confirm that it is the Qadr Night at which all wise affairs are decided. Apart from the general acts that are advisably practiced at the three Qadr Nights, there are other acts to be practiced at the twenty-third night of Ramadan:

Fourth: It is highly advisable to repeat the following famous supplicatory prayer as many times as possible at this night:
Nne: Inasihi sana kurudia dua ifuatayo maarufu mara nyingi iwezekanavyo katika usiku huu:
اَللَهُمَّ كُنْ لِوَلِيِّكَ الحُجَةِ بْنِ الحَسَنِ
Oh God, be your guardian, Al-Hujjah bin Al-Hassan
Ewe Mwenyezi Mungu, kuwa mlinzi wako, Al-Hujjah bin Al-Hassan
صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى أَبَآئِهِ
May your blessings be upon him and his fathers
Baraka zako ziwe juu yake na baba zake
فِي هَذِهِ السَّاعَةِ وَفِيْ كُلِّ سَاعَةٍ
At this hour and at every hour
Kwa saa hii na kila saa
وَلِيًّا وَحَافِظًا
A guardian and protector
Mlinzi na mlinzi
وَقَائِدًا وَنَاصِرَا
A leader and a supporter
Kiongozi na msaidizi
وَدَلِيْلَا وَعَيْنًا
And as clear evidence
Na kama ushahidi wa wazi
حَثُّى تُسْكِنَهُ أَرْضَكَ طَوعًا
Until you voluntarily settle him in your land
Mpaka utamweka kwa hiari katika ardhi yako
وَتُمَتَّعَهُ فِيْهَا طَوِيْلًا.
And he will enjoy it for a long time.
Na atafurahia kwa muda mrefu.

Fifth: It is recommended to say the following supplicatory
Tano: Inapendekezwa kusema dua ifuatayo
اَللَّهُمّ امْدُذْ لِي فِي عُمْرِيْ،
Oh God, extend my life to me,
Ee Mungu, niongezee maisha yangu,
وَاَوْسِغ لِي فِي رِزْقِي،
And grant me abundance in my livelihood,
Na unipe riziki katika riziki yangu.
وَاَصِحَ لِي جِسمِي،
He defeated the mighty with His might,
Na ufanye mwili wangu kuwa na afya kwa ajili yangu,
وَبَلَغْنِيْ اَمَلِي،
And my hope reached me,
Na tumaini langu lilinifikia,
وَاِنْ كُنْتُ مِنَ الْاَشقِيَاءِ فَامْحُنِيْ مِنَ الْاَشْقِيَاءِ،
And if I am among the wretched, then remove me from the wretched.
Na ikiwa mimi ni miongoni mwa wanyonge, basi niondoe katika mnyonge.
وَاكْتُبْنِي مِنَ السُّعَدَاءِ،
And write me among the happy ones,
Na uniandikie miongoni mwa walio na furaha,
فَانَّكَ قُلْتَ فِيْ كِتَابِكَ الْمُنْزَلِ
For you said in your revealed Book
Kwani umesema katika Kitabu chako kilichoteremshwa
عَلَى نَبِيِّكَ الْمُرْسَلِ صَلَوْتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَالِهِ :
Upon your Messenger, may your blessings and peace be upon him and his family:
Na imani inayoniondolea shaka.
يَمْحُو اللهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثْبِتُ وَعِثْدَهُ أُمُ الْكِتَابِ.
God erases whatever He pleases and confirms, and His covenant is the Mother of the Book.
Mwenyezi Mungu hufuta anayoyapenda na kuyathibitisha, na ahadi yake ni Mama wa Kitabu.

