛ لَا يَعْلَمُهُمْ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ ۚ جَآءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِ فَرَدُّوٓا۟ أَيْدِيَهُمْ فِىٓ أَفْوَٰهِهِمْ وَقَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّا كَفَرْنَا بِمَآ أُرْسِلْتُم بِهِۦ وَإِنَّا لَفِى شَكٍّۢ مِّمَّا تَدْعُونَنَآ إِلَيْهِ مُرِيبٍۢ",
    "english": "Has there not reached you the news of those before you – the people of Noah, ʿĀd, and Thamūd, and those after them? None knows them except Allah. Their messengers came to them with clear proofs, but they put their hands into their mouths and said: 'Indeed, we disbelieve in that with which you have been sent, and indeed we are in disquieting doubt about that to which you invite us.'",
    "kiswahili": "Je, haikukufikieni habari za waliokuwa kabla yenu – watu wa Nuhu, na ‘Aad, na Thamud, na wale waliokuwa baada yao? Hakuna anayewajua isipokuwa Mwenyezi Mungu. Mitume wao iliwajia na hoja zilizo wazi, lakini wao wakaweka mikono yao vinywani mwao na wakasema: 'Hakika sisi tumekataa yale mliyotumwa nayo, na hakika sisi tupo katika shaka yenye kutia wasiwasi kuhusu mnayotuita kwayo.'"

    "arabic": "۞ قَالَتْ رُسُلُهُمْ أَفِى ٱللَّهِ شَكٌّۭ فَاطِرِ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ يَدْعُوكُمْ لِيَغْفِرَ لَكُم مِّن ذُنُوبِكُمْ وَيُؤَخِّرَكُمْ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍۢ مُّسَمًّۭى ۚ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلَّا بَشَرٌۭ مِّثْلُنَا تُرِيدُونَ أَن تَصُدُّونَا عَمَّا كَانَ يَعْبُدُ ءَابَآؤُنَا فَأْتُونَا بِسُلْطَـٰنٍۢ مُّبِينٍۢ",
    "english": "Their messengers said: 'Is there doubt about Allah, the Creator of the heavens and the earth? He invites you that He may forgive you some of your sins and delay you for a specified term.' They said: 'You are but men like us! You wish to turn us away from what our forefathers used to worship. So bring us a clear authority.'",
    "kiswahili": "Mitume wao walisema: 'Je, kuna shaka juu ya Mwenyezi Mungu, Muumba wa mbingu na ardhi? Anawaita ili akusameheni baadhi ya dhambi zenu na akupeni muda hadi wakati ulioamriwa.' Wakasema: 'Nyinyi si chochote ila ni watu kama sisi! Mnataka kutuzuia tusiiabudu waliyoabudu baba zetu. Basi tuleteeni hoja iliyo wazi.'"

    "ayah": 11,
    "arabic": "قَالَتْ لَهُمْ رُسُلُهُمْ إِن نَّحْنُ إِلَّا بَشَرٌۭ مِّثْلُكُمْ وَلَـٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَمُنُّ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦ ۖ وَمَا كَانَ لَنَآ أَن نَّأْتِيَكُم بِسُلْطَـٰنٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ",
    "english": "Their messengers said to them: 'We are only men like you, but Allah bestows His favor upon whom He wills of His servants. And it is not for us to bring you any authority except by permission of Allah. And upon Allah let the believers rely.'",
    "kiswahili": "Mitume wao walisema kwao: 'Sisi si chochote ila ni watu kama nyinyi. Lakini Mwenyezi Mungu humneemesha amtakaye katika waja wake. Wala si kwa uwezo wetu kuwaleteeni hoja yoyote isipokuwa kwa idhini ya Mwenyezi Mungu. Na juu ya Mwenyezi Mungu wawekewa tumaini Waumini.'"

    "ayah": 12,
    "arabic": "وَمَا لَنَآ أَلَّا نَتَوَكَّلَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ وَقَدْ هَدَىٰنَا سُبُلَنَا ۚ وَلَنَصْبِرَنَّ عَلَىٰ مَآ ءَاذَيْتُمُونَا ۚ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْمُتَوَكِّلُونَ",
    "english": "And why should we not rely upon Allah while He has guided us to our ways? And we will surely be patient over whatever harm you cause us. And upon Allah let those who would rely, rely.",
    "kiswahili": "Na kwa nini tusimtegemee Mwenyezi Mungu naye ndiye aliyetuongoza njia zetu? Na hakika tutavumilia mateso mnayotuletea. Na juu ya Mwenyezi Mungu wategemee wanaotegemea."

