Oh God, I pray to you as you commanded me

فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِيْ
So answer me as you promised me
Basi nijibu kama ulivyoniahidi
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيّ آسالُكَ مِنْ عَظَمَتِكَ بِاعْظَمِهَا
Oh God, I ask you of your greatest greatness
Ee Mungu nakuuliza ukuu wako mkuu
وَ كُلِّ عَظَمَتِكَ عَظِيمَةُ
And all your greatness is great
Na ukuu wako wote ni mkuu
اَللّهُمَ إِنَّيّ اَسالُكَ بِعَظَمَتِكَ كَلَّهَا
May God curse the one who equates you with the one who sympathizes with you

اَللّهُمَّ إِنَّيِّ آَسْاَلَكَ مِنْ نُوْرِكَ بِانْوَرِهِ
Oh God, I ask you for your light with its light
Ee Mungu nakuomba nuru yako pamoja na nuru yake
وَ كُلِّ نُوْرِكَ نَيِّرْ
And all your light is luminous
Na mwanga wako wote ni mwanga
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اسالُكَ بِثُوْرِكَ كُلِّهِ
Oh God, I ask you for all of your bull
Ee Mungu, nakuomba fahali wako wote
اَللّهُمَّ اِنَّيّ اَسالُكَ مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ بِاَوْسَعِهَا
Oh God, I ask you for your vast mercy
Ee Mungu, nakuomba rehema zako nyingi
وَ كُلَّ رَحْمَتِكَ وَاسِعَةٌ
And all Your mercy is vast
Na rehema zako zote ni nyingi
اَللَّهُمَ إِنَّيِّ اَسالُكَ بِرَحْمَتِكَ كُلَّهَا.
Oh God, I ask you for all your mercy.
Ee Mungu, nakuomba rehema zako zote.
اَللَهُمَّ إِنَّيّ اَدْعُوْكَ كَمَا اَمَرْتَنِيْ
Oh God, I pray to you as you commanded me
Ee Mungu nakuomba kama ulivyoniamuru
فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْنَنِيْ
So respond to me as you promised me
Basi nijibu kama ulivyoniahidi
اَللَهُمَّ إِنَّيّ اَساَلَكَ مِنْ كَمَالِكَ بِاَكْمَلِهِ
Oh God, I ask you for all of your perfection
Ee Mungu, nakuomba utimilifu wako wote
وَ كُلُّ كَمَالِكَ كَامِل
And all your perfection is perfect
Na ukamilifu wako wote ni kamili
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اَساَلُكَ بِكَمَالِكَ كُلَّهِ
Oh God, I ask you in all your perfection
Ee Mungu, nakuomba katika ukamilifu wako wote
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اساَلُكَ مِنْ كَلِمَاتِكَ بِآتَمَهَا
Oh God, I ask you to complete your words
Ee Mungu nakuomba ukamilishe maneno yako
وَ كُلُّ كَلِمَاتِكَ ثَآمَّةً
And all your words are sinful
Na maneno yako yote ni dhambi
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّي اساَلُكَ بِكَلِمَاتِكَ كُلَّهَا
Oh God, I ask you with all your words
Ee Mungu nakuuliza kwa maneno yako yote
اَللّهُمَّ إِنَّيّ اَساَلَكَ مِنْ اَسْمَائِكَ بِاكْبَرِهَا
Oh God, I ask you by the greatest of your names

وَ كُلِّ اَسْمَآئِكَ كَبِيْرَةٌ،
And all your names are great,
Na majina yako yote ni mazuri,
اَللَهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اَساَلَكَ بِاسْمَائِكَ كُلّهَا
Oh God, I ask you by all your names
Ee Mungu, nakuuliza kwa majina yako yote
اَللَهُمَّ إِنِّيّ اَدْعُوْكَ كَمَا اَمَرْتَنِيْ
Oh God, I pray to you as you commanded me

فَاسْتَجِبْ لِيْ كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِيْ
So answer me as you promised me
Basi nijibu kama ulivyoniahidi
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيّ اَسْاَلُكَ مِنْ عِزَّتِكَ بِاَعَزِّهَا
Oh God, I ask you of your glory with its greatest glory
Ee Mungu, nakuomba utukufu wako na utukufu wake mkuu
وَ كُلِّ عِزَّتِكَ عَزِيْزَةٌ
And all your might is dear
Na nguvu zako zote ni mpendwa
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اسالُكَ بِعِزَّتِكَ كُلَّهَا
Oh God, I ask you by all your glory
Ee Mungu, nakuuliza kwa utukufu wako wote
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيّ اسالُكَ مِنْ مَشِيَّتِكَ بِاَمْضَاهَا
Oh God, I ask you to follow your will
Ee Mungu nakuomba ufuate mapenzi yako
وَ كُلَّ مَشِيَّتِكَ مَاضِيَةُ
And all your steps will go
Na hatua zako zote zitaenda
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اَسْالْكَ بِمَشِيَّتِكَ كُلَّهَا
Oh God, I ask you with all your desires
Ee Mungu nakuuliza kwa matamanio yako yote
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيِّ اَسالُكَ بِقُدْرَتِكَ الَّتِيِ اسْتَطَلْتَ بِهَا عَلْى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ
Oh God, I ask You by Your power with which You have mastered everything.
