Instructions
دعاء البهاء، يُدعى به في أسحار شهر رمضان المبارك، مروي عن الإمام الرضا عليه السلام عن الإمام الباقر عليه السلام. رواه السيد ابن طاووس في إقبال الأعمال.
DUA AL-BAHA The supplication of the pre-dawn hours (sahar) of the holy month of Ramadhan, narrated from Imam al-Ridha ('a) from Imam al-Baqir ('a). Recorded by Sayyid Ibn Tawus in Iqbal al-A'mal.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ بَهَائِكَ بِأَبْهَاهُ، وَكُلُّ بَهَائِكَ بَهِيٌّ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِبَهَائِكَ كُلِّهِ
O Allah, I beseech You for the most splendid of Your splendor, and all Your splendor is splendid. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your splendor.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ جَمَالِكَ بِأَجْمَلِهِ، وَكُلُّ جَمَالِكَ جَمِيْلٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِجَمَالِكَ كُلِّهِ
O Allah, I beseech You for the most beautiful of Your beauty, and all Your beauty is beautiful. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your beauty.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ جَلَالِكَ بِأَجَلِّهِ، وَكُلُّ جَلَالِكَ جَلِيْلٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِجَلَالِكَ كُلِّهِ
O Allah, I beseech You for the most majestic of Your majesty, and all Your majesty is majestic. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your majesty.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ عَظَمَتِكَ بِأَعْظَمِهَا، وَكُلُّ عَظَمَتِكَ عَظِيْمَةٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِعَظَمَتِكَ كُلِّهَا
O Allah, I beseech You for the greatest of Your magnificence, and all Your magnificence is magnificent. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your magnificence.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ نُوْرِكَ بِأَنْوَرِهِ، وَكُلُّ نُوْرِكَ نَيِّرٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِنُوْرِكَ كُلِّهِ
O Allah, I beseech You for the most luminous of Your light, and all Your light is luminous. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your light.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ بِأَوْسَعِهَا، وَكُلُّ رَحْمَتِكَ وَاسِعَةٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِرَحْمَتِكَ كُلِّهَا
O Allah, I beseech You for the most expansive of Your mercy, and all Your mercy is expansive. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your mercy.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ كَلِمَاتِكَ بِأَتَمِّهَا، وَكُلُّ كَلِمَاتِكَ تَامَّةٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِكَلِمَاتِكَ كُلِّهَا
O Allah, I beseech You for the most complete of Your words, and all Your words are complete. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your words.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ كَمَالِكَ بِأَكْمَلِهِ، وَكُلُّ كَمَالِكَ كَامِلٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِكَمَالِكَ كُلِّهِ
O Allah, I beseech You for the most perfect of Your perfection, and all Your perfection is perfect. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your perfection.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ أَسْمَائِكَ بِأَكْبَرِهَا، وَكُلُّ أَسْمَائِكَ كَبِيْرَةٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِأَسْمَائِكَ كُلِّهَا
O Allah, I beseech You for the greatest of Your names, and all Your names are great. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your names.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ عِزَّتِكَ بِأَعَزِّهَا، وَكُلُّ عِزَّتِكَ عَزِيْزَةٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِعِزَّتِكَ كُلِّهَا
O Allah, I beseech You for the mightiest of Your might, and all Your might is mighty. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your might.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ مَشِيْئَتِكَ بِأَمْضَاهَا، وَكُلُّ مَشِيْئَتِكَ مَاضِيَةٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِمَشِيْئَتِكَ كُلِّهَا
O Allah, I beseech You for the most effectual of Your will, and all Your will is effectual. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your will.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ قُدْرَتِكَ بِالْقُدْرَةِ الَّتِيْ اسْتَطَلْتَ بِهَا عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ، وَكُلُّ قُدْرَتِكَ مُسْتَطِيْلَةٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِقُدْرَتِكَ كُلِّهَا
O Allah, I beseech You for the power by which You prevail over all things, and all Your power is prevailing. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your power.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ عِلْمِكَ بِأَنْفَذِهِ، وَكُلُّ عِلْمِكَ نَافِذٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِعِلْمِكَ كُلِّهِ
O Allah, I beseech You for the most penetrating of Your knowledge, and all Your knowledge is penetrating. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your knowledge.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ قَوْلِكَ بِأَرْضَاهُ، وَكُلُّ قَوْلِكَ رَضِيٌّ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِقَوْلِكَ كُلِّهِ
O Allah, I beseech You for the most pleasing of Your speech, and all Your speech is pleasing. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your speech.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ مَسَائِلِكَ بِأَحَبِّهَا إِلَيْكَ، وَكُلُّهَا إِلَيْكَ حَبِيْبَةٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِمَسَائِلِكَ كُلِّهَا
O Allah, I beseech You for the most beloved to You of the requests, and all of them are beloved to You. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your requests.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ شَرَفِكَ بِأَشْرَفِهِ، وَكُلُّ شَرَفِكَ شَرِيْفٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِشَرَفِكَ كُلِّهِ
O Allah, I beseech You for the noblest of Your nobility, and all Your nobility is noble. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your nobility.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ سُلْطَانِكَ بِأَدْوَمِهِ، وَكُلُّ سُلْطَانِكَ دَائِمٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِسُلْطَانِكَ كُلِّهِ
O Allah, I beseech You for the most enduring of Your authority, and all Your authority is enduring. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your authority.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ مُلْكِكَ بِأَفْخَرِهِ، وَكُلُّ مُلْكِكَ فَاخِرٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِمُلْكِكَ كُلِّهِ
O Allah, I beseech You for the most glorious of Your kingdom, and all Your kingdom is glorious. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your kingdom.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ عُلُوِّكَ بِأَعْلَاهُ، وَكُلُّ عُلُوِّكَ عَالٍ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِعُلُوِّكَ كُلِّهِ
O Allah, I beseech You for the highest of Your loftiness, and all Your loftiness is lofty. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your loftiness.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ مَنِّكَ بِأَقْدَمِهِ، وَكُلُّ مَنِّكَ قَدِيْمٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِمَنِّكَ كُلِّهِ
O Allah, I beseech You for the most ancient of Your favors, and all Your favors are ancient. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your favors.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ آيَاتِكَ بِأَكْرَمِهَا، وَكُلُّ آيَاتِكَ كَرِيْمَةٌ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِآيَاتِكَ كُلِّهَا
O Allah, I beseech You for the noblest of Your signs, and all Your signs are noble. O Allah, I beseech You by all Your signs.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِمَا أَنْتَ فِيْهِ مِنَ الشَّأْنِ وَالْجَبَرُوْتِ، وَأَسْأَلُكَ بِكُلِّ شَأْنٍ وَحْدَهُ وَجَبَرُوْتٍ وَحْدَهَا
O Allah, I beseech You by the dignity and omnipotence that You possess, and I beseech You by every dignity singly and every omnipotence singly.
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِمَا تُجِيْبُنِيْ بِهِ حِيْنَ أَسْأَلُكَ، فَأَجِبْنِيْ يَا اَللّٰهُ
O Allah, I beseech You by that through which You answer me whenever I beseech You; so answer me, O Allah.
Instructions
Then mention your needs, for they shall be granted, Allah willing. It is also recommended to send blessings upon Muhammad and his Household (Salawat) before and after stating your needs.