    "ayah": 13,
    "arabic": "وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لِرُسُلِهِمْ لَنُخْرِجَنَّكُم مِّنْ أَرْضِنَآ أَوْ لَتَعُودُنَّ فِى مِلَّتِنَا ۖ فَأَوْحَىٰٓ إِلَيْهِمْ رَبُّهُمْ لَنُهْلِكَنَّ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ",
    "english": "And those who disbelieved said to their messengers: 'We will surely drive you out of our land, or you must return to our religion.' So their Lord inspired to them: 'We will surely destroy the wrongdoers.'",
    "kiswahili": "Na wale waliokufuru wakawaambia Mitume wao: 'Tutakufukuzeni kutoka katika ardhi yetu, au mtarejea katika dini yetu.' Basi Mola wao akawafunulia wahyi: 'Kwa yakini tutawaangamiza madhalimu.'"

    "ayah": 14,
    "arabic": "وَلَنُسْكِنَنَّكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنۡ خَافَ مَقَامِي وَخَافَ وَعِيدِ",
    "english": "And We will surely settle you upon the earth after them. That is for he who fears My position and fears My threat.",
    "kiswahili": "Na tutakukalisheeni katika ardhi baada yao. Hayo ni kwa ajili ya yule anayeliogopa kusimama mbele Yangu na akaogopa maonyo Yangu."

    "ayah": 15,
    "arabic": "وَٱسۡتَفۡتَحُوا۟ وَخَابَ كُلُّ جَبَّارٍ عَنِيدٍۢ",
    "english": "And they requested victory, and disappointed, [therefore], was every obstinate tyrant.",
    "kiswahili": "Wakaomba ushindi, na akaghairika kila jabari mwenye ukaidi."

    "ayah": 16,
    "arabic": "مِّن وَرَآئِهِۦ جَهَنَّمُ وَيُسۡقَىٰ مِن مَّآءٖ صَدِيدٖ",
    "english": "Before him is Hell, and he will be given a drink of purulent water.",
    "kiswahili": "Mbele yake ipo Jahannam, na atanyweshwa maji yenye usaha."

    "ayah": 17,
    "arabic": "يَتَجَرَّعُهُۥ وَلَا يَكَادُ يُسِيغُهُۥ وَيَأۡتِيهِ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ مِن كُلِّ مَكَانٖ وَمَا هُوَ بِمَيِّتٖۖ وَمِن وَرَآئِهِۦ عَذَابٌ غَلِيظٞ",
    "english": "He will gulp it but will hardly [be able to] swallow it. And death will come to him from everywhere, but he is not to die. And before him is a massive punishment.",
    "kiswahili": "Atajaribu kuimeza lakini karibu asiiweze, na mauti yatamjia kutoka kila upande wala hata kufa. Na mbele yake ipo adhabu kali."

    "ayah": 18,
    "arabic": "مَّثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ بِرَبِّهِمۡۖ أَعۡمَـٰلُهُمۡ كَرَمَادٍ ٱشۡتَدَّتۡ بِهِ ٱلرِّيحُ فِي يَوۡمٍ عَاصِفٖۖ لَّا يَقۡدِرُونَ مِمَّا كَسَبُوا۟ عَلَىٰ شَيۡءٖۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلضَّلَـٰلُ ٱلۡبَعِيدُ",
    "english": "The example of those who disbelieve in their Lord is that their deeds are like ashes which the wind blows forcefully on a stormy day. They are unable to keep from what they earned a [single] thing. That is what is extreme error.",
    "kiswahili": "Mfano wa wale waliomkufuru Mola wao ni kuwa vitendo vyao ni kama majivu yanayopeperushwa na upepo mkali siku yenye dhoruba. Hawawezi kujipatia chochote kutokana na waliyoyachuma. Huo ndio upotofu wa mbali."

