TASBEEHAT AT THE TIME OF SEHAR Eighth: As mentioned in lqbal al-A'mal, it is recommended to say the following doxology (zikr):
TASBEEHAT WAKATI WA SEHAR Nane: Kama ilivyotajwa katika lqbal al-A'mal, inapendekezwa kusema doksolojia (zikr) ifuatayo:
سُبْحَانَ مَنْ يَعْلَمُ جَوَارِحَ القُلُوْبِ
Glory be to Him who knows the innermost hearts
Ametakasika anayezijua nyoyo za ndani kabisa
سُبْحَانَ مَنْ يُخصِي عَدَدَ الذُّنُوْبِ
Glory be to Him who castrates a number of sins
Ametakasika Mwenye kuhasi idadi ya madhambi
سُبْحَانَ مَنْ لَا يَخْفى عَلَيْهِ خَافِيَةٌ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِيْنَ
Glory be to Him from whom nothing is hidden in the heavens and the earth.
Ametakasika ambaye hakifichiki kwake chochote mbinguni na katika ardhi.
سُبْحَانَ الرَّبِّ الوَدُوْدِ
Glory be to the Friendly Lord
Utukufu ni kwa Bwana Rafiki
سُبْحَانَ الفَرْدِ الْوِثْرِ
Glory be to the One and Only One
Ametakasika Mmoja na Mmoja tu
سُبْحَانَ العَظِيْمِ الْاَعْظَمِ
Glory be to Him, the Great, the Great
Ametakasika, Mkuu, Mkuu
شُبْحَانَ مَنْ لَا يَعْتَدِيْ عَلَى اَهْلِ مَمْلَكَتِهِ
Two ghosts are those who do not attack the people of their kingdom.
Mizimu miwili ni wale ambao hawashambulii watu wa ufalme wao.
سُبْحَانَ مَنْ لَا يُؤَاخِذُ اَهْلَ الْاَرْضِ بِالْوَانِ الْعَذَابِ
Glory be to Him who does not punish the people of the earth with various kinds of punishment.
Na unihimize nitoe shukrani zangu Kwako kwa ukarimu Wako.
سُبْحَانَ الحَنَّانِ الْمَنَّانِ
Glory be to Him, the Most Compassionate, the Most Gracious
Ametakasika, Mwingi wa Rehema, Mwingi wa Rehema
سُبْحَانَ الرَّؤُوْفِ الرَّحِيْمِ
Glory be to Him, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
Ametakasika, Mwenye kurehemu, Mwenye kurehemu
سُبْحَانَ الجَبَّارِ الجَوَادِ
Glory be to Him, the Mighty, the Most Generous
Ametakasika, Mwenye nguvu, Mkarimu
سُبْحَانَ الْكَرِيْمِ الْحَلِيْمِ
Glory be to Him, the Most Generous, the Most Forbearing
Ametakasika, Mwingi wa Ukarimu, Mvumilivu
سُبْحَانَ البَصِيْرِ الْعَلِيْمِ
Glory be to Him, the All-Seeing, the All-Knowing
Ametakasika, Mwenye kuona, Mwenye kujua
سُبْحَانَ البَصِيْرِ الْوَاسِعِ
Glory be to Him, the All-Seeing, the All-Wise
Ametakasika, Mwenye kuona, Mwenye hikima
سُبْحَانَ اللهِ عَلَى اِقْبَالِ النَهَارِ
Glory be to God that the day has come
Utukufu ni kwa Mungu kwamba siku imefika
سُبْحَانَ اللّهِ عَلَى إِذْبَارِ النَّهَارِ
Glory be to God for announcing the day
Utukufu ni kwa Mungu kwa kuitangaza siku
سُبْحَانَ اللهِ عَلَى اِذْبَارِ اللَّيْلِ وَإِقْبَالِ النَّهَارِ
Glory be to God for the end of the night and the coming of the day
Ametakasika Mwenyezi Mungu mwisho wa usiku na ujio wa mchana
وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَالْمَجْدُ وَالْعَظَمَةُ وَالْكِبْرِيَاءُ
To Him belongs praise, glory, greatness, and pride.
Sifa, utukufu, ukuu na fahari ni zake.
مَعَ كُلِّ نَفَس وَكُلِّ طَرْفَةٍ عَيْينِ
With every breath and every blink of the eye
Kwa kila pumzi na kila kupepesa kwa jicho
وَكُلِّ لَمْحَةٍ سَبَقَ فِي عِلْمِهِ
And every glimpse he was aware of
Na kila mtazamo alikuwa anaufahamu
سُبْحَانَكَ مِلاَ مَا آَخصى كِتَابُكَ
Glory be to You, filled with what Your Book has singled out
Umetakasika, umejaa yale ambayo Kitabu Chako kimepambanua
سُبْحَانَكَ زِنَةَ عَرْشِكَ
Glory be to You, as beautiful as Your Throne
Umetakasika, mzuri kama Kiti Chako cha Enzi
سُبْحَانَكَ سُبْحَانَكَ سُبْحَانَكَ.
Glory be to You, Glory be to You, Glory be to You.