Ee Mungu, nakuomba kwa uwezo wako ambao umetawala kila kitu.
وَكُلُّ قُذْرَتِكَ مُسْتَطِيْلَةُ
And all your dirt is rectangular
Na uchafu wako wote ni mstatili
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اَسْاَلُكَ بِقُدْرَتِكَ كُلَّهَا،
Oh God, I ask you with all your power,
Ee Mungu, nakuuliza kwa nguvu zako zote,
اَللَهُمَّ إِنِّيِّ اَدْعُوْكَ كَمَا اَمَرْتَنِيْ
Oh God, I pray to you as you commanded me
Ee Mungu nakuomba kama ulivyoniamuru
فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِيَّ
So answer me as you promised me
Basi nijibu kama ulivyoniahidi
اَللّهُمّ إِنَّيَّ اَسْاَلُكَ مِنْ عِلْمِكَ بِانْفَذِهِ
Oh God, I ask you from your knowledge to implement it
Ee Mungu nakuomba kutokana na ujuzi wako utekeleze
وَ كُلَّ عِلْمِكَ نَافِذٌ
And all your knowledge is effective
Na ujuzi wako wote ni ufanisi
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيّ اسالُكَ بِعِلَمِكَ كُلَّهِ
Oh God, I ask you with all your knowledge
Ee Mungu nakuuliza kwa ujuzi wako wote
اَللَّهُمّ إِنَّيّ اَساَلُكَ مِنْ قَوْلِكَ بِاَرْضَاهُ
Oh God, I ask you to say something that pleases him
Ee Mungu, nakuomba useme jambo linalompendeza
وَ كُلِّ قَوْلِكَ رَضِيٌّ
And everything you say is acceptable
Na kila unachosema kinakubalika
اَللّهُمّ إِنَّيّ اَساَلُكَ بِقَوْلِكَ كُلِّهِ
Oh God, I ask you with all your words
Ee Mungu nakuuliza kwa maneno yako yote
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيّ اَساَلُكَ مِنْ مَسَائِلِكَ بِآحَبَّهَا اِلَيْكَ
Oh God, I ask you of your questions that I love to you
Ee Mungu, nakuuliza maswali yako ambayo ninakupenda kwako
وَ كُلُّهَا اِلَيْكَ حَبِيْبَةُ
And all of them are beloved to you
Na wote ni wapendwa kwako
اَللّهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اَساَلُكَ بِمَسَائِلِكَ كُلَّهَا
Oh God, I ask you about all your issues
Ee Mungu, nakuuliza juu ya maswala yako yote
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيّ آَذْعُوْكَ كَمَا اَمَرْتَنِيْ
Oh God, I submit to you as you commanded me
Ee Mwenyezi Mungu, najisalimisha kwako kama ulivyoniamrisha
فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِيْ
So answer me as you promised me
Basi nijibu kama ulivyoniahidi
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اسالُكَ مِنْ شَرَفِكَ بِاشرَفِهِ
Oh God, I ask you from your honor with his honor
Ee Mungu, nakuomba kutoka kwa heshima yako kwa heshima yake
وَ كُلَّ شَرَفِكَ شَرِيْفٌ
And all your honor is honorable
Na heshima yako yote ni ya heshima
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيِّ اساَلُكَ بِشَرَفِكَ كُلِّهِ
Oh God, I ask you with all your honor
Ee Mungu nakuomba kwa heshima yako yote
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيّ اَساَلُكَ مِنْ سُلْطَانِكَ بِادْوَمِهِ
Oh God, I ask you for your authority in his land
Ee Mungu, nakuomba mamlaka yako katika nchi yake
وَ كُلَّ سُلْطَانِكَ دَآئِمٌ
And all your dominion is permanent
Na mamlaka yako yote ni ya kudumu
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيّ آساَلُكَ بِسُلْطَانِكَ كُلَّهِ.