    "ayah": 19,
    "arabic": "أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ إِن يَشَأۡ يُذۡهِبۡكُمۡ وَيَأۡتِ بِخَلۡقٖ جَدِيدٖ",
    "english": "Do you not see that Allah created the heavens and the earth in truth? If He wills, He can do away with you and produce a new creation.",
    "kiswahili": "Je, huoni kwamba Mwenyezi Mungu ameumba mbingu na ardhi kwa Haki? Akitaka atakuheni na akaleta viumbe wapya."
  },

    "ayah": 20,
    "arabic": "وَمَا ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ بِعَزِيزٖ",
    "english": "And that is not difficult for Allah.",
    "kiswahili": "Na hayo si magumu kwa Mwenyezi Mungu."

    "ayah": 21,
    "arabic": "وَبَرَزُوا۟ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعٗا فَقَالَ ٱلضُّعَفَـٰٓؤُا۟ لِلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَكۡبَرُوٓا۟ إِنَّا كُنَّا لَكُمۡ تَبَعٗا فَهَلۡ أَنتُم مُّغۡنُونَ عَنَّا مِنۡ عَذَابِ ٱللَّهِ مِن شَيۡءٖۚ قَالُوا۟ لَوۡ هَدَىٰنَا ٱللَّهُ لَهَدَيۡنَـٰكُمۡۖ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡنَآ أَجَزِعۡنَآ أَمۡ صَبَرۡنَا مَا لَنَا مِن مَّحِيصٖ",
    "english": "And they will all come out before Allah, and the weak will say to those who were arrogant, 'Indeed, we were your followers, so can you avail us anything against the punishment of Allah?' They will say, 'If Allah had guided us, we would have guided you. It is [all] the same for us whether we show intolerance or patience: there is for us no place of escape.'",
    "kiswahili": "Wote watajitokeza mbele ya Mwenyezi Mungu, na wanyonge watasema kwa wale waliokuwa wakijivuna: Hakika sisi tulikuwa wafuasi wenu, je, mtaweza kutuondolea sehemu ya adhabu ya Mwenyezi Mungu? Watasema: Lau Mwenyezi Mungu angalituhidi tungaliwahidi nyinyi. Ni sawa kwetu tukilalamika au tukivumilia, hatuna pa kutorokea."

    "surah": 14,
    "ayah": 22,
    "arabic": "وَقَالَ ٱلشَّيۡطَـٰنُ لَمَّا قُضِيَ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَعَدَكُمۡ وَعۡدَ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَوَعَدتُّكُمۡ فَأَخۡلَفۡتُكُمۡۖ وَمَا كَانَ لِيَ عَلَيۡكُم مِّن سُلۡطَـٰنٍ إِلَّآ أَن دَعَوۡتُكُمۡ فَٱسۡتَجَبۡتُمۡ لِيۖ فَلَا تَلُومُونِي وَلُومُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَكُمۖ مَّآ أَنَا۠ بِمُصۡرِخِكُمۡ وَمَآ أَنتُم بِمُصۡرِخِيَّۖ إِنِّي كَفَرۡتُ بِمَآ أَشۡرَكۡتُمُونِ مِن قَبۡلُۗ إِنَّ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ",
    "english": "And Satan will say when the matter has been concluded, 'Indeed, Allah had promised you the promise of truth. And I promised you, but I betrayed you. But I had no authority over you except that I invited you, and you responded to me. So do not blame me but blame yourselves. I cannot be your helper, nor can you be my helper. Indeed, I deny your association of me [with Allah] before.' Indeed, the wrongdoers will have a painful punishment.",
    "kiswahili": "Na Shetani atasema pale jambo litakapokwisha hukumiwa: Hakika Mwenyezi Mungu alikupeni ahadi ya Haki, nami nikakupeni ahadi lakini nikakhalifu. Wala sikuwa na mamlaka juu yenu ila kwa kuwa niliwaita, mkaitikia wito wangu. Basi msinilaumu mimi, bali laumuni nafsi zenu. Mimi si mwenye kuwanusuruni, wala nyinyi si wenye kuninusuru. Hakika mimi nakataa hayo mliyoniwekea shirika zamani. Hakika wenye kudhulumu watapata adhabu iumizayo."

    "surah": 14,
    "ayah": 23,
    "arabic": "وَأُدۡخِلَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ جَنَّـٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِمۡۖ تَحِيَّتُهُمۡ فِيهَا سَلَـٰمٞ",
    "english": "But those who believed and did righteous deeds will be admitted to gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding eternally therein by permission of their Lord; and their greeting therein will be, 'Peace!'",
    "kiswahili": "Na walioamini na wakatenda mema wataingizwa katika mabustani yapitayo mito chini yake, wakidumu humo kwa idhini ya Mola wao. Salamu yao humo ni 'Amani'."

