Instructions
Fifth: Shaykh al-Tusi has narrated that the following holy Signature of Imam al-Mahdi (a.s.) was conveyed to the grand Shaykh Abu-Ja'far Muhammad ibn 'Uthman ibn Sa'id:
Tano: Shaykh al-Tusi amesimulia kwamba Sahihi ifuatayo tukufu ya Imam al-Mahdi (a.s.) ilifikishwa kwa Shaykh mkuu Abu-Ja'far Muhammad bin 'Uthman bin Said:
Instructions
On each day in Rajab, you may say the following supplicatory prayer:
Katika kila siku katika Rajab, unaweza kusali sala ifuatayo ya dua:
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful
Kwa jina la Mwenyezi Mungu, mwingi wa rehema, mwingi wa rehema
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّي اَسالُكَ بِمَعَانِي جَمِيْعٍ مَا يَدْعُوْكَ بِهِ وُلَاةُ امْرِكَ
Oh God, I ask you about the meanings of all that your rulers call you with.
Ee Mungu nakuuliza maana ya yote ambayo watawala wako wanakuita nayo.
الْمَامُؤْنُوْنَ عَلَى سِرِّكَ
Those who are trusted to keep your secret
Wale wanaoaminika kutunza siri yako
الْمُسْتَبْشِرُونَ بِآمْرِكَ
Those who rejoice in your command
Wale wanaofurahia amri yako
الْوَاصِفُوْنَ لِقْدْرَتِكَ
Those who describe your ability
Wale wanaoelezea uwezo wako
الْمُعْلِنُوْنَ لِعَظَمَتِكَ
Those who proclaim your greatness
Wale wanaotangaza ukuu wako
اَسْاَلُكَ بِمَا نَطَقَ فِيْهِمْ مِنْ مَشِيَّتِكَ
I ask you about what you spoke about them of your walk.
Ninakuuliza juu ya kile ulichozungumza juu yao juu ya matembezi yako.
فَجَعَلْتَهُمْ مَعَادِنَ لِكَلِمَاتِكَ
So you made them metals for your words
Kwa hivyo umezifanya kuwa metali kwa maneno yako
وَ اَرْكَانًا لِتَوْحِيْدِكَ
And pillars of your monotheism
Na nguzo za tauhidi yenu
وَآَيَاتِكَ وَ مَقَامَاتِكَ الَّتِيْ لَا تَعْطِيْلَ لَهَا
And Your signs and your stations, which cannot be interrupted.
Na Ishara Zako na vituo vyenu visivyoweza kukatika.
فِي كُلِّ مَكَانٍ يَعْرِفُكَ بِهَا مَنْ عَرَقَكَ
In every place, your race recognizes you.
Katika kila mahali mbio zako zinakutambua.
لَا فَرْقَ بَيْتَكَ وَ بَيْنَهَا اِلَّا آَنَّهُمْ عِبَادُكَ وَ خَلْقُكَ
There is no difference between your House and them except that they are Your servants and Your creation.
Hakuna tafauti baina ya Nyumba yako na wao ila ni waja wako na viumbe vyako.