Oh God, I ask you with all your authority.
Ee Mungu nakuomba kwa mamlaka yako yote.
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيّ اساَلُكَ مِنْ مُلْكِكَ بِافْخَرِهِ
Oh God, I ask you from your kingdom with its glory
Ee Mungu, nakuomba kutoka kwa ufalme wako na utukufu wake
وَ كُلَّ مُلْكِكَ فَاخِرْ
And all your possessions are magnificent
Na mali yako yote ni ya kifahari
اَللَّهُمّ إِنَّي آساَلُكَ بِمُلْكِكَ كُلَّهِ
Oh God, I ask you for all your dominion
Ee Mungu, nakuomba ufalme wako wote
اَللّهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اَذْعُوْكَ كَمَا اَمَرْتَنِي
Oh God, I submit to you as you commanded me
Ee Mwenyezi Mungu, najisalimisha kwako kama ulivyoniamrisha
فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِيْ
So answer me as you promised me
Basi nijibu kama ulivyoniahidi
اَللَّهُمّ إِنَّيّ اَساَلُكَ مِنْ عَلَائِكَ بِآعْلَاهُ
Oh God, I ask you from your exaltation above
Ee Mungu, nakuomba kutokana na kuinuliwa kwako juu
وَ كُلَّ عَلَائِكَ عَالٍ
And all Your exaltations are exalted
Na utukufu Wako wote umetukuka
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اسالُكَ بِعَلَائِكَ كُلِّهِ
Oh God, I ask you by all your highness
Ee Mungu, nakuomba kwa ukuu wako wote
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اَساَلُكَ مِنْ أَيَاتِكَ بِاَعْجَبِهَا
Oh God, I ask you of your signs that are astonishing as they are
Ee Mungu nakuuliza ishara zako ambazo zinashangaza jinsi zilivyo
وَ كُلِّ أيَاتِكَ عَجِيْبَةٌ
And all your signs are amazing
Na ishara zako zote ni za kushangaza
اَللَّهُمّ إِنَّي اساَلُكَ بِايَاتِكَ كُلَّهَا
Oh God, I ask you by all your signs
Ee Mungu nakuuliza kwa ishara zako zote
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اسالُكَ مِنْ مَنَّكَ بِاقْدَمِهِ
Oh God, I ask you who you bestowed with his feet
Ee Mungu nakuuliza ni nani uliyempa miguu yake
وَ كُلَّ مَنَّكَ قَدِيْمٌ
And each of you is old
Na kila mmoja wenu ni mzee
اَللّهُمَّ إِنَّيّ اَساَلُكَ بِمَنَّكَ كُلَّهِ،
Oh God, I ask you with all of your blessings,
Ee Mungu, nakuomba kwa baraka zako zote,
اَللَهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اَدْعُوْكَ كَمَا اَمَرْتَنِيْ
Oh God, I pray to you as you commanded me
Ee Mungu nakuomba kama ulivyoniamuru
فَاسْتَجِبْ لِيْ كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِيْ
So answer me as you promised me
Basi nijibu kama ulivyoniahidi
اَللَّهُمّ إِنَّيّ اَسالُكَ بِمَا أَنْتَ فِيْهِ مِنَ الشُّثُوْنِ وَ الْجَبَرُوْتِ
Oh God, I ask you because of your arrogance and tyranny.
Ee Mungu nakuuliza kwa sababu ya jeuri na dhulma yako.