    "surah": 14,
    "ayah": 24,
    "arabic": "أَلَمۡ تَرَ كَيۡفَ ضَرَبَ ٱللَّهُ مَثَلٗا كَلِمَةٗ طَيِّبَةٗ كَشَجَرَةٖ طَيِّبَةٍ أَصۡلُهَا ثَابِتٞ وَفَرۡعُهَا فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ",
    "english": "Have you not considered how Allah presents an example, [making] a good word like a good tree, whose root is firmly fixed and its branches [high] in the sky?",
    "kiswahili": "Je, huoni jinsi Mwenyezi Mungu anavyopiga mfano? Neno jema ni kama mti mzuri, mizizi yake imethibitika na matawi yake yako mbinguni."

    "arabic": "تُؤۡتِيٓ أُكُلَهَا كُلَّ حِينِۭ بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهَاۗ وَيَضۡرِبُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡأَمۡثَالَ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ",
    "english": "It produces its fruit all the time, by permission of its Lord. And Allah presents examples for the people that perhaps they will be reminded.",
    "kiswahili": "Hutoa matunda yake kila wakati kwa idhini ya Mola wake. Na Mwenyezi Mungu anawapigia watu mifano ili wapate kukumbuka."

    "arabic": "وَمَثَلُ كَلِمَةٍ خَبِيثَةٖ كَشَجَرَةٍ خَبِيثَةٍ ٱجۡتُثَّتۡ مِن فَوۡقِ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مَا لَهَا مِن قَرَارٖ",
    "english": "And the example of a bad word is like a bad tree, uprooted from the surface of the earth, not having any stability.",
    "kiswahili": "Na mfano wa neno ovu ni kama mti mchafu, uliong’olewa juu ya ardhi, hauna uthabiti wowote."

    "arabic": "يُثَبِّتُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱلۡقَوۡلِ ٱلثَّابِتِ فِي ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَفِي ٱلۡـَٔاخِرَةِۖ وَيُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَۚ وَيَفۡعَلُ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ",
    "english": "Allah keeps firm those who believe, with the firm word, in worldly life and in the Hereafter. And Allah sends astray the wrongdoers. And Allah does what He wills.",
    "kiswahili": "Mwenyezi Mungu huwathibitisha wale walioamini kwa neno thabiti katika maisha ya dunia na katika Akhera. Na Mwenyezi Mungu huwapoteza madhalimu. Na Mwenyezi Mungu hufanya apendalo."

    "arabic": "أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ بَدَّلُوا۟ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ كُفۡرٗا وَأَحَلُّوا۟ قَوۡمَهُمۡ دَارَ ٱلۡبَوَارِ",
    "english": "Have you not considered those who exchanged the favor of Allah for disbelief and settled their people in the home of ruin?",
    "kiswahili": "Je! Huoni wale waliobadilisha neema ya Mwenyezi Mungu kuwa kufuru, na wakaishushia kaumu yao nyumba ya maangamizi?"

    "arabic": "جَهَنَّمَ يَصۡلَوۡنَهَاۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡقَرَارُ",
    "english": "[It is] Hell, which they will [enter to] burn, and wretched is the settlement.",
    "kiswahili": "Ni Jahannamu, wataingia humo kuungua; na huo ni mwisho mbaya mno wa kukaa."

    "arabic": "وَجَعَلُوا۟ لِلَّهِ أَندَادٗا لِّيُضِلُّوا۟ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦۗ قُلۡ تَمَتَّعُوا۟ فَإِنَّ مَصِيرَكُمۡ إِلَى ٱلنَّارِ",
    "english": "And they have attributed to Allah equals to mislead [people] from His way. Say, 'Enjoy yourselves, for indeed, your destination is the Fire.'",
    "kiswahili": "Na wakamwekea Mwenyezi Mungu washirika ili wapotoshe watu wasiende kwenye njia Yake. Sema: Stareheni; kwani hakika marejeo yenu ni Motoni."

