THIRD COMPREHENSIVE FORM OF ZIYARAH 'Allamah al-Majlisi, in his book of Tuhfat al-Za'ir, has listed the following comprehensive form of ziyarah as the eighth, saying: This form of ziyarah has been reported by Sayyid Ibn Tawus within the supplicatory prayers of the 'Arafah Day

من الامام الصادق عليه السلام. ويمكن أن تقال عند زيارة أي مقام في أي وقت، وخاصة في يوم عرفة.
from Imam al-Sadiq, peace be upon him. It can be said at visiting any shrine at any time, especially on the 'Arafah Day.

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا رَسُوْلَ اللهِ
Peace be upon you, O Messenger of God
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا نَبِيَّ
Peace be upon you, my Prophet
اللهِ
God
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا خِيَرَةَ اللهِ مِنْ خَلْقِهِ
Peace be upon you, O God’s best among His creation.
وَ اَمِيْنَهُ عَلَى وَحِيِهِ
And he is faithful to his revelation
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَؤْلَايَ يَآ اَمِيْرَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
Peace be upon you, O my master, O Commander of the Faithful
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَوْلَايَ
Peace be upon you, my lord
اَنْتَ حُجَّةُ اللهِ عَلَى خَلْقِهِ
You are God's proof against His creation
وَ بَابٌ عِلَمِهِ
And the chapter on his knowledge
وَ وَصِيُّ نَبِيِّهِ
And the guardian of his Prophet
وَ الْخَلِيْفَةُ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ فِي أُمَّتِهِ
And the Caliph after him in his nation
لَعَنَ اللهُ أُمَّةً غَصَبَثْكَ حَقَّكَ
May God curse the nation that has violated your rights
وَ قَعَدَتْ مَقْعَدَكَ
And you took your seat
أَنَا بَرِيّءٌ مِنْهُمْ
I am innocent of them
وَ مِنْ شِيْعَتِهِمْ اِلَيْكَ
And from their followers to you
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَا فَاطِمَةُ الْبَتُوْلُ
Peace be upon you, O Fatima Al-Batoul.
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَا زَيْنَ نِسَاءِ الْعَالَمِيْنَ
Peace be upon you, O beauty of the women of the worlds
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَا بِنْتَ رَسُولِ [الله] رَبَّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ
Peace be upon you, O daughter of the Messenger of [God], Lord of the Worlds.
صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْكِ وَ عَلَيْهِ
May God’s blessings and peace be upon you
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَآ أُمَّ الْحَسَنِ وَ الْحُسَيْنِ
Peace be upon you, mother of Al-Hasan and Al-Hussein.
لَعَنَ اللهُ أُمَّةً غَصَبَثْكِ حَقَّكِ
May God curse the nation that has violated your rights
وَ مَنَعَثْكِ مَا جَعَلَهُ اللهُ لَكِ حَلَالَا
And your reward is what God has made lawful for you.
آَنَا بَرِيْءُ اِلَيْكِ مِنْهُمْ وَ مِنْ شِيْعَتِهِمْ،
I disavow you of them and their followers.
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَؤْلَايَ
Peace be upon you, my lord
يَآ آَبَا مُحَمَدِ اِلْحَسَنَ الزَّكِيَّ
O father of Muhammad Al-Hasan Al-Zaki
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَؤْلَايَ
Peace be upon you, my lord
لَعَنَ اللهُ أُمَةًّ قَتَلَثكَ
May God curse the nation that killed you
وَ بَايَعَثْ فِي آَمْرِكَ وَ شَايَعَتْ
And he pledged allegiance in your command and you joined
آَنَا بَرِيّءْ اِلَيْكَ مِنْهُمْ وَ مِنْ شِيْعَتِهِمْ
I disavow you of them and their followers.
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَوْلَايَ
Peace be upon you, my lord
يَآ آَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحُسَيْنَ بْنَ عَلِيَّ
O father Abdullah Al-Hussein bin Ali
صَلَوَاتُ اللهِ عَلَيْكَ
May God’s blessings be upon you
وَ عَلَى اَبِيْكَ وَ جَدِّكَ مُحَمَّدٍ
And upon your father and grandfather, Muhammad
صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ ألِهِ
May God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family
لَعَنَ اللهُ أُمَةً اِسْتَحَلَّثْ دَمَكَ
May God curse a nation that has contaminated your blood
وَ لَعَنَ اللهُ أُمَةً قَتَلَثكَ
May God curse the nation that killed you
وَ اسْتَبَاحَثْ حَرِيْمَكَ
And search your harem
وَ لَعَنَ اللهُ اَشْيَاعَهُمْ وَ اَثْبَاعَهُمْ
May God curse their followers and followers.
وَ لَعَنَ اللّهُ الْمُمَهَّدِيْنَ لَهُمْ
May God curse those who pave the way for them
بِالتَمْكِيْنِ مِنْ قِتَالِكَمْ
By being able to fight you
أَنَا بَرِيءٌ إِلَى اللهِ وَ اِلَيْكَ مِنْهُمْ