اَللَّهُمّ إِنَّيّ أَسْأَلُكَ بِكُلِّ شَأْنٍ وَ كُلِّ جَبَرُوْتٍ
Oh God, I ask you in every matter and in every power.
Ee Mungu nakuomba katika kila jambo na katika kila uwezo.
اَللَّهُمّ وَ إِنَّيّ آَسْالُكَ بِمَا تُجِيْبُنِي بِهِ جِيْنَ اسالُكَ
Oh God, and I ask you what you answer me with, I ask you.
Ee Mungu nakuuliza unanijibu nini nakuuliza.
يَآ اَللهُ يَا لَا اِلَهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
Oh God, there is no god but You
Ewe Mola, hapana mungu ila Wewe
اَساَلُكَ بِبَهَاءِ لَا اِلْهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
I ask you with splendor, there is no god but you
Nakuuliza kwa fahari, hakuna mungu ila wewe
يَا لَا اِلَهَ اِلَّا آَنْتَ
There is no god but You
Hapana mungu ila Wewe
اَسْاَلُكَ بِجَلَالِ لَا اِلْهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
I ask you with majesty, there is no god but you
Nakuuliza kwa utukufu, hakuna mungu ila wewe
يَا لَا إِلَهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
O there is no god but You
Ewe hapana mungu ila Wewe
اَسْاَلُكَ بَلَا اِلْهَ اِلّا اَنْتَ
I ask You, there is no god but You
Nakuuliza, hakuna mungu ila Wewe
اَللَهُمَّ إِنَّيِّ اَدْعُوْكَ كَمَا اَمَرْتَنِيْ
Oh God, I pray to you as you commanded me
Ee Mungu nakuomba kama ulivyoniamuru
فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِيّ
So answer me as you promised me
Basi nijibu kama ulivyoniahidi
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيّ آَساَلُكَ مِنْ رِزْقِكَ بِاعَمَّهِ
Oh God, I ask you who you have provided for my uncle
Ee Mungu nakuuliza umemruzuku nani ami yangu
وَ كُلَّ رِزْقِكَ عَامُ
And all your provision is general
Na utoaji wako wote ni wa jumla
اَللَهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اَساَلَكَ بِرِزْقِكَ كُلَّهِ
Oh God, I ask you for all your provision
Ee Mungu nakuomba riziki yako yote
اَللّهُمَّ إِنَّيّ اَساَلُكَ مِنْ عَطَآئِكَ بِاَهْنَاهِ
Oh God, I ask you for your generous gift
Ee Mungu, nakuomba kwa zawadi yako ya ukarimu
وَ كُلَّ عَطَآئِكَ هَنِيّءٌ،
And all your giving is blessed,
Na utoaji wako wote umebarikiwa,
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اسالُكَ بِعَطَائِكَ كُلَّهِ
Oh God, I ask you with all your giving
Ee Mungu, nakuomba kwa utoaji wako wote
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اَسْاَلُكَ مِنْ خَيْرِكَ بِاعْجَلِهِ
Oh God, I ask you for your goodness in the most expeditious way
Ee Mungu nakuomba wema wako kwa njia ya haraka zaidi
وَ كُلِّ خَيْرِكَ عَاجِلْ
And all your goodness is immediate
Na wema wako wote ni mara moja
اَللّهُمَّ إِنَّيّ اساَلُكَ بِخَيْرِكَ كُلَّهِ
Oh God, I ask you for all your goodness
Ee Mungu, nakuomba kwa wema wako wote
اَللَهُمَّ إِنَّيَّ اَساَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ بِاَفْضَلِهِ
Oh God, I ask you for your grace
Ee Mungu nakuomba neema yako
وَ كُلِّ فَضْلِكَ فَاضِلٌ
And all your grace is virtuous
Na fadhila zako zote ni wema
اَللَّهُمَ إِنَّيَّ اسْالُكَ بِفَضلِكَ كُلَّهِ
Oh God, I ask you by all your grace
Ee Mungu nakuomba kwa neema zako zote
اَللَهُمَّ إِنِّيَّ اَدْعُوْكَ كَمَا اَمَرْتَنِيْ
Oh God, I pray to you as you commanded me
Ee Mungu nakuomba kama ulivyoniamuru
فَاسْتَجِبْ لِيْ كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِيْ
So answer me as you promised me
Basi nijibu kama ulivyoniahidi
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلَّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ ال مُحَمَّدٍ
O God, bless Muhammad and his family
Ewe Mola mrehemu Muhammad na Aali zake
وَ ابْعَثْنِيْ عَلَى الْاِيْمَانِ بِكَ
And inspire me to believe in you
Na kunitia moyo kukuamini
وَ التَصدِيْقِ بِرَسُوْلِكَ عَلَيْهِ وَ الِهِ السَّلَامُ
And believing in Your Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him.