    "arabic": "قُل لِّعِبَادِيَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ يُقِيمُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَيُنفِقُوا۟ مِمَّا رَزَقۡنَـٰهُمۡ سِرّٗا وَعَلَانِيَةٗ مِّن قَبۡلِ أَن يَأۡتِيَ يَوۡمٞ لَّا بَيۡعٞ فِيهِ وَلَا خِلَـٰلٞ",
    "english": "Say to My servants who have believed that they should establish prayer and spend from what We have provided them, secretly and publicly, before a Day comes in which there will be no exchange, nor any friendships.",
    "kiswahili": "Waambie waja wangu walioamini washike Sala na watoe katika tuliyowaruzuku, kwa siri na kwa dhahiri, kabla haijaja Siku ambayo hakutakuwa na biashara wala urafiki."

    "arabic": "ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَأَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ فَأَخۡرَجَ بِهِۦ مِنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ رِزۡقٗا لَّكُمۡۖ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡفُلۡكَ لِتَجۡرِيَ فِي ٱلۡبَحۡرِ بِأَمۡرِهِۦۖ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَنۡهَـٰرَ",
    "english": "It is Allah who created the heavens and the earth and sent down rain from the sky and brought forth thereby some fruits as provision for you and subjected for you the ships to sail through the sea by His command and subjected for you the rivers.",
    "kiswahili": "Mwenyezi Mungu ndiye aliyeziumba mbingu na ardhi, na akateremsha maji kutoka mbinguni, na kwa hayo akatoa matunda kwa riziki yenu. Naye amewatumikishieni merikebu ili zipite baharini kwa amri yake, na akawatumikishieni mito."

    "arabic": "وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَ دَآئِبَيۡنِۖ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلَّيۡلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ",
    "english": "And He has subjected for you the sun and the moon, both constant [in their courses], and He has subjected for you the night and the day.",
    "kiswahili": "Na amewatumikishieni jua na mwezi vikiwa daima vinakwenda, na akawatumikishieni usiku na mchana."

    "arabic": "وَءَاتَىٰكُم مِّن كُلِّ مَا سَأَلْتُمُوهُۚ وَإِن تَعُدُّوا۟ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ لَا تُحۡصُوهَآۗ إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ لَظَلُومٞ كَفَّارٞ",
    "english": "And He gave you of all you asked of Him. And if you should count the favor of Allah, you could not enumerate them. Indeed, mankind is [generally] most unjust and ungrateful.",
    "kiswahili": "Na Amekupeni kila mlichomuomba. Na mkihisabu neema ya Mwenyezi Mungu hamwezi kuzihisabu. Hakika mwanadamu ni dhalimu na kafiri sana."

    "arabic": "وَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ رَبِّ ٱجۡعَلۡ هَـٰذَا ٱلۡبَلَدَ ءَامِنٗا وَٱجۡنُبۡنِي وَبَنِيَّ أَن نَّعۡبُدَ ٱلۡأَصۡنَامَ",
    "english": "And [mention] when Abraham said, 'My Lord, make this city secure and keep me and my sons away from worshipping idols.'",
    "kiswahili": "Na kumbuka Ibrahim alipo sema: Mola wangu! Ujaalie mji huu uwe salama, na uniweke mbali mimi na wanangu tusije tukaabudu masanamu."

    "arabic": "رَبِّ إِنَّهُنَّ أَضۡلَلۡنَ كَثِيرٗا مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِۖ فَمَن تَبِعَنِي فَإِنَّهُۥ مِنِّيۖ وَمَنۡ عَصَانِي فَإِنَّكَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ",
    "english": "My Lord, indeed they have led astray many among the people. So whoever follows me, then he is of me; and whoever disobeys me – indeed, You are Forgiving and Merciful.",
    "kiswahili": "Mola wangu! Hakika masanamu haya yamewapoteza watu wengi. Basi atakaye nifuata mimi ni wa kwangu; na atakaye niasi basi hakika Wewe ni Mwenye kusamehe, Mwenye kurehemu."

    "arabic": "رَّبَّنَآ إِنِّيٓ أَسۡكَنتُ مِن ذُرِّيَّتِي بِوَادٍ غَيۡرِ ذِي زَرۡعٍ عِندَ بَيۡتِكَ ٱلۡمُحَرَّمِ رَبَّنَا لِيُقِيمُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ فَٱجۡعَلۡ أَفۡـِٔدَةٗ مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِ تَهۡوِيٓ إِلَيۡهِمۡ وَٱرۡزُقۡهُم مِّنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَشۡكُرُونَ",
    "english": "Our Lord, I have settled some of my descendants in an uncultivated valley near Your sacred House, our Lord, that they may establish prayer. So make hearts among the people incline toward them and provide for them from the fruits that they might be grateful.",
    "kiswahili": "Mola wetu! Hakika mimi nimewakalisha baadhi ya dhuriya zangu katika bonde lisilo na mimea karibu na Nyumba Yako tukufu, Mola wetu, ili wasimamishe Sala. Basi yafanye nyoyo za watu ziwapendelee, na uwape katika matunda ili wapate kushukuru."

