AAMAL &DUAS TO BE RECITED IN EVERY NIGHT OF RAMADHAN Twelfth: It is recommended to say the following supplicatory prayer every night in Ramadan:

اَللّهُمَ بِرَحمَتِكَ فِي الصَّالِحِيْنَ فَادخِلْنَا،

O God, by Your mercy among the righteous, admit us.

وَفِي عِلَّيِّيْنَ فَازْفَعْنَا،

And in Aliyin, we pushed back.

وَبِكَاسِ مِنْ مَعِيْنٍ

And with a cup of water

مِنْ عَيْنٍ سَلْسَبِيْلٍ فَاسْقِنَا،

From the spring of Salsabil, give us water.

وَمِنَ الْحُوْرِ الْعِيْنِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ فَزَوِّجْنَا،

And from among the virgins, by your mercy, marry us,

وَمِنَ الولدَا

And from the boys

ان الْمُخَلَّدِيْنَ

The immortals

كَآنَّهُمْ لُؤْلُؤْ مَكْنُوْنُ فَاَخْدِمْنَا،

As if they were hidden pearls, so serve us.

وَمِنْ ثِمَارِ الْجَنَّةِ وَلَحُوْمِ الطَّيْرِ فَاَطْعِمْنَا،

And of the fruits of Paradise and the meat of birds, so feed us.

وَمِنْ ثِيَابِ السُّنْدُسِ وَالْحَرِيْرِ وَالْإِسْتَبْرَقِ فَالْبِسْنَا،

And of the garments of woven, silk, and brocade, we clothed them.

وَلَيْلَةَ الْقَذْرِ

And the night of filth

وَحَجَّ بَيْتِكَ الحَرَامِ،

And perform the Hajj to your Sacred House,

وَقَثلًا فِيْ سَبِيْلِكَ فَوَفَقْ لَنَا،

And a lesson in your path, so grant us success,

وَصَالِحَ الدُّعَاءِ وَالْمَسْاَلَةِ فَاسْتَجِبْ لَنَا،

And be righteous in supplication and begging, so respond to us.

وَإِذَا جَمَعْتَ الْأَوَّلِيْنَ وَالْأخِرِيْنَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَارْحَمْنَا

And when you gather the first and the last on the Day of Resurrection, have mercy on us.

وَبَرَاءَةً مِنَ النَّارِ فَاكْتُبْ لَنَا،

and freedom from the Fire, so write to us,

وَفِي جَهَنَّمَ فَلَا تَغُلِّنَا،

And in Hell, do not mislead us.

وَفِيْ عَذَابِكَ وَهَوَانِكَ فَلَا تَبْتَلِئَا،

And in your torment and humiliation, do not be tested.

وَمِنَ الزَّقُوْمِ وَالضَّرِيْعِ فَلَا تُظْعِمْنَا،

And of Zaqqum and Ad-Dari’, so do not overpower us.

وَمَعَ الشَّيَاطِيْنِ فَلَا تَجْعَلْنَا،

And with the devils, do not let us

وَفِي النَّارِ عَلَى وُجُوْهِنَا فَلَا تَكْبُبْنَا،

And in the Fire on our faces, so do not let us fall down.

وَمِنْ ثِيَابِ النَّارِ وَسَرَابِيْلِ الْقَطِرَانِ فَلَا تُلْبِسْنَا،

And do not clothe us with the garments of fire and the garments of tar.

وَمِنْ كُلِّ سُوَءِ يَا لَا اِلْهَ اِلَّا آَنْتَ

And from every evil, O there is no god but You

بِحَقُّ لَا اِلْهَ اِلَّا آَنْتَ فَنَجّنَا.

Truly, there is no god but You, so save us.

Thirteenth: Imam al-Sadiq(a.s.) is reported to have instructed

to say the following supplicatory prayer every night in

اَللَهُمّ إِنَّي اسالُكَ اَنْ تَجْعَلَ فِيْمَا تَقْضِي وَتُقَدَّرُ

Oh God, I ask you to do what you decree and decree

مِنَ الْأَمْرِ الْمَحْتُوْمِ فِي الْأَمْرِ الْحَكِيْمِ،

From the inevitable matter in the wise matter,

مِنَ الْقَضَاءِ الَّذِيْ لَا يُرَدُّ وَلَا يُبَدَّلَ

Of the decree that cannot be refuted or changed.