Na kumuamini Mtume wako, rehema na amani ziwe juu yake.
وَ الْوِلَايَةِ لِعَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِيْ طَالِبِ
And the guardianship goes to Ali bin Abi Talib
Na ulezi unaenda kwa Ali bin Abi Talib
وَ الْبَرَآءَةِ مِنْ عَدُوِّهِ
And disavowal of his enemy
Na kumkataa adui yake
وَ الْاِيْتِمَامِ بِالْاَئِمَّةِ مِنْ الِ مُحَمَّدٍ
And following the Imams from the family of Muhammad
Na kuwafuata Maimamu kutoka katika familia ya Muhammad
عَلَيْهِمُ السَّلَامُ
Peace be upon them
Amani iwe juu yao
فَإِنَّيِ قَدْ رَضِيْتُ بِذَلِكَ يَا رَبَّ
For I am satisfied with that, O Lord.
Kwa maana nimeridhika na hayo, Ee Bwana.
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلَّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ
O God, bless Muhammad
Ee Mungu, mbariki Muhammad
عَبْدِكَ وَ رَسُوْلِكَ فِي الاَوَّلِيْنَ
Your servant and your messenger in the ancients
Mja wako na mjumbe wako katika watu wa kale
وَ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ فِي الْأَخِرِيْنَ
And bless Muhammad among the others
Na mbariki Muhammad miongoni mwa wengine
وَ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ فِي الْمَلَاِ الْاَعْلَى
And bless Muhammad in the highest assembly
Na mbariki Muhammad katika mkutano mkuu
وَ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ فِيْ الْمُرْسَلِيْنَ
And bless Muhammad among the messengers
Na mbariki Muhammad katika Mitume
اَللّهُمَّ اَعْطِ مُحَمَّدًا الْوَسِيْلَةَ
Oh God, give Muhammad the means
Ee Mungu mpe Muhammad njia
وَ الشَّرَفَ وَ الْفَضِيْلَةَ وَ الدَّرَجَةَ الْكَبِيْرَةَ-
And honor, virtue, and high rank -
Na heshima, fadhila na daraja la juu -
اَللَهُمَّ صَلَّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ الِ مُحَمَّدٍ
O God, bless Muhammad and his family
Ewe Mola mrehemu Muhammad na Aali zake
وَ قَنَّعْنِيْ بِمَا رَزَقْتَنِيْ
And He convinced me of what You have provided for me
Na akanisadikisha yale uliyoniruzuku
وَ بَارِك لِي فِيْمَا اتَيْتَنِيْ
And bless me in what You have given me
Na unibariki katika ulichonipa
وَ اخفَظْنِي فِي غَيْبَتِيْ
And protect me during my absence
Na unilinde wakati wa kutokuwepo kwangu
وَ كُلِّ غَائِبِ هُوَ لِيِّ
And everything that is absent is mine
Na kila kitu ambacho hakipo ni changu
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلَّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَالِ مُحَمَّدٍ
O God, bless Muhammad and his family
Ewe Mola mrehemu Muhammad na Aali zake
وَ ابْعَثْنِيْ عَلَى الْاِيْمَانِ بِكَ
And inspire me to believe in you
Na kunitia moyo kukuamini
وَ التَّصدِيْقِ بِرَسُوْلِكَ
And believing in your Messenger
Na kumuamini Mtume wenu
اَللَّهُمّ صَلَّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ الِ مُحَمَّدٍ
O Allah, (Please) send blessings to Muhammad and the
Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu, (Please) send blessings to Muhammad and the
وَ آَسْاَلَكَ خَيْرَ الْخَيْرِ رِضْوَانَكَ وَ الْجَنَّةَ
I ask you for the best of goodness, your satisfaction and Paradise.