    "arabic": "رَبَّنَآ إِنَّكَ تَعۡلَمُ مَا نُخۡفِي وَمَا نُعۡلِنُۗ وَمَا يَخۡفَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ مِن شَيۡءٖ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ",
    "english": "Our Lord, indeed You know what we conceal and what we declare, and nothing is hidden from Allah on the earth or in the heaven.",
    "kiswahili": "Mola wetu! Hakika Wewe unajua tunacho kificha na tunacho dhihirisha. Na hapana kinacho fichikana kwa Mwenyezi Mungu katika ardhi wala katika mbingu."

    "arabic": "ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي وَهَبَ لِي عَلَى ٱلۡكِبَرِ إِسۡمَـٰعِيلَ وَإِسۡحَـٰقَۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي لَسَمِيعُ ٱلدُّعَآءِ",
    "english": "Praise to Allah, who has granted to me in old age Ishmael and Isaac. Indeed, my Lord is the Hearer of supplication.",
    "kiswahili": "Sifa njema zote ni za Mwenyezi Mungu, ambaye amenipa Ismaili na Is-haq katika uzee wangu. Hakika Mola wangu ni Mwenye kusikia dua."

    "arabic": "رَبِّ ٱجۡعَلۡنِي مُقِيمَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِيۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلۡ دُعَآءِ",
    "english": "My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and [many] from my descendants. Our Lord, and accept my supplication.",
    "kiswahili": "Mola wangu! Nijalie nisimamishapo Sala, na baadhi ya dhuriya zangu pia. Mola wetu! Kubali dua yangu."

    "arabic": "رَبَّنَا ٱغۡفِرۡ لِي وَلِوَٰلِدَيَّ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يَوۡمَ يَقُومُ ٱلۡحِسَابُ",
    "english": "Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established.",
    "kiswahili": "Mola wetu! Nisamehe mimi na wazazi wangu na Waumini siku ambayo Hesabu itasimamishwa."

    "arabic": "وَلَا تَحۡسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَـٰفِلًا عَمَّا يَعۡمَلُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَۚ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمۡ لِيَوۡمٖ تَشۡخَصُ فِيهِ ٱلۡأَبۡصَـٰرُ",
    "english": "And never think that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do. He only delays them for a Day when eyes will stare in horror.",
    "kiswahili": "Wala usidhani Mwenyezi Mungu amehaghirika na wanayo yatenda madhalimu. Yeye anawachelewesha tu kwa ajili ya siku ambayo macho yatakuwa yakikodoa."

    "arabic": "مُهۡطِعِينَ مُقۡنِعِي رُءُوسِهِمۡ لَا يَرۡتَدُّ إِلَيۡهِمۡ طَرۡفُهُمۡۖ وَأَفۡـِٔدَتُهُمۡ هَوَآءٞ",
    "english": "Racing ahead, their heads raised up, their glance does not come back to them, and their hearts are void.",
    "kiswahili": "Wakikimbia huku vichwa vyao vimeinuka, macho yao hayarudi kwao, na nyoyo zao zikiwa tupu."

    "arabic": "وَأَنذِرِ ٱلنَّاسَ يَوْمَ يَأْتِيهِمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ فَيَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ رَبَّنَآ أَخِّرْنَآ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍۢ قَرِيبٍۢ نُّجِبْ دَعْوَتَكَ وَنَتَّبِعِ ٱلرُّسُلَ ۗ أَوَلَمْ تَكُونُوٓا۟ أَقْسَمْتُم مِّن قَبْلُ مَا لَكُم مِّن زَوَالٍۢ",
    "english": "And warn the people of the Day when the punishment will come to them, then those who did wrong will say, 'Our Lord, delay us for a short term, we will answer Your call and follow the messengers.' [But it will be said], 'Had you not sworn before that you would have no end?'",
    "kiswahili": "Na waonye watu Siku adhabu itakapowajia. Watasema walio dhulumu: ‘Mola wetu! Tupe muda mfupi tu, tutaitikia mwito Wako na tutafuata Mitume.’ Je, hamkuwa mkiapa kabla kwamba hamtapotea?"