Sixth: It is recommended to say the following supplicatory
Sita: Inapendekezwa kusema dua ifuatayo
اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ فِيْمَا تَقْضِي وَفِيْمَا تُقَدَّرُ
O treasurer of the night in the air,
Ee Mwenyezi Mungu, fanya uliyoyaamuru na unayoyaamrisha
مِنَ الْأَمْرِ الْمَحْتُوْمِ،
It is inevitable,
Ni jambo lisiloepukika,
وَفِيْمَا تَفْرُقُ مِنَ الْأَمْرِ الْحَكِيمِ
And in what you differentiate from the wise matter
Na katika yale mnayotofautisha na jambo la busara
فِيْ لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ،
On the Night of Decree,
Katika usiku wa amri,
مِنَ الْقَضَاءِ الَّذِيْ لَا يُرَدُّ وَلَا يُبَدَّلُ
Of the decree that cannot be refuted or changed.
Ya amri ambayo haiwezi kukanushwa au kubadilishwa.
اَنْ تَكْتُبَنِيْ مِنْ حُجَّاجِ بَيْتِكَ الْحَرَامِ
That you appoint me as one of the pilgrims to your Sacred House
Kwamba unijaalie niwe miongoni mwa mahujaji kwenye Nyumba yako Tukufu
فِيْ عَامِيْ هَذَا
In this year of mine
Katika mwaka wangu huu
الْمَبْرُوْرِ حَجُهُمْ
Their Hajj is accepted
Hijja yao inakubaliwa
الْمَشْكُوْرِ سَعْيُهُمُ،
Thankful for their efforts,
Asante kwa juhudi zao,
الْمَغْفُوْرِ ذُنُوْبُهُمُ،
whose sins are forgiven,
ambao dhambi zao zimesamehewa,
الْمُكَفَّرِ عَنْهُمْ سَيِّئَاتُهُمْ،
Their evil deeds are atoned for,
Matendo yao maovu yanafidiwa,
وَاجْعَلْ فِيْمَا تَقْضِي وَتُقَدَّرُ
And do what you decree and decree
Na fanyeni mnayo yaamuru na mnayoyaamrisha
آَنْ تُطِيْلَ عُمْرِيْ
To prolong my life
Ili kurefusha maisha yangu
وَتَوَسِّعَ لِي فِيْ رِزْقِيْ.
And He expanded my livelihood for me.
Na akanipanulia riziki yangu.

sala ambayo imetajwa katika kitabu cha Iqbal al-A'mal:
يَا بَاطِنًا فِي ظُهُوْرِهِ،
Oh, inwardly, in His appearance,
Ee, kwa ndani, kwa kuonekana kwake,
وَيَا ظَاهِرًا فِيْ بُطُوْنِهِ
And oh, it is apparent in his bellies
Na oh, ni dhahiri katika matumbo yake
وَيَا بَاطِنًا لَيْسَ يَخْفى،
And oh hidden thing that is not hidden,
Na oh jambo lililofichwa ambalo halijafichwa,
وَيَا ظَاهِرًا لَيْسَ يُزى،
And oh, it is apparent that there is no comparison,
Na oh, ni dhahiri kwamba hakuna kulinganisha,
يَا مَوْصُوْفًا لَا يَبْلَغُ بِكَيْنُوْنَتِهِ مَوْصُوْفٌ
O described person, his being cannot be conveyed by any described person.
Ewe mtu aliyeelezewa, nafsi yake haiwezi kuwasilishwa na mtu yeyote aliyeelezewa.
وَلَا حَدُّ مَحْدُوْدٌ،
There is no limit,
Hakuna kikomo,
وَيَا غَائِبًا غَيْرَ مَفْقُوْدٍ،
O absent and not missing,
Ewe hayupo na huna kukosa,
وَيَا شَاهِدًا غَيْرَ مَشْهُوْدٍ،
O unwitnessed witness,
Ewe shahidi usiye shuhudia,
يُطلَبُ فَيُصَابُ،
He asks and is granted,
Anauliza na anapewa,
وَلَمْ يَخْلُ مِنْهُ السَّمَاوَاتُ وَالْاَرْضُ وَمَابَيْنَهُمَا طَرْفَةَ عَيْن،
And the heavens and the earth and what is between them were not devoid of it for the blink of an eye.
Na mbingu na ardhi na vilivyomo baina yao havikupungukiwa nayo kwa kupepesa jicho.
لَا يُذْرِكُ بِكَيْفِ
He does not remind you of how
Yeye hakukumbushi jinsi
وَلَا يُؤَيَّنُ بِآَيْنٍ وَلَا بِحَيْثِ،
It is not given by any means or by any means.
Hutolewa kwa njia yoyote au kwa njia yoyote.
أَنْتَ نُوْرُ التُّوْرِ
And accept my approach
Wewe ni mwanga wa mwali
وَرَبَّ الْاَرْبَابِ،
And Lord of lords,
Na Bwana wa mabwana,
اَحَظتَ بِجَمِيْعِ الْأُمُوْرِ،
You have noticed all things,
Umeona mambo yote,
سُبْحَانَ مَنْ لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ
Glory be to Him to whom there is nothing like Him
Na anajua inachopungukiwa na ardhi kwa ajili yao.
وَهُوَ السَّمِيْعُ البَصِيْرُ
And He is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing
Naye ni Mwenye kusikia, Mwenye kuona
سُبْحَانَ مَنْ هُوَ هَكَذَا وَلَا هَكَذَا غَيْرُهُ.
Glory be to Him who is like this and no one else is like this.
Ametakasika aliye hivi na hakuna mwengine kama huyu.