Ninakuomba kheri njema, kuridhika kwako na Pepo.
وَ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ الشَّرِّ سَخَطِكَ وَ النَّارِ
I seek refuge in You from the evil of evil, your anger and the Fire.
Najikinga Kwako na shari ya shari, hasira yako na Moto.
اَللَهُمَّ صَلَّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ الِ مُحَمَّدٍ
O God, bless Muhammad and his family
Ewe Mola mrehemu Muhammad na Aali zake
وَ اخْفَظُنِيْ مِنْ كُلِّ مُصِيْبَةٍ
And protect me from every calamity
Na unilinde na kila balaa
وَ مِنْ كُلِّ بَلِيَّةٍ
and protection from every affliction,
na ulinzi kutokana na kila balaa.
وَ مِنْ كُلِّ عُقُوْبَةٍ
And from every punishment
Na kutoka kwa kila adhabu
وَ مِنْ كُلِّ فِتْنَةٍ
And from every temptation
Na kutoka kwa kila jaribu
وَ مِنْ كُلِّ بَلَآءِ
And from every calamity
Na kutokana na kila balaa
وَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَرِّ
And from all evil
Na kutoka kwa uovu wote
وَ مِنْ كُلِّ مَكْرُوْهِ
And from every abomination
Na kutokana na kila chukizo
وَ مِنْ كُلِّ مُصِيْبَةٍ
And from every calamity
Na kutokana na kila balaa
وَ مِنْ كُلَّ أفَةٍ نَزَلَتْ
And from every calamity that came down
Na kutokana na kila msiba uliokuja
اَوْ تَنْزِلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ
Or descend from the sky to the earth
Au shuka kutoka mbinguni hadi ardhini
فِيْ هَذِهِ السَّاعَةِ
At this hour
Saa hii
وَ فِيْ هَذِهِ اللّيْلَةِ
And on this night
Na usiku huu
وَ فِيْ هَذَا اليَوْمِ
And on this day
Na siku hii
وَ فِيْ هَذَا الشَّهْرِ
And in this month
Na katika mwezi huu
وَ فِيْ هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ.
And in this year.
Na katika mwaka huu.
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلَّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ ال مُحَمَّدٍ
O God, bless Muhammad and his family
Ewe Mola mrehemu Muhammad na Aali zake
وَ اقْسِمْ لِيْ مِنْ كُلِّ سُرُوْرٍ
And swear to me of every pleasure
Na niapie kila raha
وَ مِنْ كُلِّ بَهْجَةٍ
And from every joy
Na kutoka kwa kila furaha
وَ مِنْ كُلِّ اسْتِقَامَةٍ
And from all uprightness
Na kutoka kwa uadilifu wote
وَ مِنْ كُلِّ فَرَجٍ
And from every relief
Na kutoka kwa kila misaada
وَ مِنْ كُلِّ عَافِيَةٍ
And from every well-being
Na kutoka kwa kila ustawi
وَ مِنْ كُلِّ سَلَامَةٍ
And from all safety
Na kutoka kwa usalama wote
وَ مِنْ كُلِّ كَرَامَةٍ
And with all dignity
Na kwa heshima zote
وَ مِنْ كُلِّ رِذْقٍ
And from every disgust
Na kutoka kwa kila chukizo
وَاسِعٍ حَلَالٍ طَيِّبٍ
Spacious, lawful, and good
Wasaa, halali, na nzuri
وَ مِنْ كُلِّ نِعْمَةٍ
And of every blessing
Na kila baraka
وَ مِنْ كُلَّ سَعَةٍ نَزَلَتْ
And from every capacity that came down
Na kutoka kwa kila uwezo ulioshuka
اَوْ تَنْزِلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ إِلَى الْاَرْضِ
Or descend from the sky to the earth
Au shuka kutoka mbinguni hadi ardhini
فِيْ هَذِهِ السَّاعَةِ
At this hour
Saa hii
وَ فِيْ هَذِهِ اللّيْلَةِ
And on this night
Na usiku huu
وَ فِيْ هَذَا الْيَوْمِ
And on this day
Na siku hii
وَ فِيْ هَذَا الشَّهْرِ
And in this month
Na katika mwezi huu
وَ فِيْ هَذِهِ السَّنَةِ
And in this year
Na katika mwaka huu
اَللهُمَّ اِنْ كَانَتْ ذُنُوْبِيْ
Oh God, if they are my sins
Ee Mungu, ikiwa ni dhambi zangu
قَدْ اَخْلَقَتْ وَجْهِيْ عِنْدَكَ
I have set my face before you
nimeweka uso wangu mbele yako
وَ حَالَثْ بَيْنِيْ وَ بَيْنَكَ
And there was a dispute between you and me
Na kulikuwa na mzozo kati yangu na wewe
وَ غَيَّرَتْ حَالِيْ عِنْدَكَ
And it changed my situation with you
Na ilibadilisha hali yangu na wewe
فَاِنَّيّ اَسْاَلُكَ بِنُوْرِ وَجْهِكَ الَّذِيْ لَا يُظفَأُ،
For I ask you by the light of your face that cannot be faded,
Kwa maana nakuuliza kwa nuru ya uso wako isiyoweza kufifia,
وَ بِوَجِهِ مُحَمَّدٍ حَبِيْبِكَ الْمُصْطَفى
And in the face of Muhammad, your beloved and chosen one.