    "arabic": "وَسَكَنتُمْ فِى مَسَـٰكِنِ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمْ كَيْفَ فَعَلْنَا بِهِمْ وَضَرَبْنَا لَكُمُ ٱلْأَمْثَالَ",
    "english": "And you dwelt in the dwellings of those who wronged themselves, and it had become clear to you how We dealt with them, and We presented to you the examples.",
    "kiswahili": "Na mlikaa katika maskani ya wale waliojidhulumu nafsi zao, na ikawa wazi kwenu jinsi tulivyowatendea, na tukakupeni mifano."

    "arabic": "وَقَدْ مَكَرُوا۟ مَكْرَهُمْ وَعِندَ ٱللَّهِ مَكْرُهُمْ وَإِن كَانَ مَكْرُهُمْ لِتَزُولَ مِنْهُ ٱلْجِبَالُ",
    "english": "And they had planned their plan, but with Allah is [recorded] their plan, even if their plan was such that the mountains should vanish thereby.",
    "kiswahili": "Na walipanga mipango yao, lakini mipango yao iko kwa Mwenyezi Mungu, ijapokuwa mipango yao ilikuwa ya kuondosha milima."

    "arabic": "فَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُخْلِفَ وَعْدِهِۦ رُسُلَهُۥٓ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزٌۭ ذُو ٱنتِقَامٍۢ",
    "english": "So never think that Allah will fail in His promise to His messengers. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution.",
    "kiswahili": "Basi usidhani kwamba Mwenyezi Mungu atazembea ahadi Yake kwa Mitume Wake. Hakika Mwenyezi Mungu ni Mwenye nguvu, Mwenye kulipiza kisasi."

    "arabic": "يَوْمَ تُبَدَّلُ ٱلْأَرْضُ غَيْرَ ٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتُ ۖ وَبَرَزُوا۟ لِلَّهِ ٱلْوَٰحِدِ ٱلْقَهَّارِ",
    "english": "On the Day the earth will be replaced by another earth, and the heavens as well, and they will come out before Allah, the One, the Prevailing.",
    "kiswahili": "Siku ardhi itakapobadilishwa kwa ardhi nyingine, na mbingu pia, na wote watatokea mbele ya Mwenyezi Mungu, Mmoja, Mwenye kushinda."

    "arabic": "وَتَرَى ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ مُّقَرَّنِينَ فِى ٱلْأَصْفَادِ",
    "english": "And you will see the criminals that Day bound together in shackles.",
    "kiswahili": "Na utawaona wakosefu siku hiyo wakiwa wamefungwa pamoja kwa minyororo."

    "arabic": "سَرَابِيلُهُم مِّن قَطِرَانٍۢ وَتَغْشَىٰ وُجُوهَهُمُ ٱلنَّارُ",
    "english": "Their garments of liquid pitch and their faces covered by the Fire.",
    "kiswahili": "Nguo zao zitakuwa za lami, na nyuso zao zitafunikwa na Moto."

    "arabic": "لِيَجْزِىَ ٱللَّهُ كُلَّ نَفْسٍۢ مَّا كَسَبَتْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَرِيعُ ٱلْحِسَابِ",
    "english": "So that Allah may recompense every soul for what it earned. Indeed, Allah is swift in account.",
    "kiswahili": "Ili Mwenyezi Mungu amlipe kila nafsi kwa yale iliyoyachuma. Hakika Mwenyezi Mungu ni Mwepesi wa kuhesabu."

    "arabic": "هَـٰذَا بَلَـٰغٌۭ لِّلنَّاسِ وَلِيُنذَرُوا۟ بِهِۦ وَلِيَعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَـٰهٌۭ وَٰحِدٌۭ وَلِيَذَّكَّرَ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْأَلْبَـٰبِ",
    "english": "This is a message for the people so that they may be warned by it, and that they may know that He is but One God, and that those of understanding may take heed.",
    "kiswahili": "Huu ni ujumbe kwa watu, ili waonywe nao, na ili wajue kwamba Yeye ndiye Mungu Mmoja tu, na ili wenye akili wapate kukumbuka."