يَآ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ مُؤْسَى بْنَ جَغْفَرٍ
O Abu Al-Hasan Musa bin Jafar
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَؤْلَايَ
Peace be upon you, my lord
يَا آَبَا الْحَسَنِ عَلِيَّ بْنَ مُؤْسىَ
O father of Al-Hasan Ali bin Musa
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَؤْلَايَ
Peace be upon you, my lord
يَآ آَبَا جَغْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ
O father of Jafar Muhammad bin Ali
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَؤْلَايَ
Peace be upon you, my lord
يَآ آَبَا الْحَسَنِ عَلِيَّ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ
O father of Al-Hasan Ali bin Muhammad
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَوْلَايَ
Peace be upon you, my lord
يَآ آَبَا مُحَمَّدِ اِلْحَسَنَ بْنَ عَلِيٌّ
O father of Muhammad Al-Hasan bin Ali
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَوْلَايَ
Peace be upon you, my lord
يَآ اَبَا الْقَاسِمِ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ الحَسَنِ
O Abu Al-Qasim Muhammad bin Al-Hassan
صَاحِبَ الزَّمَانِ
The companion of time
صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْكَ
May God bless you
وَ عَلَى عِثْرَتِكَ الطَّاهِرَةِ الطَّيِّبَةِ
And upon your pure and good stumbling
يَا مَوَالِيَّ كُوْنُوا شُفَعَائِيْ
O my friends, be my intercessors
فِيْ حَطَّ وِزْرِيْ وَ خَطَايَايَ
In the humiliation of my burden and my sins
أَمَنْتُ بِاللهِ وَ بِمَا أُنْزِلَ اِلَيْكُمْ
I believe in God and in what was revealed to you
وَ أَتَوَالَى أَخِرَكُمْ بِمَا اَتَوَالَى اَوَّلَكُمْ
And I will treat the last of you as the first of you did.
وَ بَرِئّتُ مِنَ الحِبْتِ وَ الطَّاغُوْتِ
And I was freed from love and tyranny
وَ اللَّاتِ وَ الْعُزَّى
And Al-Lat and Al-Uzza
يَا مَوَالِيَّ اَنَا سِلَمٌ لِمَنْ سَالَمَكُمْ
O my lord, I am at peace with those who are at peace with you.
وَ حَرْبٌ لِمَنْ حَارَبَكُمْ
And war against those who wage war against you
وَ عَدُةُّ لِمَنْ عَادَاكَمْ
And a number for those who are hostile to you
وَ وَلِيٌّ لِمَنْ وَالْاكُمْ
And a guardian of those who are loyal to you
اِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ
Until the Day of Resurrection
وَلَعَنَ اللهُ ظَالِمِيْكُمْ وَ غَاصِبِيْكُمْ
May God curse your oppressors and usurpers.
وَ لَعَنَ اللهُ اَشْيَاعَهُمْ وَ اَثْبَاعَهُمْ وَ اَهْلَ مَذْهَبِهِمْ
May God curse their followers, their followers, and the people of their sect.
وَ أَبْرَاُ اِلَى اللهِ وَ اِلَيْكُمْ مِنْهُمْ
And I am more honorable to God and to you than they are to you.