فَثْقُهَا وَ رَثْقُهَا بِيَدِكَ
So tie it up and secure it with your hand
Kwa hiyo funga na uimarishe kwa mkono wako
بَدْوُّهَا مِنْكَ وَ عَوْدُهَا اِلَيْكَ
It comes from you and it comes back to you
Inatoka kwako na inarudi kwako
اَغْضَادٌ وَ اشهَاد
Glory and testimony
Utukufu na ushuhuda
وَ مُنَاةٌ وَ اَذْوَادٌ
And Manat and Adwad
Na Manat na Adwad
وَ حَفَظَةٌ وَ رُوَّادٌ
And keepers and pioneers
Na walinzi na waanzilishi
فِبِهِمْ مَلأتَ سَمَاءَكَ وَ آَرْضَكَ
With them you fill your heaven and your earth
Kwa hizo unazijaza mbingu zako na nchi yako
حَتَّى ظَهَرَ آَنْ لَا اِلْهَ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
Until it became apparent that there is no god but You
Mpaka ikadhihirika kuwa hapana mungu ila Wewe
فَبِذْلِكَ اَسْاَلُكَ
So I ask you
Kwa hiyo nakuuliza
وَ بِمَوَاقِعِ الْعِزَّ مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ
And in the places of glory from your mercy
Na katika sehemu za utukufu kutokana na rehema zako
وَ بِمَقَامَاتِكَ وَ عَلَامَاتِكَ
And with your stations and signs
Na kwa vituo na ishara zako
آَنْ تُصَلَّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ ألِهِ
To send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
Kutuma baraka juu ya Muhammad na familia yake
وَ آَنْ تَزِيْدَنِيْ اِيْمَانًا وَ تَثبِيتًا
And that you increase my faith and steadfastness
Na kwamba uniongezee imani na uthabiti
يَا بَاطِنًا فِي ظُهُوْرِهِ
Oh, what is hidden in His appearance
Loo, ni nini kimefichwa katika kuonekana Kwake
وَ ظَاهِرًا فِي بُطُوْنِهِ وَ مَكْنُوْنِهِ
And it is evident in his bellies and his hidden places.
Na ni dhahiri katika matumbo yake na maficho yake.
يَا مُفَرِّقًا بَيْنَ النُّوْرِ وَ الدَّيْجُوْرِ
O you who differentiate between light and darkness!
Enyi mliotofautisha baina ya nuru na giza!
يَا مَوْصُوْفًا بِغَيْرِ كُنْهِ
Oh, you are described with a different form
Lo, umeelezewa kwa sura tofauti
وَ مَعْرُوْفًا بِغَيْرِ شِبْهِ
It is known without any resemblance
Inajulikana bila kufanana
حَادَ كُلَّ مَخدُوْدٍ
Every groove is sharp
Kila groove ni mkali
وَ شَاهِدَ كُلِّ مَشْهُودٍ
And every witness witnessed
Na kila shahidi alishuhudia
وَ مُؤْجِدَ كُلِّ مَوْجُودٍ
And the Creator of all that exists
Na Muumba wa kila kilichopo
وَ مُخْصِيَ كُلِّ مَغْدُودٍ
And he castrates every deceived person
Na anamhasi kila aliyedanganyika
وَ فَاقِدَ كُلَّ مَفْقُودٍ،
And the loss of all that is lost,
Na hasara ya yote yaliyopotea,
ليْسَ دُوْنَكَ مِنْ مَعْبُوْدٍ
There is no one to be worshiped beside you
Hakuna wa kuabudiwa ila wewe
اَهْلَ الْكِبْرِيَاءِ وَ الْجُوْدِ
People of pride and generosity
Watu wa kiburi na ukarimu
يَا مَنْ لَا يُكَيَّفُ بِكَيْفِ
O you who do not adapt to how
Enyi msiozoea jinsi
وَ لَا يُؤَيَّنُ بِآَيْنِ
And it is not confirmed with a sign
Na haithibitishwi kwa ishara
يَا مُخْتَجِبًا عَنْ كُلِّ عَيْنِ
O you who are hidden from every eye
Na maombi yake yawe juu ya bwana wetu Muhammad
يَا دَيْمُوْمُ يَا قَيُّوْمُ وَ عَالِمَ كُلِّ مَعْلُوْمِ
O Everlasting, O Ever-Subsisting, and Knower of all known things.
Ewe Msimamizi wa Milele, Mwenye kutegemewa, Mjuzi wa kila kitu kinachojulikana.
صَلَّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ ألِهِ وَ عَلَى عِبَادِكَ الْمُنْتَجَبِيْنَ
Blessings be upon Muhammad and his family and upon Your chosen servants
Baraka ziwe juu ya Muhammad na Aali zake na waja wako uliowachagua
وَ بَشَرِكَ الْمُخْتَجِبِينَ
And give good news to those who hide
Na wabashirie wanao jificha
وَ مَلائِكَتِكَ المُقَرَّبِيْنَ
And your close angels
Na malaika wako wa karibu
وَ الْبُهْمِ الضَّافَّيْنَ الْحَافَّيْنَ
And the small, barefoot sheep
Na kondoo wadogo wasio na viatu
وَ بَارِك لَنَا فِي شَهْرِنَا هَذَا الْمُرَجَبِ الْمُكَرَّمِ
And bless this blessed month for us.
Na ubariki mwezi huu wa baraka kwetu.
وَ مَا بَعْدَهُ مِنَ الاَشْهُرِ الْحُرُمِ
And the sacred months that follow it
Na miezi mitukufu inayofuatia
وَ اَسْبِغْ عَلَيْنَا فِيْهِ النَّعَمَ
And bestow upon us blessings therein
Na utujaalie baraka humo
وَ اَجْزِلْ لَنَا فِيْهِ الْقِسَمَ
And give us an oath therein
Na utuapishe humo
وَ آَبْرِزْ لَنَا فِيْهِ الْقَسَمَ
And highlight for us the oath therein
Na utuangazie kiapo humo
بِاسْمِكَ الْاَعْظَمِ الْاَعْظَمِ الْاَجَلَ الْأَكْرَمِ
In your name, the greatest, the greatest, the most honorable.
Ee Mungu, hakuna kipingamizi kwa ulichotoa
الَذِيْ وَضَعْتَهُ عَلَى النَّهَارِ فَاَضَاءَ
which you put on the daylight and it shines
ambayo unaiweka mchana nayo inang'aa
وَ عَلَى اللَّيْل فَاظْلَمَ
And the night became dark
Na usiku ukawa giza
وَ اغْفِرْ لَنَا مَا تَعْلَمُ مِنَّا وَ مَا لَا نَعْلَمُ
And forgive us what you know of us and what we do not know.
Na utusamehe unayotujua na tusiyoyajua.
وَ اغْصِمْنَا مِنَ الذُّنُوْبِ خَيْرَ الْعِصَّمِ
And protect us from sins with the best protection.
Na utulinde na madhambi kwa ulinzi bora kabisa.
وَ اكْفِنَا كَوَافِيَ قَدَرِكَ
And suffice us with your destiny
Na ututoshee hatima yako
وَ امْنُنْ عَلَيْنَا بِحْسْنِ نَظَرِكَ
And trust us with your good sight
Na utuamini kwa macho yako mema
وَ لَا تَكِلْنَا إِلَى غَيْرِكَ
And do not leave us to anyone else
Wala usituachie mtu mwingine yeyote
وَ لا تَمْنَعْنَا مِنْ خَيْرِكَ
And do not deprive us of your goodness
Wala usitunyime wema wako
وَ بَارِك لَنَا فِيْمَا كَتَبْتَهُ لَنَا مِنْ اَعْمَارِنَا
And bless for us what You have written for us during our lives.
Na ubariki kwa ajili yetu yale Uliyotuandikia wakati wa maisha yetu.
وَ اَضلِح لَنَا خَبِيْئَةَ اَسْرَارِنَا
And make clear for us the one that hides our secrets.
Na utubainishie yule afichaye siri zetu.
وَ اَعْطِنَا مِنْكَ الْاَمَانَ
And give us security from you
Na utupe usalama kutoka kwako
وَ اسْتَعْمِلْنَا بِحُسْنِ الْإِيمَانِ
And use us with good faith
Na tutumie kwa nia njema
وَ بَلَغْنَا شَهْرَ الصِّيَامِ
We have reached the month of fasting
Tumefika mwezi wa mfungo
وَ مَا بَعْدَهُ مِنَ الْاَيَّامِ وَ الْاَعْوَامِ
And the days and years that follow it
Na siku na miaka inayofuata
يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَ الْإِكْرَامِ.
O Possessor of majesty and honor.
Ewe Mwenye utukufu na heshima.