آَنْ تَكْتُبَنِيْ مِنْ حُجَاجٍ بَيْتِكَ الْحَرَامِ،

That you appoint me as one of the pilgrims to Your Sacred House,

الْمَبْرُوْرِ حَجُّهُمُ،

Their Hajj is accepted,

الْمَشْكُوْرِ سَعْيُهُمُ

Thank you for their efforts

الْمَغْفُوْرِ ذُنُوْبُهُمْ،

Oh God, I ask you of your glory with its greatest glory

الْمُكَفَّرِ عَنْ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ،

The one who atones for their sins,

وَاَنْ تَجْعَلَ فِيْمَا تَقْضِيْ وَتُقَدَّرُ،

And to do what you decree and decree,

اَنْ تُطِيْلَ عُمْرِي فِيْ خَيْرٍ وَعَافِيَةٍ،

Oh God, I ask you a little from a lot,

وَتَوَسِّعَ فِيْ رِزْقِي،

And my livelihood expanded,

وَتَجْعَلَنِي مِمَّنْ تَنْتَصِرُ بِهِ لِدِيْنِكَ

And make me among those with whom you support your religion.

وَلَا تَسْتَبْدِل بِيْ غَيْرِيْ.

And do not replace me with anyone else.

Fourteenth: According to the book of Anis al-Salihin, it is

recommended to say the following supplicatory prayer every

night in Ramadan:

اَعُوْذُ بِجَلَالِ وَجْهِكَ الْكَرِيْمِ

I seek refuge in the majesty of your honorable face

آَنْ يَنْقَضِيَ عَنَّي شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ،

When the month of Ramadan ends for me,

اَوْ يَظلُعَ الْفَجْرُ مِنْ لَيْلَتِيْ هَذِهِ،

Or the dawn will come on this night,

وَلَكَ قِبَلِيْ تَبِعَةُ أَوْ ذَتْبٌ تُعَذَّبُنِي عَلَيْهِ.

A guidance for mankind and clear proofs of guidance and the Criterion,

Fifteenth: In the margin of al-Balad al-Amin, al-Kaf'ami has

reported on the authority of Sayyid Ibn Baqi that it is

recommended to offer a two unit prayer every night in

Instructions

Ramadan, reciting in the first unit Surah al-Faatehah once

Instructions

and repeating Surah al-Tawheed three times. After

Instructions

accomplishment, it is recommended to say the following

سُبْحَانَ مَنْ هُوَ حَفِيْظُ لَا يَغْفُلُ،

Glory be to Him who is the Watcher and does not neglect.

سُبْحَانَ مَنْ هُوَ رَحِيْمٌ لَا يَعجَلُ،

Glory be to Him who is Merciful and does not hasten,

سُبْحَانَ مَنْ هُوَ قَآئِمٌ لَا يَسْهُوْ،

Glory be to Him who stands and does not forget.

سُبْحَانَ مَنْ هُوَ دَاَئِمٌ لَا يَلْهُوْ.

Glory be to Him who is constant and not distracted.

After that, it is recommended to say the al-Tasbihat al-

Arba'ah (the Four Statements of Glorification) 7 times:

سُبْحَانَ اللهِ

All glory be to Allah,

وَالْحَمْدُ للهِ

And praise be to God

وَلَا اِلْهَ اِلَّا اللَهُ

There is no god but Allah

وَاللهُ اَكْبَرُ.

And God is great.

Then, it is recommended to say the following imploration for

سُبْحَانَكَ سُبْحَانَكَ سُبْحَانَكَ،

Glory be to You, Glory be to You, Glory be to You,

يَا عَظِيْمُ اغْفِرْ لِيَ الذَّنْبَ الْعَظِيمَ.

O Great One, forgive me my great sin.

Then, it is recommended to invoke blessings upon the Holy

Prophet and his Household ten times:

اَللّهُمَّ صَلَّ عَلَي مُحَمَّدٍ وَ عَلَي اَلِهِ.

O God, bless Muhammad and his family.