Na mbele ya Muhammad, kipenzi chako na mteule wako.
وَ بِوَجْهِ وَلِيِّكَ عَلِيِّ الْمُرْتَضى
And in the face of your guardian, Ali Al-Murtada
Na mbele ya mlinzi wako Ali Al-Murtada
وَ بِحَقُّ آَوْلِيَآئِكَ الَّذِيْنَ انْتَجَبْتَهُمْ
And by the right of your guardians whom you gave birth to
Na kwa haki ya walinzi wako uliowazaa
آَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ الِ مُحَمَّدٍ
To send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
Kutuma baraka juu ya Muhammad na familia yake
وَ آَنْ تَغْفِرَ لِي مَا مَضى مِنْ ذُنُوْبِيْ
And that you forgive me for my past sins
Na kwamba unisamehe dhambi zangu zilizopita
وَ آَنْ تَعْصِمَنِيْ فِيْمَا بَقِيَ مِنْ عَمُرِيْ
And that you protect me for the rest of my life
Na kwamba unanilinda maisha yangu yote
وَ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ اللَّهُمَّ
I seek refuge in You, O God
Najikinga Kwako, Ee Mungu
آَنْ اَعُوْدَ فِيْ شَيْءٍ مِنْ مَعَاصِيْكَ
If I commit any of your sins again
Nikitenda dhambi yako tena
آَبَدًا مَا اَبْقَيْتَنِي حَتِّى تَتَوَفَّانِي
You will never keep me alive until you cause me to die.
Kamwe hutaniweka hai mpaka unifishe.
وَ آَنَا لَكَ مُطِيعٌ وَ آَنْتَ عَنَّيْ رَاضٍ
I am obedient to you and you are satisfied with me
Mimi ni mtii kwako na umeridhika na mimi
وَ آَنْ تَخْتِمَ لِيْ عَمَلِيْ بِاَحْسَنِهِ
وَ آَنْ تَخْتِمَ لِيْ عَمَلِيْ بِاَحْسَنِهِ
Na kwamba unamaliza kazi yangu vizuri kwangu.
وَ تَجْعَلَ لِيْ ثَوَابَهُ الْجَنَّةَ
And His reward will be made for me, Paradise
Na malipo yake yatafanywa kwa ajili yangu, Pepo
وَ آَنْ تَفْعَلَ بِي مَا أَنْتَ اَهْلُهُ
And to do to me what you deserve
Na kunifanyia kile mnachostahili
يَآ آَهْلَ التَّقْوْى وَ يَآ اَهْلَ الْمَغْفِرَةِ
O people of piety and O people of forgiveness
Enyi watu wachamungu na enyi watu wa msamaha
صَلَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ الِ مُحَمَّدٍ
O Lord of Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad:
Ewe Mola of Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad:
وَ ازحَمْنِي بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَآ آَرحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ
And cover me with your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.
Na unifunike kwa rehema zako, Ewe Mwingi wa rehema kuliko wenye kurehemu.
